I bought these boots for a winter trip to England. I need all-day support for walking as my feet tend towards flatness and pain in regular shoes. I have to say, these are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned! The sole forms to the shape of the foot and it feels like walking on clouds! I wore them every day of my 8 day trip, which included walking 8-10 hours each day on cobblestones, up hills, running stairs to catch trains and running through the airport. My feet were comfortable, supported, dry, and warm the entire trip. And we had inclement weather most days. I wore thin, good quality, wool socks and sprayed the suede with water proofer ahead of time. No issues! I will be buying Naot again!

I bought these boots to take to London for the winter break. They were so comfortable and held in your ankles for great support. They are very cute and I got lots of compliments. I bought the steel and black to see the cute design, I wore these with pants and long skirts and they were great with a cute pizzazz. I highly recommend them if you are looking for total comfort, warmth, and style. The shorter boot was perfect and not too warm for winter, but just right.

I have had my Oyster Naot boots for one month and have worn them all day, every day. I walk extensively, but because I have very sensitive feet...not a lot of padding and bunions (sob) the kind of shoe I buy is critical. I researched many brands, some I've worn, and others like the Oyster that I hadn't. After, carefully reading the reviews and deliberating for a couple of weeks I settled on the Naot Oyster. I never buy anything online because I like to try it on and get a sense of the feel and how well it's made but because no one in my town carries shoe sizes in wide (necessary to prevent rubbing) I took a chance. I ordered an 8 and 1/2...my true size and crossed my fingers that this shoe would be a bit on the wide side. Happily, I can say that these are hands down the most comfortable boots I've ever worn (straight out of the box). They fit perfectly, even with my winter weight Smart Wool socks. They have a fantastic foot bed...very supportive and shock absorbing. Feels as comfortable as my Birkenstocks. The width is wide enough, and the suede is soft enough that there is no rubbing...yay! And they are very cute in person (I got the all black). I am off to New York for four days and know I will walk a lot on hard pavement, but I am confident my feet will be warm and happy. These shoes just rock! Zappos was excellent in every way...super service. I'll be back!

This is such a cool boot! The eggplant color and styling between suede and leather is great, and they are super comfortable. I wouldn't order even a half size larger than what you are used to, because the fit is perfect, with even just a smidge of extra room in case you wear thick socks. Unexpectedly good arch support, too. I am, unfortunately having to return these. If you look at the 360 view, there is an extra layer (where the swirls are) on the bottom of the boot, and in particular for me, the bottom of the heel. I have unstable ankles, so even just this little extra amount here, which is slightly smaller than the rest of the bottom of the boot, makes for a potentially unstable situation. It kills me that I have to return them. I wish Naot hadn't put this extra layer on the bottom of the boot.

I'm so disappointed because I LOVE these boots-- LOVE them. Why only two stars for the overall rating? Because after only two and a half months, the sole of the shoe split. For boots that are $198, they should hold up more than two and a half months. The worst part for me is that I have recommended these boots to so many people (seriously-- people stop me to ask about them because they are super cute [and they are ridiculously comfortable]). I guess the question you need to ask yourself is if $200 is worth it for a pair of shoes that last less than three months. For me, it isn't. I feel like I just threw my money away.

Pros: these are well made, super cute, and have a very, very supportive footbed. Loving the arch support, and while they are new I suspect they will become even more comfortable with wear because of the footbed that molds to the foot. Excellent in all those ways. Cons: I have weak ankles and have sprained one in the past. These boots could theoretically support the ankle, but they don't - the ankle part of the boot fits loosely. But what's really problematic for me and for anyone who is likely to turn an ankle is that the bottom of the shoe is tapered in such a way that it's narrower where it meets the floor than it is where it supports the foot. For that reason, it's easy to bend your ankle out. This makes even the relative flat heel of this boot somewhat risky. I'm considering keeping the boots anyway because I really like them, but it is frustrating that the base of this boot isn't designed for stability. I really wanted these boots to feel healthy and secure for my feet, and they come so close to complete excellence in that area otherwise!

This is the most comfortable footwear I've ever worn. Am planning on future Naot-produced items which hopefully Zappos will be selling. If you anticipate wearing socks, order a size larger -- or wear very thin socks.

I agonize over every shoe purchase and am thrilled not to have to make yet another return to Zappos. I have a narrow foot with high arch and a bit of arthritis. It took a few weeks of house testing, but decided these were a go. As comfortable as anything I own. I wear size 42 and thought there was a mistake when I opened them because they looked so small. They're very flattering. Wear with light to med. sox.Look good with jeans or slacks. My 2nd pair of Naots---great brand.

Wearing these boots is like sinking your feet into the coziest, warmest, memory foam. They cosset and comfort your feet with the famed Naot inner sole. I wore them traveling recently and found I could walk everywhere in them. And these boots are stylin'; they go with everything.

These are quite comfortable, and look good. They have serious arch support, which is generally good, but can feel somewhat like tennis balls under your arches (especially while you are breaking them in).

At first I worried - the insole that the shoes come with didn't work for me, and made for a very tight fit with my foot barefoot! I swapped out the insole for Superfeet and the shoes are a perfect fit. These are more comfortable than I could have imagined. I've already waterproofed them and plan to use them for four days at Disneyland in the rain next week!

I got these shoes for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them! They were comfortable the first wearing and she wore them all day with no problem. Great style and comfort.

These are so cute! The shiny leather is just a little metallic looking, and the color is great! Naot makes the comfiest shoes, these are great.

I bought these boots because I've heard about the great comfort that Naot provides. These boots are better than I expected. It's like a massage for your feet. They are better than being barefoot. Love them.

These were comfortable right out of the box. I bought them hoping to take them on a trip, wore them to work to try them out. They went to South America and were the best! I wore them daily and walked many miles comfortably. They look cute and funky, which works for me, and I was thankful daily for the comfort. My foot is a size 38, and slightly wide, slightly high arch.

My feet are notoriously difficult. I have narrow heels, which makes most shoes slide on my heels and leave me with nasty blisters. No fun! I have tried and returned countless pairs of shoes. I am extremely happy to report that I did not have to return these! These shoes are awesome, and haven't left my feet with blisters. I like them so well that I just ordered another pair of Naots and hope I enjoy the next pair just as much!

Very comfy, but these run large, and wide. Need to return for a smaller size.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They have a great arch support and the heel feels cushioned for impact. The size is true to form.

Great shoes...very comfortable but due to full sizing only mine are a bit big. Thicker socks and all is well. Very stylish yet warm in the snow.

First time for buying shoes online and just looking at a picture. I read the reviews and ordered them. I'm 9.5-10, ordered size 41. Fit is good. I have narrow heels and it flip flops. I just wear a thicker sock and it's perfect. Extremely comfortable, out of box! First pair with this brand and definitely not the last. I have the steel leather and it does look blue/gray. Not my favorite color. But it works with the design of the boot. Stands out, great with jeans. I love them!

These are honestly the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. I work on my feet all day and have tried many different brands of shoes over the years...you name it, I've worn them (Dansko, Born, MBT, Keen, Merrell, etc.). I'd hate to know how much money I've wasted on shoes that hurt my feet by the end of the day. Although these boots are a bit pricey, I don't mind paying if they treat my feet well...and boy, do they! From the first day I wore them my feet just melted into them. They have ample toe room. And I love the swirly design. I have received many compliments on them. They run true to size, I usually wear 8-8.5 and the 39 was perfect for me. I have worn Naot sandals in the past and liked them so-so, but these Naot boots are the best! You won't regret this purchase. I would also like to say that Zappos is the only place I buy my shoes. I originally saw these boots in another company's catalog. I promptly logged on to Zappos, found the same boots (for lower price), and ordered at 10pm. I had the boots in my possession by 9:30am the next morning. I was totally shocked, amazed, and thrilled. Not sure how Zappos does it, but their service can't be beat. And free shipping/return shipping is the icing on the cake!

I have had these boots for a while now and I love them! I have bad plantar fasciitis and these make me feel better than anything else. I put my own orthotics in but it is only with the help of these shoes that I can walk for long periods of time with almost no discomfort.
