These are so comfortable and I love wearing them. They're soft and perfect for slipping on to run errands or go to brunch or something. Definitely recommend while they're still in fashion!

I have a hard time keeping these shoes on my feet when I walk at a steady pace. They keep slipping off. I typically use them like a slipper so it is not that huge of an issue. I just wouldn't wear them to work or running errands much

Hopefully this review will help others who are often between sizes. My athletic shoes are almost all a size 10 US, while all my other shoes and sandals are 9.5 US. I wear a 40 EU (9-9.5 US) in Birkenstock Arizona and Gizeh. They are a perfect fit. I originally ordered the Boston in a 40 EU Narrow, which fit my foot width perfectly, but my heels were all the way back in the cup, without the 5mm (Birkenstock recommends) to spare. My left foot is a tad longer than my right, so I was concerned my heel would end up striking the edge while walking. Barefoot, they seemed good, but I planned to wear them with thin socks most of the time. I decided to order a 41 EU (10-10.5 US) to compare. With thick socks they are perfect, thin socks and barefoot they definitely feel a bit too big. I wish there was a size to accommodate size 9.5-10 US, but oh well! They fit well enough, and like most reviewers say, they are super comfortable and still worth it. A quick note on the width - barefoot and with thin socks, I have even the Narrow width on the tightest strap hole. I've definitely got a narrow foot, but I would think that as a fully grown adult, I shouldn't need to cinch down a narrow shoe all the way - maybe add a few more holes or make the narrow a true narrow :)

Based on reviews I was having a hard time figuring out which size to get. I wear a size 11 in Womens in all my shoes. My feet are a normal width. I bought a Womens 11-11.5 narrow with and they are perfect. Im glad I didnt size down. Would have been too small.

The suede upper was too loose over my foot even though I had socks on and I had the buckle on the last hole. I love Birkenstock! Maybe I need to try the leather instead of the suede.

I love Birkenstock sandals and always buy the 'soft' and 'narrow' which work well for plantar fasciitis. I was looking forward to this style because it is better suited to winter and, although it did fit, for some reason my feet pronated. I have that tendency but rarely in a shoe with good support. Surprised & disappointed.

I typically wear a size nine. 40 in Euro. This 40 euro is big. Felt a half size too big, necessitating thick socks with wearing. I kept it and wear regularly, as a 39 was not available for exchange.

I really love these shoes but they are definitely a little big. They slide off if I’m not careful. But it’s just the problem with birks because the 6-6.5 would’ve been too small, yet the 7-7.5 is too big because I fall in between

Feel larger

I realized that suede shoes are not very practical for an Ohio winter. They are being returned.

I wear a 41 in the Arizona sandals and they fit perfectly. The 41 Bostons were way too small and I wasn’t even able to wear a sock with them. I’ll wait for the 42 narrows to be restocked and order then.

Love this shoe. It’s comfortable and helps me rock a causal look. Only complaint is that is seems to run a half size larger than the other Birkenstocks I own.

Had a scuff on the left shoe that I wasn’t happy about. I had to return them twice because of sizing issues and the other two pairs were alright. I got this pair and there’s the scuff. Kinda disappointed but after all this I’ll keep them. They are still comfortable and cool to me.

They are SO wide. Even with a bunion.

My feet are not overly wide and based on reviews, I wasn’t overly concerned these shoes were only available in narrow. I should have been, they were far too narrow, my feet were spilling out of the molded foot bed.

Love the fit, love the brand.

Nice shoe

I love the Arizona and this is my first time with the Boston. I tried the Boston shearling in my Arizona size and no way did my foot fit in it with socks as it would with the Arizona (using them as a house shoe/slipper) and had also ordered these just in case the shearling didn't work. These "fit" with a sock and the strap makes each slightly adjustable, so they now feel like they fit ok. My disappointments are that 1. the sole/arch/whatever it is doesn't feel nearly as nice as my Arizonas. It just feels lumpy or something. 2. The suede fabric is so floppy that I have to hold the shoe open to slip in my foot. I have the feeling this is REALLY going to annoy me over time. 3. The shoe is SLIPPERY! So weird! Well, I kept them anyway since I am tired of trying on shoes and I think they will be better than my Crocs I usually wear year-round...

I originally ordered my normal size 11 but had to send them back for the size 10 in Men’s regular. Now they fit perfect

These are so comfy and stylish. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they are staining my feet! I’m hopeful that this will stop after a while, but so far every time I’ve worn them my feet turn green.

My husband loves these. They have had heavy usage for a year and soles are mostly worn down and pretty trashed. Would love if they were a bit more resilient for the price you pay…but they are amazing for all that.

Took a while to find the right fit. I don’t wear wide width shoes typically but need a Regular width in these.

I am a 7D in dress shoes and other leather sneakers, 8 in NMDs and 8.5 in NB and Nike sneakers. I got these with the intention of using them strictly with thicker merino socks and I ordered a size 7 and 8 narrow, but returned the 7s. With the 7s the fit is perfect sockless and with socks there's like 5mm of overhang over the heel, and with the 8s there's about a centimeter of room between my heel and the edge of the sandal.

Soft footbed means minimal to no break-in period. Picked my size in Arizona, and these fit as perfectly.
