These are amazingly soft and comfortable. The difference between the moosehide and the other leather used on other styles makes a huge difference in the feel of these. I am happy that I can adjust the fit somewhat with the leather tie.

Never wore anything by Minnetonka, but wanted a warm slipper and very comfortable at-home shoe. Bingo. These are wonderful. I particularly need lots of cushioning in my shoes because of hip surgeries, and the Kilty delivers that feature. I have many shoes from Zappos (in all candor, I no longer buy shoes anywhere else), but the Kiltys have become my go-to shoe more often that i ever expected. I just love them.

My daughter loves these! They meet the school's uniform code, but more importantly they meet her comfort standards and they are stylish. She is very picky when choosing tje shoes she is going wear all day, every school day and these surpassed all of her expectations. She is now a month into school and her shoes still look brand new, they don't even show the slightest bit of wear which I find impressive since she wears them so much. I highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for the perfect combination of style, comfort, and durability!

I bought this exact pair of shoes in 2001 and have worn them a lot in the intervening years. When I decided they were looking a little scruffy, I figured, why make any changes to a good thing. So I ordered these same Moosehide Fringed Kilties knowing I would get the most comfortable, long lasting show casual shoe available.

I love these! They have descent support for a flat. Very soft leather. I would love this style in more colors. Perfect with the Smartwool not socks.

This is my second pair of Minnetonka Moosehide moccasin. This is the softest leather you will ever feel. The soles give them a little more support than just a cheap pair of moccasins. I used to wear Minnetonka Moccasins growing up as a kid, so I already had a good opinion of the brand. I bought this second pair because I love them so much and my first pair I made the mistake of wearing them to the bar I work at. They are so comfortable and I finally wore them out at work. I will not be wearing the second pair there. The first pair I had for at least a year and a half.

I am returning this item because it doesn't fit. However, it is a very nice shoe with extremely soft leather. There is slightly more support than a standard moc. Will probably try another size.

Like butter! These are pricey but for sensitive feet they are priceless! They break in comfortably...and the insoles are amazing. You will love these shoes if I do, as my feet are very hard-to-fit as cannot tolerate discomfort. This has made me send more shoes back to Zappos than buy, but I have found my brand, now. Followed sizing info in other reviews and they helped in this an another style of Minnetonkas.

Just got these this morning. These are super comfy and soft. I don't think I'll be taking them off until I go to sleep. Then their going right back on when I wake up. I ordered a 7.5 and they feel true to size. These are the best, get them you'll won't be sorry.

My wife loves these, and the nearest place we can buy them here is 70 miles away! Even then, they must be special ordered, w/ at least a 2 week wait. Zappos.com had them at our door in 2 days! We love Zappos!

Love these shoes. Mine fit true to size and are so comfortable. Love everything about them. Zappos shipping is awesome!

This is the second time that I've bought these shoes. They are very comfortable and look good. This second pair, however, had a different grain to the leather. Don't know enough about moosehide to say if this difference is natural or not. Just don't like the more pebbled look as much. But the shoes are still comfortable and fit well.

I've been wearing these shoes for a year, the skin of them have getting soft and it's really comfortable!

These shoes are amazing! Super soft leather and crazy comfortable. Fit is true to size - I usually have to go down half a size in other Minnetonka shoes, not these. Not a ton of arch support, but I haven't had any issues and I wear these to work. Love!

I have been wearing these Mocs for over a decade. Am on my third pair and about to buy a fourth. The Chocolate color is a personal fav. These are my around the house shoes, if I am home and not in bed or the shower they are on my feet. I do agree though that they tend to run about a half size small. I am a 9 1/2 all day every day, but will order a 10 this time.

Probably not suitable for extended outdoor wear (although they are okay for the occasional run to the mailbox). These are great houseshoes and I love the comfort and quality. Somewhat expensive, but worth it.

I love these shoes, I wear them every day with almost everything. I always get compliments on them. I wouldn't recommend wearing them for work though. I usually wear a 6 1/2 but bought these a size smaller, Minnetonka usually runs big.

This is by far the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. It literally feels like a slipper. I need a wide shoe because I have neuropathy and need room for my foot being my feet are always in a lot of pain, so a snug fit is out. Before ordering this shoe I read a lot of the reviews here and nearly all reviews described the shoe being comfortable and the leather being so soft so I decided to give this shoe a try. I'm so happy that I did. I bought the chocolate pair and they are beautiful. I now plan on buying the natural color. If they come out with more colors I will buy them too, that's how much I love these.

I returned these so can't tell you if these would stretch. They were uncomfortably tight just wearing them the short time on the carpet as I tried them on. I usually wear either a 6.5 or 7 so ordered both. I didn't dare wait and see if the 7 would stretch.

Such comfortable shoes! From the first moment my feet settled into these moccasins I knew they felt very much at home. The shoes have minimal "break-in" time, and because there is a little stretch in the moosehide, I would recommend the smaller size if you are between sizes. I also have these shoes in the chocolate brown and I'm considering buying the black as the darker colors may transition from home wear to casual dress days at work. My feet will feel like they never left home!

Nice and comfy. Very nice leather and well made. Took them out of the box and wore them all day because they felt so good on my feet.

Speedy regular delivery was great and the moosehide is supremely soft, pliable, comfortable. The shoe style is elegantly comfortable and unique. I love this moccasin! This is my third pair over the past eight years. I wear them constantly--at home, short store runs, yard work, which wasn't always kind to them. Great style, workmanship!

I hate wearing shoes because my feet are hard to fit. These shoes look great but are soft-sided so they don't hurt my feet. I love them. And of course, I love Zappos!

Ordered 1/2 size larger than in some styles; ordered in wide width to accommodate heavy socks in cool weather; sturdy heel for outdoor use; may order a 2nd color. Thanks Zappos for usual excellent service.
