As comfortable as ever! I have been wearing Birkenstocks since the 60s, and now that I am older I am really glad for the soft footbed in some of the styles. As the name implies, they are softer. Very comfortable from the beginning. Nice looking in their own way.

Birkenstock Boston Soft Footbed - I got these for my son for Christmas and they fit perfectly! He is a size 13 and I was a bit worried about the width, but just go with the description on narrow vs. medium and you will have a perfect fit. Very quick delivery and packaged well, thanks so much!

Great clog! Bought these for myself and loved them so much that I got a pair for my fiance. He loves them too, but is getting a little self-conscience that he doesn't see as many guys wearing them! We bought the soft footbed, and I don't think the arch support is as good on these, but they are incredibly comfortable. I don't walk extensively in them since my foot tends to slip out every once in a while. They run about a 1/2 size too small.

Birkenstock's always good - Love the look of these felted clogs. A little worried about how to keep the felt clean however.

Boston Soft footbed - This is the third pair that I have ordered. The first one was for me, then my granddaughter and my daughter. The soft footbed is so comfortable that I didn't have any break in time. These shoes look good and the only word I can think of to describe them is... wonderful. Quality is great.

Worth every penny.. The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I ordered these last night before bed and they were waiting for me when I got home! No one can touch Zappos for service.

Best Shoe Ever - I purchased this shoe from Zappos.com and received it the next day. I have a foot disorder called brachymetatarsia. This is the best shoe I have ever put on my foot. No break in time needed and the cushion is superb. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who has to be on their feet all day and it looks good too. I'm going to order another pair today.

Can't beat Birks! Although Birkenstocks are not the prettiest shoes, they are the best! These are very easy to wear right away, although, there is a little break in period. I expected the footbed to be softer than it is, but it's still very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and these work just fine!

My first Birkenstocks - I have flat feet and have had to wear orthodic inserts in most shoes for the past ten years or so. I recently picked up a second job for the holidays that requires me to be on my feet for 8 - 10 hours at a time. My feet were BURNING afterwards ... so I looked to Zappos for a solution. I had to return my first order because it was too loose in the regular size. I reordered the narrow. My first thought was "if this is the soft foot bed, I'm glad I didn't start out with the normal bed!!" It took a few days for my feet to learn to walk comfortably in these shoes ... now I can't live without them! I would recommend to newbies like myself to commit to wearing them regularly for a few days at the outset, as much to break in your feet as to break in these shoes. My feet are still sore after a ten-hour stretch of both standing and running around, but it's exponentially better than previously. No more cramping and no more burning sensation. I am contemplating buying these for my brother, who suffers from painful plantar fasciitis. The arch support is excellent and I'm grateful for these shoes. I only wish they also offered these in the smooth (non-suede) leather finishes. I'll be considering buying some of the more shoe-ish looking Birks categorized as mens shoes as well for work purposes.

Soooo comfy - I love them they are so comfortable I don't care if they look like girls shoes no one should go with out them I wear them everywhere. I love how they look and fell.

Every day shoe! I have a few Birkenstocks and thought I would try the Soft Footbed. No need to break them in like the regular cork ones. Very comfy! I am an 8.5/9 and went with a size 40. I have a couple of sandals where I went with 39 and found them a tad small. These shoes are great! I wear them with socks now that the weather is cooler and brought them on a recent trip to New York City. Did a lot of walking and had no problems. Only thing is you might find your feet getting a little tired because it will force your foot to use muscles that you don't typically use that grip the shoe. Will definitely buy again if I need new ones!

Birkenstock's Boston Soft Footbed, SO COMFY!! Thank God for Birkenstock Soft Footbed. With my foot problems, I can't comfortably wear anything else. I wish there were more styles available with it. I love this shoe. Many thanks to Zappos; they provide excellent service!!!

Love the soft footbed - I now have 2 pairs of these clogs-brown and black. The soft footbed is fantastic. I also love the narrow width-regular Birks are just too wide for my feet. They are out of the box comfortable. I wear a 7 shoe; 7 1/2 Nike sneaker with insert and a 37 Birkenstock. I have plantar fasciitis and can wear these shoes without an insert.

Birkenstock Boston Soft Footbed - I bought these for my college age son, and he loves them! When I saw that these were available in narrow, I bought a pair in his regular size, and they fit perfectly. Thank you Zappos for your usual great service!

Birkenstock Soft Footbed--- True Comfort for your Feet!!!! I love these clogs, and they are great especially for winter days, and all year. I have already posted a comment about these clogs, but I did forget to mention something in my previous review, so here it is. Wear these wonderful and comfy clogs around the house on carpeted floors for about a week or so, to make sure they are the right fit. If you think they are, then go to a local Birkenstock Dealer, and have them punch a hole or two in them to make them a tighter fit if you need to. My other recommendation would be to get some Birkenstock Water Repellent Spray and spray on them, so that when or if you do get caught in the rain, water will not stain the suede material. Other than that these are the most comfortable clogs I have ever worn in my life. Wear them anywhere, to the office, to school, to the malls on shopping trips etc, and your feet will, Thank You. Thank You Birkenstock for making such a wonderful product and Thank You Zappos for carrying such a fine product such as Birkenstock.

Zappos Fast Shipping - Love the clog! I am a 6'5" 300lb man so I exert a lot of pressure on my feet. These are perfect for my high arches and very comfortable. This new soft footbed means that they feel broken in the first time I put them on. I hope they last as long as my last pair of the normal footbed. I ordered from Zappos at 3pm with the 4 to 5 day shipping and to my surprise got them the next day because Zappos had upgraded the shipping for free!!

Birkenstock Soft Footbed.... Awesome - I have been a loyal Birkenstock fan for 16 years, and I have many pairs I believe now I have 18 pairs. They are so comfortable. I have several pairs of sandals, including the Mocha Soft Footbed, (a delight to the feet), and then I have several clogs, including the Mocha Soft Footbed clog, (also a delight to the feet). I also have several other shoes that Birkenstock makes. I guess, I am a happy and cheerful Birkenstock lover. I love Birkenstocks so much, that I ordered a pair of Taupe Soft Footbed Suede Clogs last week from you all, and they are very comfy, cozy and warm to the feet. Can't wait to wear them. Birkenstocks are for men, women, and children, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like a comfortable, and healthy shoe. After all when you go to a doctor's office, or a hospital, Birkenstock footwear is all you see the doctor's and nurses wearing. Soft Footbed is the bomb! I have been a fan of Birkenstock for a long time. I just tried my first Soft Footbed pair of Boston clogs and I must say I LOVE them. I can't believe what a difference the soft bed makes... I just wish they were available for all the styles! I have worn them every day since I got them! I can't take them off!

I purchased these shoes for my daughter (who does a lot of walking) and she said they were comfortable from the moment she put them on. No breaking in time. She had the Boston's last year but said the soft footbed is even more comfortable. She loves them.

Birkenstock Clogs - Well worth the cost. Never had so comfortable clog. Plan on buying another pair.
