Really comfortable shoes! As fair warning, even though they are soft foot bed shoes they will require a week or so of wearing before you break them in. After that, though, these shoes are awesome. Great service from Zappos. They showed up next day at my house.

These shoes are very comfortable and help very much with foot pain caused by heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. My foot doctor recommended them to me, to put on first thing in the morning, and they really have helped.

I\'ve always wanted a pair of Birks but was hesitant because of the cost. One day I decided enough was enough and took the plunge, and I don\'t regret it for a second! After reading the reviews and taking their sizing recommendation to heart, I got my Birkenstock Boston Soft Footbed in Taupe and in size 39. A week later, my shoes arrived and I was so excited to get them on! They felt a little roomy, but Birks emphasized room for the toes so I didn\'t worry about it too much. They are super comfy and now I wear them every day. The shoes are especially amazing after a night of wearing heels! You\'ll love them, trust me.

I purchased these for a middle school child. She keeps talking about how soft they are to wear. She has had this style in the past, but not the soft footbed. She is a huge fan. Her orthopedic doc was so pleased to see her in supportive shoes, not flip flops.

These shoes are GREAT! Comfortable, and go with everything! I couldn\'t be happier. I have not taken them off, wear them to work, errands and even walked for miles on recent trip and couldn\'t believe how comfortable they are. Will definitely buy another pair!

I wanted these shoes for years and finally invested. They are great except that you really have to work with your toes to keep the darn things on your feet! At first I thought it was a size problem and that mine were too big, but I went so far as to exchange for the next size down and that wasn't it. It's just the way they fit. Very loose and the band that holds them in place across your foot is quite far forward for my foot. I even tend to trip. As long as I keep them on for short distances, I'm all set, but I couldn't wear them for walking around town at any length, which is disappointing. I love the way they look and the comfort for short distances is just fine.

My order arrived very quickly. I ordered the brown and black in the same style and I am very happy. Birkenstocks are one of the few brands that I find comfortable and this style was hard to find locally so I had to order online. Even thought they are suede, I sprayed them and they are fine, water beads up.

I'm expecting a baby in January, and as my Birkenstock sandals got me through the summer in comfort I decided to order the Bostons for the winter. The new soft foot bed is amazing! I have a no shoes in the house rule and I've been breaking it because they are better than slippers! I had to order a size up from my sandals, so you might want to take that into consideration if you're planning to wear with winter socks. Awesome shoe!

Birkenstock Boston clogs/shoes are wonderful. I highly recommend them. Bostons are very comfortable. No break-in was needed. I was able to wear these shoes for 9 hours straight out of the box. I ordered my regular Birkie size and the fit was excellent. Boston = Comfortable, Zappos = Service.
