I initially bought the Tan Dockers and LOVED them. Stylish and comfortable at an affordable price. So, I bought the Black Dockers, thinking how could I go wrong. The Black are not nearly as comfortable, leaving my heels in a great deal of pain after a day's wear. Not sure how they could be manufactured differently, but perhaps that's why they are priced less expensively than similar style shoes, sacrificing consistent quality during manufacturing. I would recommend these, with the precaution that the heels may be extremely hard and less cushioned than advertised.

Very comfortable, but it looks a little wide

Overall a great design. However, the cushion insole has a gel insert which is stitched in. The seam of the stitch provides an unpleasant feeling to the foot. I don't wear them often so I can live with it.

I bought this shoe a few months ago and when I first bought it, it didn't feel so comfortable. After a couple of weeks the shoe was "broken in" but I still wouldn't call it a comfortable shoe. Now, after a few months the bottom sole is all cracked up so any drop of rain and my feet get wet. The leather on the outside of the shoe is also peeling off. For the price I paid, I'm guessing it's not a shoe that's meant for everyday use rather it's meant for rare/occasional use. I am not saying it's a horrible shoe, but it's just not a quality shoe. They do look pretty decent when they're new, so if you're on a budget and just need a decent pair for interviews or what not, you can consider these.

These shoes looked and felt great; however, I just wanted to share with any other flight attendants out there considering these shoes that they cannot handle the demands of flight attendant life. They have holes on both soles after only 4 months.

I found these shoes uncomfortable because the sides were too high and hit my heel bone. Admittedly, I have a short distance from the bottom of my foot to my heel bone, but most shoes don't cause this problem. I got some heel inserts to solve the problem, but they tend to not stay in place.

A little disappointed in the Dockers consistency. I've had several pairs in the past that fit really well, but the latest batch--these specifically--dig in at the heel and feel like walking on a plank of wood. Hopefully they'll break-in and loosen up, if I can struggle that long.

There is a split near the opening with some elastic that make this shoe very comfortable but feel larger than sized. Can wear all day at the office with no issue. The laces broke on these fairly quickly.

Very comfortable out of the box. Looks good, but after only a little over a month they are starting to fall apart.

I order these for my husband every six months or so. This last order I ordered two pairs. One pair came worn, and the other pair must have been a display because one of the shoes had creases from the toe area when you bend down and the inner sole isn't glued down. Terribly disappointed in Zappos for selling shoes like this.

Pretty good looking pair of Oxfords, however, the enchantment was over after my first walk. These shoes are NOT comfortable at all. I was standing for 5 min and my heels were hurting as if I was walking for miles. It does have a heel gel support but does not work at all. I just can't imagine using them during office hours when you want to feel comfortable during a meeting or sitting on the computer. Do not spend your money and time on this pair, rather go with Clarks or Kenneth Cole Loafers or Oxfords.

Not very comfortable. Much better Dockers shoes out there with better comfort. Also was quite glossy.

This shoe looks really nice but, at least to me, is fairly uncomfortable. There was no support between the heel and the ball and the drop off from the heel pushed jammed sharply into the bottom of my foot.

The style and size met my expectations perfectly. However, I am truly disappointed with the quality of the shoes. I am a pretty tall guy, so I look for shoes that will provide comfort while walking and take some of the pain away from my knees and stiff back. I was very upset when I realized that the sole of my left shoe ripped in half after only wearing them for about two years (I wore them on average once or twice a week). I understand normal wear and tear, however, this rip is right at the crease between the heel and the waist of the shoe. I will not purchase another pair of this style anytime soon.

Bought this pair in January and did not wear for a few weeks after purchase. I wore to an event and got rub blisters in the toes and on the back of my heel. Way too small for a Size #13.

These shoes are terrible. I wear sneakers to the office and these fell apart with almost no walking. I am a big guy but there is no reason these should have fallen apart the way they did. Just super cheaply made. Do not buy.

Shoe fit great out of the box. Very comfortable and always have had trouble finding the right size. The bad thing within a month the heel broke on the right shoe. Zappos of course exchanged them. I decided to get something different. I then went back and ordered these shoes again. Thinking there would be no way the same issue would happen. But it did this time the left heel broke. Zappos excellent service returned the shoes.

I wouldn't get these shoes again. They are not very comfortable and the heel separated from the sole on the first day I wore them. This experience is making me not want to buy dress shoes online again. Ugh.

Very attractive shoe. Nice stitching. The soles are relatively thick in comparison to other brands, which is a plus. Thinner soles don't last as long and beat my feet up faster. Good space in the toe box. Why did I return them? Lousy comfort. Someone tried to get creative with the inner sole. Its squishy, but your foot sinks to the hard rubber layer beneath. It then feels like you are walking directly on the pavement. Too bad it was almost good.

The funny seal in the heel of the show causes pain, and the tongue is a bit long cutting into your ankle.

These NEW shoes have a "terrible" smell. Perhaps something to do with the manufactured manmade sole and/or leather uppers. NOT GOOD!

I have the exact shoe that I purchased a few years ago. The leather on the older shoe is much softer than the new shoe.
