I love these shoes but not so comfy. Need bigger size. Thank you.

Everything was fine but size is too small. I need to change to bigger pair.

Really cute style. I did not try on as the insole is not removable.

Ordered the same style in a different color 2 weeks ago and they fit nice and loose and comfy. Same size in the color and they're way too tight.

Classic Vans look. Small toes are pinched. Consider that when ordering. Love the style.

Great looking shoe, lasted about a year and a half of daily wear.

I'd mistakenly ordered this pair -- compared to a pair I've owned for the last year that looked quite similar, but turn out to be a more 'premium' version of the same style (thicker tongue, all-gum sole, a bit more arch support, overall thicker/more well constructed). If you're going this route and know it, go for it, otherwise I'd recommend bumping up to a slightly higher price point for a more hearty and comfortable set of Vans.

Vans are way to narrow and are bigger than normal sizes.

Flat and squeaky!! I regret keeping them. They haven’t stopped squeaking, everyone at work knows when I’m coming down the hall, it’s annoying and they are so flat I feel like I’m wearing clown shoes. I went back to my worn out Keds. Cute but annoying.

Love the shoe & this brand - well made, well designed, but sizes run small.

Quality Control lacking. These shoes are tight, tight, tight. I am not talking Walter White and Jessie's Tuco Tight I am talking High Squeaky Voice tight. I was hoping that they would stretch out some but they haven't and I am no longer able to send them back. I usually wear a size 10 but these would be better at 10.5 U.S. I believe that the left shoe is wider than the right per visual inspection. Should have sent them back and gotten another brand.

My original review from March is copied below. It doesn't look like reviews can be updated, so I'm making a new review to give my updated evaluation of these shoes. In short, they did not hold up as well as I expected them to, and I no longer consider them to be better than Converse in terms of durability. On mine, regular wear after six months had the sides cracking and separating in little pieces, the soles being very worn on the heels, and a hole forming in the canvas of the toe of one of the shoes. -- "I recently received my first pair of Vans Eras (mine are navy), and I've already determined that these are basically the perfect shoes for me. They're my second pair of Vans (other pair are black slip-ons). I came to Vans after wearing Converse for almost ten years (all Chuck Taylors except for one pair of Jack Purcells). In my opinion, Vans are clearly superior in terms of appearance, comfort, fit, finish, and durability. Also, Zappos really is as great as everyone says on here. I initially ordered a second pair of slip-ons, but the sizing didn't work; the pair I already have is a half-size small to make them snug enough, but they're really too small so I ordered my true size. But those were too loose, so I returned those to get Eras (with laces for better control over tightness) instead. Return shipping was easy and free, the credit to my account was done quickly, and the Eras arrived even more quickly than the original order had."

These shoes are great looking. The only problem I have with them is that the inside part (near your foot where your big toe starts) rubs your foot when you walk. After further investigation, it appears that there is some extra fabric in there (that really should have been cut off) when they were made. Interestingly enough, I only have this problem with one shoe. So maybe I just received a defective pair.

The shipping was so fast and easy. Although, after 3 weeks of wearing these the Vans logo has almost completely peeled off.

Maybe they need to break in, but these aren't super comfortable for me. Super cute though...lots of colors to choose from.

Great shoes for style; not so great for actually skateboarding. In less than a month the sides have disintegrated down to the foam. This is due to a particular skateboard move, but these are supposed to be board shoes. Again, if you want to look like a skater, these are perfect. If you actually are a skater, stay away.

Comfort lacking - If you are looking for a shoe without any support, this is the shoe for you. Also, the top edge of the heel digs into my heel more than any other pair of Vans that I have worn.

Unfortunately these are very uncomfortable to the point where they’re painful to wear. They dig into my heels and the large stitches in the back cut into my skin.

The shoes fit perfect, and extra comfortable, I was disappointed to find out, the tongue strap that used to be there, has now been removed.

I wear a 10. I ordered a 10 and it was too small in every dimension, more like an 8 1/2. So I ordered a 10 1/2 which is not my size. The replacement was long enough but painfully narrow. None of my other Vans have ever had these fitting problems. It's as if these are Chinese lookalikes using Chinese sizing standards and just labeled to say Vans. They are not American sizes. They look great but don't fit like Vans and they don't fit me.

I love the look and feel of the shoe. The fit was more narrow than most men size 9.5.
