I bought these shoes for work as I'm on my feet all day. They're absolutely perfect. So comfortable and roomy. I love them.

I have an old pair of Boston taupe suede in the original footbed that I have worn exclusively for the past four years. It has now gotten to the point that the cork footbed is crumbling beneath me. For some reason there is now a shortage on Boston’s in the original footbed in suede in size 39. I tried these out of desperation, but they are nowhere near the same. The shoe feels much narrower, offers less arch support, and the heel cup is different. I returned them, and my search continues.

Feels better each time I wear them.

Super comfortable and stylish

I was really hoping that these would be my new favorite shoes, however that was not the case. Not only did these shoes look different from the photo, but they also appeared to be worn. There was long, black human hair in the shoebox as well as black dog hair, not only in the box but all in the shoes as well. The suede seemed to be worn and scuffed in some areas as well. This was really upsetting and I was not willing to overlook the seemingly worn shoes for $155. I have returned them.

shoes fit perfectly. True to size. Fit like all Birkenstocks. These are my new favorite for summer when I do not feel like wearing my open toe Birkenstocks. So comfy

I can’t find the narrow widths in stores, so I have a few of the standard, and in the Boston clogs, they fit like bedroom slippers. These, on the other hand, fit like they were custom made for me - and they look better, too, without the super-wide toe box. I love them!

I love these birks! They’ve now become my daily wears. I’m glad I sized down. I’m usually a 9 but I went with the 41(US men’s 8-8.5) and honestly I can already tell they’ll feel better once broken in.

Bought these and had to return as they were too wide for my feet. Recommend sizing down

I wear a size 6 in US sizes. I am a 69 year old grandmother and purchased my first ever pair of Birkenstock sandals last summer. I have lower back issues and found that wearing my Birks sandals definitely made a difference so I tried the Boston this Spring. I'm so glad I did. The 36 Narrow is the perfect fit and I love the soft footbed. I just wish there were more styles offered in the narrow soft footbed in my size. Thank you once again Zappos!

I purchased the same size as my old birks. These were huge and wide. Seemed 2 sizes to big.

This was my first ever pair of Birkenstocks and they quickly became my favorite pair of shoes once I broke them in. I’m writing this review three years after buying them. I still have them and I still love them. The famous cork footbeds lived up to the hype and then some. They molded to the specific contour of my feet over time, giving me an unrivaled custom fit. My feet are always happy in these shoes. In fact, after I strained my posterior tendon, they nursed my foot back to health with their phenomenal arch support. The whole “foot health” selling point isn’t just a marketing ploy. It’s the real deal. The leather upper has broken in nicely with zero durability issues. The only thing I can say that’s negative is that the tread has worn out disproportionately fast in comparison to the rest of the shoe. But that’s not a dealbreaker. They still have enough grip.

I am a very senior lady with extremely narrow feet that have lots of issues. When it said soft bottom I thought they ment really soft like with some sort of foam or something. Nothing wrong with the shoes had I purchased them 20 years ago.

These fit true to size for Birkenstock’s. I have worn them for years. I love the color and material.

I’ve been wearing Birkenstocks for 30 years & bought these to wear as house shoes/slippers. As always, they are well made & comfortable right out of the box. Also, I know they will last for years unlike other slippers.

Comfortable shoe. Runs wide, the narrow fits me perfectly and I’m usually a medium width.

I’ve purchased these before. The fit and comfort are excellent. Birds are my go to shoes for life.

This is my second pair of Boston Soft Footbed clogs. I have had a pair in brown suede for years and wanted a black pair as well. These are extremely comfortable. The only change I notice is that the older pair has a stiffer upper so that you can just slide your foot into them. The new pair appears to be a softer material, so you have to hold it up to slide your foot into the shoe. Still very comfortable.

As a size 10 (woman) I frequently have problems with shoe widths. While my feet are fairly thin, I have bunions so often have to go wider, with the risk that I will float around in my shoes. As these are sized for men and women I decided to try several widths to see which worked. Size 41 narrow was the perfect fit. I tried the regular width but it felt huge, even though the length was fine. These shoes are soft and comfortable from the get-go, holding my feet firmly but without gripping too tightly or floating. I am about to order them in other colors.

The suede shoes are very comfortable.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and they are taking a little getting used to, but in a good way. Comfortable and easy on and off. They aren't the most attractive shoes, but I'm very casual anyway, so they fit right in with my rural lifestyle. Wish I'd tried them years ago.

These didn’t fit at all. I ordered a size 12-12.5. I have a pair of sandals in this size that fit well though. Maybe I need a size bigger. I’m returning them. W A C K
