I've worn Frye bots for thirty-five years but a year ago I had a leg injury. It is difficult to put the tall harness boots. Now I can wear 8R again comfortable stylish. Love them

I've wanted a pair of Frye boots every since reading a Jim Morrison Biography years ago but, I put off buying them for various reasons. I'm a boot collector but, I didn't have any Frye boots which makes absolutely zero sense. Well, after passing a particularly tough certification test and passing, I decided to reward myself with a pair of Frye boots. Why did I wait so long!!!? These bad boys are sexy! I rock them with jeans and feel ten feet tall. I get compliments from complete strangers about them and the patena makes them look BETTER as they age. I pick these before my White's, my 1000 Mile Boots , my Red Wings, my Timberlands, and my Chippewa's!! Excellent, comfortable boot that fit me true to size. Took no time to break in and are sexy as heck!! I'm already eyeing a second pair. Get some!!

I wanted a Classic American Made Boot, so naturally I thought of Frye. After a month of living in this boot, I can say that I truly got my money's worth. These are by far the best boot I've worn since my last pair of Frye's from a couple decades ago. Still have that pair too. Frye is not just a boot, it's an investment in quality, comfort, and style.

I've had these for about 8 months now and I have to say I almost didn't buy them solely because of the price, but after some feedback from friends I pulled the trigger and could not be happier. I'm super hard on my feet and therefore my footwear always takes a beating. These boots hardly look like they have been worn and I feel like they are still beraking in. I warmest them almost every day all day. I expect these to be kicking around for a long time! Very happy customer!

... but they are right. These boots are pretty comfortable from day 1. I wear 11W when I can find wide. Occasionally 10.5. I bumped up to 11.5 with this boot and the fit is perfect. So they do run small.

My first Frye's and still one of my favorites! Timeless style, great materials, superior workmanship, these boots have it all. The leather is hard wearing but soft and the soles are the toughest I've found. Buy a pair or two. You won't be sorry!

This would be my 4th Frye purchase and it won't be my last. Made is USA makes all the difference as far as quality goes and these boots really hold up. The leather is very strong and although slipping in and out of the boots may struggle at first they become very comfortable and worth the investment on a pair of boots that will last a lifetime.

I purchased these boots a couple months ago and have about 600 miles riding time on them. They have super high quality thick leather which holds up in tough riding conditions. The heel height is ideal for shifting and breaking. And possibly the best part, when you get off the bike and walk around they are comfortable and have a very classic look to them. I look forward to decades of use and can't wait to see the leather age.

I really like these boots. They are my first pair of Frye boots. I tried on other brands but others did not have the look or build I liked.

I've had Harness 8R in Gaucho for 10 years. I wear them often, always have. I got them to match a coat I have, which they match perfectly (the coat was custom made for me on an extended stay in Buenos Aires in 1997). They do indeed get better with age. They are still incredibly comfortable, as if made for my feet specially. They are still a perfect match to my coat, and I consider them, as a set, to be one of my most prized possessions. After purchasing these, about a year later, I bought a pair of 12r in black, which I keep polished nice and wear as dress shoes. They are unique looking with a business suit, and I believe they help give me a psychological edge in my creative profession, without being too flashy. Not as broken in as the 8r, but still top notch in comfort, gorgeous, and some of the best shoes I've ever owned.

These are the best pair of boots I've ever owned. The leather is second to none. They fit a lil small so I ordered a half size bigger. They are freaking awesome!!!

A great shorter shaft harness boot. Fits true to size. I wear boots as I have flat feet and boots supply the arch support I am in need of. Frye boots give me the support I need! I have a second pair of this same boot in storage. I also have same style and height in black and stone wash colors.

I liked the black and brown colors but went with the whisky color and saved $100 dollars. I had to go a 1/2 size larger (I have a large instep).

Needed to replace a pair that I had for 15 years and after several resoles, needed new boots.. Glad that nothing changed in the style and workmanship of the boot. Great boot and great service.
