I wear the Dylan captoe boots and they are super sharp. I wear them with a nice pair of jeans, very nice boot. I've been a fry man and now going 6 years. Stick with fry, you can't go wrong.

I absolutely loved these boots when I first got them. The style, fit, and overall look were fantastic, and I received so many compliments every time I wore them. However, I am extremely disappointed with the quality. In the 7 months Ive owned them, Ive probably worn them less than 10 times, and yet the heel on one of the boots completely fell off. For a pair of boots that cost $500, I expected far better durability and craftsmanship. While they looked amazing, I cant recommend a product that doesnt hold up to even minimal use. Very disappointing experience.

Beautiful pair of boots. In the traditions of Frye boots. This is my fourth pair of boots in nearly 50 years. I remember when they were only $80. 00 for a pair of Campus model. The quality stitching, the quality of leather. . . truly a very fine pair of boots.

Just purchased the black (3rd pair) and the brown (1st pair). High quality boots and look great too!

I got my first pair of 12R boots in 1976 and have been wearing them since (I lost count of how many Ive owned). Im a 12 D on the Brannock and the 12D boot is spot on, always have been. My everyday wear for everything from work to riding my motorcycle to (after a quick brushing) going into town. I probably dont have another 49 years left in me but Ill be wearing 12Rs as long as Frye is making them.

I purchased these boots a few years ago. They look awesome and are durable. The problem is the sizing is way off from a normal shoe or boot. I admit I dont typically wear a cowboy style boot but regardless the sizing on this boot was very different than my typical size. As a result I purchased a boot that doesnt really fit. Too bad because these boots are so expensive. I dont mind spending the money but want something that is comfortable to wear. Unfortunately these are not becuSe they slip on my heel. I will say the online support was helpful when I purchased the boots. I actually sent the boots back a few times to try and get the best fit. Unfortunately the boots I bought didnt really fit right. In hindsight I should have bought the next size down but in a wide width. This is totally different than the size I normally wear but it might have worked.

This boot feels and fits perfect; as comfortable as a tennis shoe. Needless to say they are high quality and look amazing. I purchased the brown size 11 (regular width) and they fit true to size. Favorite boots Ive ever owned.

I would buy another pair if still available for that price

I wear a 7.5 M or 39/40 in many shoes and boots. This boot fit perfectly! The build quality is fantastically sturdy and well made. The leather is surprisingly soft and firm. The boots stand straight with out any slouching. Might need some minimal break in period, but these are good to go!

Good quality leather . Just alittle snug in the ankle area just needed to stretch out alittle . The leather strapping is thick and the metal hardware is real metal and not this synthetic stuff . Ordering 2 more pairs maybe get wide this time . Overall great just like in the 70s

Ive wanted a pair of these for years. Thank You FRYE! I purchased them for a one time occasion and they were perfect. Ill be wearing them for many more years to come . I cant wait to have em fully broken in!

Still as cool in 2023 as 1973. At 69yrs. Old still walking tall in my Frye's.

owned this boot in the past and was very pleased with them. tried another brand that didnt fit right, glad i came back to this brand of boots.

I've owned a pair of these for 17 years and love them more now than ever!

Good looking boots!!!

I purchased these in the spring of 2019 and have worn them constantly since then. The patina from the wear is simple gorgeous to behold. I had them resoled last year and am looking forward to another 5 years!

I received my first pair of FRYE boots in 1970 and loved them. This is my 4th pair so I guess you could sey I like them. They are a little pricey I could have picked up another boot for less but I didn't

The Boots are Way Over Priced...

The outside of the boots were fine, however, the straps used to pull on the boots were off center from the seams by 3/4 to 1 inch. Very poor quality control for a $500.00 boot. Tried to call the company about the issue, all I got was foreign call centers who didnt want to address the issue or get someone from quality control or shipping control involved. Their solution was ship it back, hope for the best on a return if they have one still in stock. Not impressed with their customer lack of service. If I dont get back a pair sewn correctly in the right size and color, it will be my familys last order. I have waited for these boots for about two years. We have several pairs here at the house, but we wont have more in the future. Hoping for the best.
