Worth the Money - My husband's last pair lasted for almost ten years and he still wears it. I highly recommend the product.

Great boots - These were my first pair in years and could not be happier. I've worn them a total of about 5 days and they feel broken in already. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service from Zappos.

Excellant Christmas Present - I bought the boots for my boyfriend for Christmas. He fell in love with the boots. He said that they are extremely comfortable and knows they will last at least a decade!

These are some cool boots! I am a boot nut, and always dug the style of these, and wanted Fryes because I heard the quality was the best. They are darn hard to find in retail stores. I bought a pair of 13D and the fit is beautiful for my foot. I have a narrowish foot but am wide across the ball so a lot of times boots either slip on my heel or squeeze my toes. These don't. Nice snug fit. Heavy boot but very supple the way it feels on yoru foot. I can walk all day in these and my feet don't fatigue near as bad as any other boot I own. Get lots of comments on these, all with the word COOL in there somewhere. These fit great, feel awesome, are bulletproof, and I wear mine all the time. I'm 6'6" and would like a shorter heel, but will just replace the ones have when it needs it with shorter ones. I'm a BIG FAN of Frye boots. Excellent quality and workmanship.

A bit snug to get on and off the first few times worn, but nothing out of the ordinary. Very well built and more comfortable than expected for moderate walking (and dancing). Definitely recommended as a good looking, well made boot for riding.

A good comfortable pair of boots. The width and size run true for my size 10 foot. You might want to go up a half size, if you plan on wearing heavy socks.

These were a gift for my husband. He usually wears a 9 1/2 (in Merrels) but the 10 in Frye's fit him just right. The boots were very comfortable to him. We are both very satisfied!

Pretty comfortable, nicely waterproof, but requires two pairs of socks to keep the toes warm in the winter. They look pretty awesome!

These boots are exactly what I was looking for. Since I have very big feet, I was worried that they would be too tight like the Red Wing harness boot I used to wear, but they fit perfectly with no break-in. I only wish they had a little bit better cushioning, which is the only reason I gave them 4 of 5 stars for comfort.

I have owned Fry's for over 10 years but I needed to go to a size up and I could not get these boots in my area. I won't purchase Harley Davidson brand because they are imported but Fry is made in USA and of top quality. Size was right and Zappos has fast shipping at great prices.

This is the second pair I’ve owned. The last pair was on my feet for an 8 year stretch. They do run a half size small.

Timeless Look, Comfortable, Excellent Build - Frye's Harness 12R boots have a timeless look, are relatively comfortable, and are of excellent build. I've only had these boots for about a week, but they are about 75% broken in by wearing around the house and out for a few jaunts. This review is based on my initial thoughts after a week. Timeless Look: This style of boot has been around for a while and many other manufacturers have copied it (as far as I know Frye was first with the design) including Harley Davidson, Milwaukee, Chippewa, and a few others. I tried a few of these on and the Frye Harness had the most authentic look. They were also the most expensive, almost double the price of some brands. I'd like a pair of the Gaucho colored boots, but if you have to buy only one pair in this style I would vouch for black. It's the most versatile color and easy to keep clean. Comfort: Frye Harness 12L boots in leather are quite stiff when brand new. This, coupled with the harness, means that putting them on and pulling them off will be a challenge for the first few days, or longer: try not to pull a muscle. As recommended and by feel, I purchased a half size smaller than I usually do (compared with the correct size for my suede Frye Heath Outside Zip boots). The Harness boots will feel tight at first, particularly if you have a high instep, but they will loosen up after a few days and become fairly comfortable. I say fairly, because if you're a guy, you're probably not used to wearing heels and these boots have a good-sized heel (though not as high as on the Campus). My mildly sore back is just getting used to wearing these after a week and I'm no wuss. That said, once you get them on and start walking around they do feel great (though not as great as the Heath Outside Zip right out of the box, lower heel and soft suede). Excellent Build: The Frye 12R Harness boots are of excellent quality. Everything from the choice of leather, the stitching, finishing, and studs and rings is top notch! I am impressed, particularly when comparing these to my suede Heath Outside Zips. While I really like my Heaths, there is no comparison when it comes to build. Final Verdict: If you're in the market for Harness boots don't hesitate to get the Fryes. They are expensive, in some cases double that of other brands, but the overall package is top notch and you'll likely enjoy them for many years.

Awesome - The fit, look and quality of a real cool cat. I liked them so much that I wanted to buy several more pairs, so that I could wear them indefinitely!

These are great boots- I got them for my husband and he wears them all the time. They were actually almost a $100 cheaper on Zappos than in a store.

Great! My husband loves these boots & they broke in quickly. Bought a 12 and they fit him well, but after a few times of wearing them he said he wished we had ordered a 12 wide.
