The best! I can't believe how comfortable these shoes are!! Absolutely amazing. I look forward to coming home from work and slipping these on my bare feet. Even though they seem to be a bit large, they're so soft and flexible that they don't slip off my heels when I'm walking. It's like walking on clouds. Some of the other reviews said they fit good with socks....why wear socks with a shoe this soft and comfortable? I wear them barefoot all the time....even in the winter!

Always have 2 pair - I always have at least two pair - the best casual shoe - use the older pair for rainy days.

Minnetonka's Fringed Kilty Moosehide Moc - Excellent quality and comfort. I am considering ordering another pair in black or blue (if available).

I cannot believe how very soft and comfortable these mocs are. I liked them so much that I now have two pairs--one in natural and one in black. Plus, if they ever get my size back in stock in the chocolate and bone, I'll probably order those colors also. They look super with shorts, jeans or casual slacks--with or without socks or hose.

Still the most comfortable - My love affair with Minnetonka goes back a lot of years. As shoe fashions changed, I would "park" my mocs and buy the latest and greatest footwear...only to drag the mocs back out to give my feet a break. They may not be the current "with it" shoe, but you won't ever find a shoe more comfortable. Give 'em a try... your feet will thank you for it

Best shoes ever - This is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have ever owned. I bought them on a trip I was on out in Virginia City, Nevada. I always wanted a pair of these and always passed them by. This time I was determined to purchase a pair for myself and I am so glad that I did- they are wonderful. It doesn't feel like you have anything on your feet at all. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

These mocs are what I was looking for, i.e. not super soft. The only caution I would offer is that they fit tighter across the toe than the rest of the shoe. I wasn’t expecting that, but then I usually wear Alegrias, so my toes are used to spreading out.

Very soft. Feels like a slipper. Perfect but runs about 1/2 half size too small.

I bought a pair of the Minnetonka Suede Fringed Kilty years ago, and I was looking in to replacing them. The Moosehide style is much the same -- more structured than the suede, but well-made. The Suede were so soft and stretchy I went down half a size, and could probably have gone down a full size -- for the Moosehide, my normal size fit fine. Unfortunately, I think the Fringed styling looks better in the softer suede, so I'm exchanging them... I guess it's one of those old 'if it's not broken, don't fix it' tales.

I was looking for really comfortable shoes that would accommodate an orthotic for plantars fasciitis and that I could wear around the house to get as close to barefoot as possible, but still have the support from the orthotic. I tried a whole lot of others and these met my needs almost perfectly. Very comfortable, don't pinch my toes, light weight and the deerskin stretches around the foot. But the orthotic fits inside. Yay!

Nice shoe but too wide in the heel.

These are to cute and so soft. I put them on right out of the box and ran errands all day. The style is so on trend with rolled up jeans.

I had no problem with the size or width, both felt true to their claim. The photos are kind of deceptive, the loafer looks substantial with a robust sole. In reality it's more like a stylish slipper, the hide is extremely soft and I can see that it might stretch out over time. I love anything Minnetonka so I'm keeping them to use as a house shoe - the quest to find a more hard soled kilty continues.

The Minnetonka Moosehide Fringed Kilty moccasins are so comfortable that I wore them as slippers and rarely took them off. The rubber outsole allowed me to go outside and check the mailbox without changing shoes. However, I didn't wear them much outdoors because the rubber outsole is thin and would not last long. In fact, my moccasins lasted only about one year with the type of use I have described. There is no arch support, but I didn't expect any from a moccasin. The moosehide is very soft and great if you have any foot problems.

I ordered these in a wide width, but even those were way too narrow (they were narrower than my normal/not-wide Sperrys). I don't know anyone who has feet this narrow! I can see them stretching out, but that's no good if there is no sole under the outside of your foot.

If only these shoes were wide enough for my feet. I felt they were a hair wider than regular width which is just not enough. Well made and really comfortable otherwise.

Very soft but the Wide did not fit my WW foot (which wasn't available). Plus, the 8 1/2 that I normally wear did not give me enough toe room. My large toes pushed against the end of the shoe. I ordered it based on the reviews of others which talked about the stretch. It may very well stretch but when it does, it won't look attractive on my foot.

I used to wear these all the time, but now I find them a little too slippery on icy pavement or wet tile. They are awfully comfortable, though.

I need a casual flat to wear with skinny jeans. This shoe is very comfortable, like a pair of house slippers to scuff around in. However, for them to work for harsh Midwest winters, I need more support and a heavier duty shoe. I expected the sole from the picture to be thicker, but in moccasin style, the sole is wrapped around the shoe sides, so the actual walking surface is thinner than it appears. Perfect fit, though, and if I lived in a gentler climate than the Midwest, I would have loved them.

Two of us with the same size foot (8 1/2 M) tried these and they fell off of our feet when we tried to walk. They were like wearing giant shoes. The other person said they seemed to stretch and get bigger while she was trying them, just wearing them around the house for a little while! Make sure you get them at least a full size smaller that usual, and don't even try them if you're a narrow or medium.

Lovely shoes, but I have taken an 8 or 8-1/2 in every shoe I've ever purchased, and these were too short. Very soft leather, nice construction, cute styling, but my big toe came right to the end, no extra room. The medium width leaned more toward the narrow as well.

I love these. Very comfortable. Not enough for you to walk around and stand all day in. Just enough if your running to the store or maybe sitting in the salon. Nice chocolate brown color. My only issue is the laces constantly come undone, but that could be something I'm doing wrong. I recommend!

I bought a size 7, which is my shoe size and this shoe was too small. I hope the next half-size up will fit because I like the style, the color (Chocolate Moose), and the softness of the leather.
