The shoe in general is very comfortable. I returned them though because the suede on the top of the shoe looked slightly worn and felt thin, they seemed used but someone did a good job of cleaning them. Ordered another pair directly from Birkenstock and the quality was very different.

Soft footbed means minimal to no break-in period. Picked my size in Arizona, and these fit as perfectly.

I wear this brand and type of shoes all the time when I’m not working because I wear steel toe boots so they are a relief when I’m off and stylish to what I wear when I’m in my leisure time..

So comfy. I wear them like slippers but also I can go out in them! They’re a little loose so sometimes I’m more comfortable wearing them with socks.

I needed comfortable shoes for standing all day. I tried many sneakers but wanted something different. These shoes definitely work for my casual vibe. Comfy right out the box, but you must bring them in before wearing routinely. I look forward to adding these to my rotation.

I normally wear a size 8 shoe and Birkenstocks size 38 are a perfect fit. They are so comfortable and as I get older I’m wearing them a lot more! Can’t beat ‘em.

One of the UGLIEST shoes ever invented - but also one of the most COMFORTABLE. Takes a week or two to break in. In the middle of the break-in period, I experienced some arch pain as my foot adjusted. Now that they've molded to my feet, I don't ever want to take them off! Worth every penny.

The shoe is overall very comfortable ,feels a tad clunky for me at first but the soft footbed is very nice. I think the suede is a bit floppy and that is what makes the shoe not as stable on the foot as it could be,however the 39 fits size 8 perfectly . Nice product and support.

LOVE THEM !! I wear a 6 sometimes 6 1/2 and I was nervous about ordering them online with the different sizing, the 37 narrow fit perfectly, very comfortable, can’t wait to wear for this fall season

Size 38 is perfect for my 7.5 foot and same trusted comfort I always get from Birkenstock. I took one star off because they arrived looking worn and scuffed, not the shoes fault but whoever had them before me and returned them (is there quality control on returns?). I kept them because I don't have the time to return.

I like the style of these shoes. The leather was soft and supple. The brown is a beautiful deep color. I really wanted the closed in toe and they are only offered in unisex sizes. I am a woman so I ordered the narrow in the size I usually get but they were too big, all of the way around. I ordered one size smaller and still narrow These actually fit and are comfortable. Birkenstock makes the most comfortable shoe, I’m only wearing them. I’m 81 years old so comfort is high on my list.

Super comfortable clogs

Obviously, everyone loves these shoes for a damn good reason. They hurt a ton to break in (get ready for blisters! even on your arch!) but are genuinely worth the breaking-in process because of the long-lasting extreme comfort and style. I always get compliments on my Boston soft clogs.

I am a 42 size and these Birkenstocks fit perfectly. The style is a throw back to the 70's but that is what is cool about them. Very comfortable as well.

I really like the looks and color of the shoe so I ordered my usual size but the narrow width. I wanted the closed in toe for winter. The shoe was still too wide and my foot slipped way forward in the shoe. I've ordered the same style but in a size smaller but still narrow, I'm hoping the shorter, narrower shoe will fit me better.

Overall, excellent pair of shoes. Comfortable, easy to slip on, and perfect for a low maintenance look. The length felt true to size, but I've had to tighten the strap all the way to achieve my desired width.

I had been eying these for awhile. I’m just so tired of my feet hurting with other shoes. Got them today and have been wearing them ever since - even in the house. Everyone should do their feet a favor and wear only Birkenstock!

Birkenstock's are well made for comfort, safety, and ease of entry. I will never love the style, but everyone who wears them, including me, loves the feel and wear.

soft footbed. the most ridiculous birkenstocks. they are nothing like the original. they have zero support. why wear them if the reason to even wear these is for foot health? soft footbed is taking over and it's a total bummer as i can't even get a proper pair of shoes now. i am so disappointed in the birkenstock company. they are sell outs and their products are terrible now. birko flor? soft footbed? ugh. no thanks. keep them all. horrible. ruined a great comapny.

I really wanted these Boston Soft Footbed Birkenstocks to work for me. At first I thought, though they were loose, I could make them work. But I can't. They're narrow and I wear a Medium width, but based on reviews I ordered the Narrow. They're just a little long and a little wide. I wear a 6.5M and I ordered the 37 Narrow. I can tell a slight bit of difference in the Soft Footbed, but it's not dramatically soft. Bottom line for $145 the shoe has to fit better than this one does. I am returning it.

warm and comfy with socks in the winter, great for walking in.
