I bought a pair of the brown/brown originals a few years ago in a 10.5 D. They were really snug and made my toes hurt for quite some time. After about a year they shaped to my feet and were really comfortable if I wore them everyday. If I wore other shoes for an extended period of time they still hurt my feet when I put them back on. Overall, I still loved them and by the time my toes finally poked through the ends they were my all-time favorite shoes and fit like a glove. I just bought a new pair of the sahara leather originals and decided to try an 11. Out of the box they seem a little too big. They are extremely comfortable but they slip on my feet a bit, which makes me nervous about the leather stretching out. I'm going to stick it out with this pair. Fingers crossed.

I love sperrys, and always have, however after about a week of wearing my new pair every time I would step down on my right heel it would make a whooshing sound. I tried everything I knew to fix it but sadly I couldn't get it to work.

Purchased these for my son. He usually wears a 15 or 16 so I ordered the 15 because I knew the leather would stretch some. The 15 seemed a bit too big...was slipping on heel when he walked. Ordering a 14 now and hopefully they won't be too small. I would love to see 1/2 sizing in the larger sizes.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. About every 1 year we buy a new pair. Always know what you're getting, Great Quality Great Fit.

OK, I admit it, I am a bit of a Sperry junkie. I have 8 pairs of boat shoes. Although I like the Gold Cup series the best (they are the most comfortable and highest quality), they are expensive. So most of my Sperry's are this 2-eye series. This particular shoe is a really great color. I get lots of compliments because not many people buy this one, I guess. Overall, the quality is really good and typical of Sperry products. If I could make one change, I would like them to be a bit narrower to fit my foot better. Unfortunately, Sperry has only a few shoes that come in a narrow width. So I just pull the laces tighter and they fit pretty well.

The padding at the heEl of the shOe is functional, but starts peeLing off the Rest of the shoe. As well as that, the back part beGins to fold aFter wear and tear. Other than that the producT is flawless

Shoe had scratches on top of left shoe. Had to ;polish to get rid of. Otherwise, they are great.

Good shoe, but the normal size ran too narrow. Returning this pair and ordering a wide pair.

I love these shoes. They look great and Feel Nice. Im always getting compliments on my shoes The only thing is theY are a bit narrow.

Received my shoes on schedule. Was surprised when they came from somewhere other than Sperry. They are very nice shoes, well made, and the finish is excellent. However there was a problem that I attribute to poor quality control. The leather laces furnished are not matching. The lace on the left shoe is thicker and 5 inches shorter than the lace on the right shoe. That made it impossible to tie the usual double bow knot and have both shoes look the same. So, to correct that I had to buy a lacing needle and a set of 72 inch chocolate brown laces (so I would have plenty of lace to adjust the length). I expect this will fix the lace problem but I did have to put several hours into finding out how to change laces and where to get new ones and a needle to thread them with. I do notice the shoes feel a bit narrow and I think that with some wear they will stretch wider as my other deck shoes have done. These shoes are my third pair of Sperry Top Siders over the years. Never had a lace problem before. Top Siders usually are long lasting well made shoes, it appears these new ones will be that way. I hope that proves to be the case.

I purchased the shoe size I normally purchase for my son. We like the shoe but are going to have to make an exchange as the size purchased is too big.

Sperry's are awesome. Great quality and great style but they were harder to break in than any other pair of shoes I've ever owned. I don't know if it's because they are leather but I had blisters on my heels within the first few hours of wearing them. They hurt like crazy at first but now I'm used to them and love them.

Im one who grew Up Around the water, on boats. Sperry is true Footwear for the sea. The comfort and style is hand in hand excellent. As for dressing, I feel like a Fine dressed off duty bOat captain. They compliment outfits so weLl. Ill be buying sperrys for yeArs.

They were awesome for the first month, but after a lot of walking, air began to be pushed out of the shoe with every step and it makes an extremely loud squeak. It is especially annoying when walking across a room during class because it is loud enough for everyone to hear. I've tried putting in inserts, wearing thicker socks, even putting tape across the holes in the shoe - all to no avail. A friend of mine developed the same problem with his new pair. I can only hope that my next pair does not have such a faulty quality.

The dark brown is a little darker than you would expect, but no complaints. By far my nicest pair of Sperrys right now.

Fit, finish and comfort are all good as with all Authentic Origionals. A heads up that the black on black is a suede shoe, which the web site fails to mention and can't be detected on the average computer screen. Works for me, so I'm keeping them but it was a surprise. Also, as always need more choices in a wide last. Don't understand the marketing strategy of such limited options available in wide.

I bought two pair of shoes ...one brown and one in navy. the Brown ones were great, perfect, comfy. Even though the navy ones were marked the same size they were much too small and not at all wearable. I sent them for return....

Shipping was fast. I feel good in them and they are very stylish. The also are true to size but my only negative was how the leather scratched. I would buy these anydAy

The shoe is comfortable, but the quality of the leather now being used is of a lesser quality than it was just a few years ago. Hopefully the shoe will hold up like the old ones did; only time will tell though. The reason for my comment is that the shoe is now made in China and the leather is thinner and its overall quality (leather material) isn't the same as it once was. My only suggestion is that you can afford to purchase the one's made in Maine by Sperry that it might be a much better buy in the the long run since they will probably last twice as long as these. As for me I plan on buying another pair -the hand sewn ones that Sperry makes when my size is back in stock. These are good /okay shoes, but they are a lesser quality than they use to be. Hope this was helpful.

This product is great. Fit, style, comfort are a few of the words I would use to describe these shoes. Hope they last as long as by previous pair. They are great to wear almost everywhere. Look great with shorts, jeans, kaki's, dress pants My only concern is the color. It does not look at all like the picture.

Great business casual dress shoe, not the most comfortable. I sit at a desk most days; therefore, I can deal with the minimal comfort. My other Sperry shoes, more of a sneaker/casual dress type, are far more comfortable. I used to wear them as a teacher -on my feet all day- and those were great. This model is less comfortable, but dressier in my opinion. Overall, happy with the purchase.

All I have done to date to try them on and wear them around the house. They are my spring/summer pair, so they are losing out to my 3 eye pair at present. They seem a bit snug but I am assuming they will give a little once I start wearing them. Love the color!
