I think Sperry is the Best for boat shoes I am just sorry they went up in price.I am a SR citizen and on a very fixed income so it will be quit some time befor I could get another pair as I had planned.

I've worn this shoe for 30 years. Always excellent. Love them. Newest pair is ready for summer vacations.

My wife bought me these boat shoes in amaretto for Father's Day to replace a very worn pair that I already had. As soon as I put them on, they felt comfortble. I plan on using them to do a lot of walking on our upcoming trip to Europe. The only negative thing that I could say about these boat shoes is the eyelets. They are a very bright tacky gold in color and stick out like a sore thumb! My wife wanted to send them back but I said no. Both of us feel that they could blend in with the shoe more.

Exactly what I expected. True to size year over year, high quality, comfortable once they're broken in...this is why I keep coming back for more. Never any guesswork with Sperry.

I have had a pair for a bout six months and already two of the little metal eyes have fallen off, i do not know if this is normal, but it happens to my friends too.

I originally bought a Sperry Topsider shoe for sailing in the early 1980's and was hooked. Since then I have worn nothing else for sport or casual wear. I have owned both the original basic topsider and the most expensive available ( I still do) and have never been disappointed. They last literally for years. I just ordered two more pairs and expect them to be with me for the next 10 years. Quality has been consistent with normal shoe care.

This shoe came in perfect condition ready to wear. Superior quality, as always, and extremely comfortable. Love Sperry. Will continue to purchase these shoes in the future.

This is actually my second pair of topsiders. They are great to wear for those quick weekenders..

I have worn this model Sperry Top-Sider boat shoe for more than 40 years and wear it daily almost all the time. It is the hardest shoe to break in but once the discomfort is gone, it's the best. Thanks to its superior leather quality it very easy to keep looking like new.

Took some breaking time before they settled in to being very comfortable.

Good materials, good fit. Exactly the same as Pair I bought 20 years ago and every 2 years since.

this shoe fits perfect to size,but inner liner cameloose within a week of purchase of shoe. Overall very great quality!!

Phenomenal product time & time again. Sperry never fails to disappoint

I wear these more then my other 5 pEars of sperrys. These are comfortable for short periods of time, but they Hurt less ThAn other flats When your out for hours. The only thing i hate is they are showing majior signs of Wear and tear. They Have wrinkles and the brown leather is fading.

I have worn this shoe almost everyday for a year now and it still fits perfect! No holes or tears in the leather. I wear this show on my boat (I'm a deckhand) and its perfect because it can get soaked in salt water, gasoline, oil, and fish guts. It is the perfect shoe for a person who is constantly in and out of the water. It also looks very good off the water and does a perfect job in school and in the woods.

I've been wearing Sperry's for about 25 years and never been dissatisfied with there product. been from the fla. Key's to the Great lakes , and yes my shoes have been under water countless amount of times .Will keep wearing this product. Love them SPERRY"S I can say I wear mine No matter WHAT I'm doing !!!!!!!!!!

This shoe is becoming very popular because of how great it is. When I first bought a regular width one, they were too tight, but when I exchanged it for a medium width they fit perfectly. Highly recommend this shoe.

This is my favorite shoe of the last 40 years. Great additions have been the sahara color, the medium color sole, more widths and fixing the arch and heel pad inside the shoe so that it doesn't fall out. The little bit of padding is nice too. My suggestions would be: - make a thin vibram sole for a version of the sahara topsider and sell it in wider widths too. The problem is that in the winter the existing sole has no traction on ice and snow and in the fall and spring when it's the muddiest around here the traction on the boat sole is nil. I have a custom shoe that has the vibram newporter sole and the traction is amazing in everything but glare ice. So that or some proprietary sole would be great. If there was a better winter sole I'm sure I'd wear the shoes with wool socks in the winter around the yard, for short walks and car trips! I suppose one of the reasons they are so comfortable are the moccasin construction, the low sides and the ability to slip them off easily. In summer its wonderful to not have to wear socks. PS I tried the deerskin lined shoes you make but in bare feet the deerskin is very sticky and hot! Whereas the regular topsider leather is a little rough so it breathes? Thanks for making this wonderful shoe for so long and keeping the quality up.
