Not at all comfortable -- an odd drop in the middle of the footbed.

My item came damaged and since there are sold out, I can't exchange them.... Looks cheap, the Birkenstock logo is crooked, dry glue on top of shoe, and appears to have suede damaged. This is the second time and I am over it. They are going back 100%

They looked too big and they were not. The width was too wide, and I have wide feet.

I have been wanting these Birkenstock Boston clogs for a long time. I finally ordered a pair in the black suede. My normal shoe and sneaker size is 10 medium. I ordered the Boston clogs in a 41 Narrow and they fit great with a pair of socks. My issue is with Zappos. I have been a customer for many years. I received the clogs in a generic unmarked oversized brown shoe box that was shipped inside a plastic mailer bag instead of a Zappos shipping carton with a Birkenstock shoe box. When I opened the brown box, the clogs were laying loose with a small piece of tissue paper separating them. They didn't have any cardboard shoe shaper pieces inside or anything else to prevent them from rolling around the box during shipment. I am attaching a photo of the clogs. The suede didn't look great, but I might have overlooked that. What I can't overlook is that the toe area of both clogs, but mainly the left clog, is very worn or scuffed. The bottoms of the clogs do not look like they have been worn outside, so I don't know if these were a return by someone else or what caused the scuffs. I do not expect to pay $155 for scuffed shoes. I am very disappointed and will be returning them.

The material feels thin and not so good quality.

The fit was great but I was not in love with the suede was different color. It was nice on one but the other had like a light color stain.

Love this style, but I definitely need the narrow. The regular was too wide for my skinny feet. Ordered the narrow ones in black!

The convolutions in the (not so very) soft foot bed do not match my foot. The arch support was in a different place than my arch. Nice soft suede upper.

Ran big and had to exchange for smaller size

I have another pair of Boston in 39, so I got that size, but these were so much bigger. I compared it to my current shoe, this one was an inch longer! I just exchanged back for a 38, and hope that it fits better.

Somewhat disappointed in the suede top of Birkenstock clog, it was defective on the top of one shoe, and it was worn off on both on the outer edge. Made me think that they where returned after being worn a bit. These are just a house shoe but I contacted Zappos and asked for some kind of credit being that the support of the shoe was fine. They actually sent me a free replacement. Wow I think that's incredible , so now I can donate one and still have the support I need!! So awesome.

These are gorgeous. Unfortunately, I they run large for me. I take a 37 EU (6.5) narrow in my Birkenstock Floridas (which fit perfectly). I got these the same size in these and they are remarkably large for that size. Really disappointed.

Even though they were supposed to be narrow, they were too wide for my AA feet.

I wanted a “winter” shoe from Birkenstock that did not have fleece or lambswool (my feet get too hot). I need slip-ons for my business. I wanted these to work but they were too stiff. Plus I love the two sandals I have from Birkenstock, but in these, I felt like a clown with big feet:)

I returned the size 41 Bostons as they run small on me in exchange for size 42. I found there is a size difference between the two styles, needing more room for my toes. I wish I read a similar review to determine that I needed to size up from Arizonas to the Bostons.

My husband has never experienced the heaven I call Birks...LOL And so far, not so good. Hates gripping his toes and cant keep them on otherwise. Ordered the fuzzy ones to see if that matters and a pair of sandals to see if any difference. His feet hurt andI really think these will help. The Soft bed makes all the diff for sure.

soft footbed. the most ridiculous birkenstocks. they are nothing like the original. they have zero support. why wear them if the reason to even wear these is for foot health? soft footbed is taking over and it's a total bummer as i can't even get a proper pair of shoes now. i am so disappointed in the birkenstock company. they are sell outs and their products are terrible now. birko flor? soft footbed? ugh. no thanks. keep them all. horrible. ruined a great comapny.

I really wanted these Boston Soft Footbed Birkenstocks to work for me. At first I thought, though they were loose, I could make them work. But I can't. They're narrow and I wear a Medium width, but based on reviews I ordered the Narrow. They're just a little long and a little wide. I wear a 6.5M and I ordered the 37 Narrow. I can tell a slight bit of difference in the Soft Footbed, but it's not dramatically soft. Bottom line for $145 the shoe has to fit better than this one does. I am returning it.

The sizing of Birkenstock has really caused me to back off the brand. The narrow is to narrow and the new med/wide is to wide. I have worn Birks for years but the new widths don’t fit me like my old Birks.

Yikes, these are HUGE!! I even ordered a full size down & they were waaay too long/wide. And, not the Birkies I remember from about 15 years ago when I last wore them. These are so stiff & hard, even this "softbed" style. Feels like walking on a piece of wood. But, gotta say, the whole footbed shape felt good under the heel/arch/toes. My old Bs were flexible when new, which is why I could wear them. Not anymore I guess.

Too floppy so I can't slip them on without bending down

I have a pair of the Boston clog from a decade ago. It was time to buy a new pair. They changed the footbead so now it's a "comfort" foot bed, which was in fact, comfortable. I cannot attest to how the cork bottom will feel after break-in because they are going back. I normally wear a women's 7 1/2 shoe & ordered a 37 (a size smaller) 10 years ago, which fit perfectly. These however, must be more true to size as the 37 is too short. Also, the suede is funky on both tops of the shoes, shiney and matted down. Im looking for a cork footbed clog & have tried Haflinger & Stegman's but both are too big surrounding the top of my foot.

Fit and Size were great. Button to secure strap broke off after 5 minutes of wearing.
