Re Dockers: Maybe what I have to say about my Dockers shoes is getting to apply to lots of men's (and women's, children's?) shoes nowadays. The problem is that they're making soles out of latex rubber and, when this rubber wears or gets torn you can't get them replaced with anything -- leather, rubber, anything. You have to throw the show away. This to me is still another example of civilization going backwards.

Very comfortable shoe. Purchased wide (E) and these shoes fit true to size. No break in period needed, I would recommend these shoes.

Sharp looking shoes with a relatively good fit (I'm not sure if it's just the style or if these run about a half size big). The only criticism that I have is that the insoles are a complete joke that will make your feet hurt at the end of the work day. A pair of Dr. Scholl's insoles made these shoes comfortable. Overall, I would recommend these shoes.

The look of the shoe is great. I usually wear a wide shoe and I almost returned this item because it was wider than normal, but learned to live with it. My only other complaint is that there are elastic bands on the sides to "fit" the foot by stretching around it. After a few hours, that can sometimes cause me to want to take the shoe off for a minute or two to let my foot stretch.

I really like these, but be careful they get scuffed up a little easily. They are quite comfortable and look real sharp, with khakis or jeans. Ran a bit big - I'm usually 11 or 11.5, I got a 11 of these and they are tad too large. Happy with the purchase.

Nice looking shoe, priced right. Good for everyday wear for work. After the first day my feet were uncomfortable so I'm hoping it just takes some break in to get them to soften up (they run high on my ankles).

This shoe is very comfortable, and looks good, too! I have received several compliments. Some people have said they think the toe is too square, but most people like it.

I love the comfort and look of the shoe, but there are two things I dislike: 1) the rubber sole in the front started peeling, so it doesn't look as nice and I'm concerned that in general the rubber might wear down quickly. 2) After switching to these shoes, I've found myself accumulating a lot static at work.

Gonna have to buy some new shoe strings. Even after double-knotting them, they keep coming undone. Otherwise, the shoes seem to be a good purchase.

Very nice shoe for the money, but the elastic at the top broke on mine. Would have gotten them fixed but for the amount of money that I paid for them and the amount of money that it would have cost to fix them it wasn't worth it. I think that the elastic could have been eliminated, the shoes run large any way.

These dress shoes from Dockers are, in my opinion, the absolute best value around! The hold their shape and shine for many months of daily use and are suprisingly comfortable for all day wear. I would highly recommend.

Overall a good looking comfortable shoe. Fits true to size. Seem to scuff a little easy. I have owned these for about one month.

Good shoe, but not amazing. Support is decent, perhaps not as cushy as I'd hoped. And the finish on the shoe is more matte than what's shown in the pic. It doesn't really have that shiny, patent leather look. But still, I'm pretty satisfied, and the fit was spot on. Would buy again.

After two weeks, very pleased with these shoes. Required almost no break-in, and have been very comfortable walking in the city. Look great with both khakis and a suit. Lots of room in the toe box. The gel insert on the heel is a bit odd. I'm not sure if it helps any, but it doesn't hurt anything. These are not the most comfortable shoes I've ever had, but they're pretty good, for the price, it's hard to imagine a better value than this.

I really like the Style of these shoes, However, the padding under the heal, is not smooth. If you aren\'t wearing thick socks, seams may irritate your foot.

Good shoe. Doesn't have a lot of arch support, but it is pretty comfortable. Nice compromise between form and function.

A great shoe for the price. I\'ve found them to be very comfortable they look great.

Not comfortable as I could feel the seams on the inside, back where the shoe wraps around the heel.

Size and fit was just right. Finish around opening for foot is poor and almost unacceptable. Should have trim around exposed lining and raw cut leather. Other than that, appearance is excellent.

The shoes have been comfortable for years. I wore them enough to wear out the original insoles. At this point I should have thrown the shoes away, as the imitation leather did crack around the middle of the shoe.

I love everything about this shoe except the plastic thing that is directly on the heel of the insole. After 5 minutes of wearing them the plastic piece digs in and hurts my foot. I plan to replace the insole to solve it. Would be much better if the redesigned the insole.

Presented as high quality leather. In reality, they are dull and have a rubber/vinyl appearance... not of a quality or look to wear to the office or a party... Very disappointing... picture should reflect the true nature of the product, which it did not. Otherwise, the style and fit were great... just the cheap vinyl look that I could not get past. Sorry for the return, but I know I would never wear these shoes.
