This is a great, classic boat shoe. I had wanted to get the Gold Cup version, but those are not offered in narrow width, so I went with the original. Please consider offering the Gold Cup series in a wider range of widths.

My son needed a pair of nicer shoes to dress up a little for home basketball games, and these are PERFECT! Not too casual, not too dressy, very comfortable. He usually wears a 10 or 10.5 but in Sperry's an 11 is perfect! These shoes go very well with all his Chinos. Don't have to force him to wear these; he loves them!

These are a great pair of shoes though they take a while to break in and run about a size to a size and a half too big so you'll want to order them a little smaller!

As the title says, these shoes were soft as butter right out of the box. As someone with big feet(size 15 W) I often have problems finding shoes that fit well, and to find shoes that fit great and are comfortable right out of the box is unusual. I can't praise these shoes enough. If you have big feet and want comfortable, stylish shoes, look no further!

Shoes are very comfortable, stylish, of high quality for the price you pay, and they will last you for a long time. Have not worn them out in damp weather, but will soon find out if they hold up. This pair is the first of yet many more to come. Thank you, Sperry I am sold!

Where do I start? I live in Colorado so we get all weather conditions throughout the year possible. I don't hesitate to wear my Sperry's any day of the year, unless we get 3+ inches of snow, then my boots come out. I wear them just for about everything, I go to work in them, I go to casual events in them, I wear them when I dress up for breaking of the bread, I wear them when I go fishing, I wear them when I go hunting for my casual shoe when my boots come off, I wear them for everything. All I know is Sperry makes a very durable shoe. It usually takes me 2 years to wear a pair of these out, and I don't wear them like a average person does, they get put to the extreme test. If I were to guess, I bet an average person could make these shoes last over 10+ years if they properly oil them. I couldn't have enough of these, but my bank account keeps me from filling my shoe pile. Thank you Sperry for building one of the finest shoes in the market.

I have worn successive pairs of this shoe as my primary informal footwear since about 1970. They are very comfortable and durable and have a reliable non-slip sole. They can handle a wide range of activities. Even after saturating in water, they will dry out and look the same. These days, after nearly constant daily active use, they will last about 18 months. They look their best about hallway through their lifespan.

As always Sperry delivers another great shoe! This style is all I have worn for almost 30 years and I simply love them!
