Great shoes - These shoes look great - they go well with jeans, shorts, and slacks. Everyone notices the lack of laces and asks about them. They could use more arch support, but I suppose that if you are buying a pair of All Stars, you would know at this point that is not one of their strong suits. They run large - I normally wear a 12 and ordered both the 10 1/2 and the 11 to try. I chose the 11, as I figured on wearing socks this winter.

The fabric around where the laces should be started to shred pretty quickly, and one of the metal pieces for the shoelace hole was completely covered with thread.

Good old and new combination - These have been quirky just like the Chucks I remember from the old days (have to order 1 size too small to accommodate the 2 sock legacy), but a cool style and easy slip on. I have slip-on Vans that are more comfortable, but I prefer the look of the Chucks.

Too Big - Loved the look of the shoe but it was a size too big even after I ordered down half a size. Too cute with my jeans!

Converse sneaks - My daughters were not sure what to expect. They were happy with the look. The top of the slips are slightly uncomfortable but not sure if it is related to being new sneakers because she has worn them many times and I have not heard any complaints. Have received many compliments from friends.

Loose but nice - These shoes are pretty nice. The look is slightly worn, and not exactly the same as a standard All Star, and it seemed a little looser than a regular pair. Overall I’m pleased though.

Mere's Review - I used to just have regular All Stars, and decided to mix it up by buying these ones - well they are really comfortable (more so than the originals) but they are already falling apart! The sewing were the first 3 holes are (closest to the toe) is completely gone and I'm going to have to go to a shoe smith which is disappointing, but otherwise... Awesome shoes.

Converse All Star Slip On - This pair of shoes looks good and feels almost as good. So far I've only worn them a couple times, each time I wear them I get a blister on my heel. The fabric along the shoelace eyelets tends to fray off.

Cool Sneak - But runs big - These are very comfy and I LOVE the cool no lace look. I ordered the men's size 5 to fit my ladies size 7 and I have to say that these run about a half to whole size big so beware and order smaller. Very cool though, I get a lot of comments on them.

Converse All Star Slip on - I love the shoes! I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. I went a half size smaller than my regular shoe based on others reviews (size 6 -4 Mens instead of 6.5) and they still feel a little bit big. I wear them with low socks that don't show and they are perfect. They are a bit uncomfortable with no socks.

Coolness makes up for lack of comfort - Most of us know Converse isn't known for comfort so after I ordered these I bought some inserts and put them in upon arrival. I have flat feet so this was a must for me. Problem solved. I just love these shoes though! I get compliments on them everywhere I go. The elastic in them is perfect, distressing is just right and I am so happy I got them! I would highly recommend them! Just be aware beforehand that there is little to no support in them, but don't let that stop you. I have the brown and will probably get the navy as well. Oh and I wear a 5.5 in most shoes and a 6 in running shoes and the 3.5 is perfect (which is right on for size equivalence_-so size down 2 full sizes. Have fun shopping!

Great shoe! I really enjoy my shoes. They go with almost anything. The only problem is they run a half size bigger than the regular all-stars.

Nice but not my favorite - Pretty cool looking, so-so on the comfort scale. "Your shoes have no laces!" is the most common reaction from people. A pretty good summer shoe.

Slide And Go! These shoes are great looking and the comfort surprisingly is great! I suggest wearing tiny socks inside because the stitching inside that rubs the top of your foot and your last 3 toes will become irritated. I started with a size 10 1/2 and went to a 10 and finally a 9 1/2. So it is true, you must order 1 complete size down. Great colors too, I'll probably order the navy and khaki next!

Converse Slip Ons - Bought these for my husband. They run way too big, so be sure to order a full size under what you usually would. I have purchased many pairs of Chuck Taylors for myself through the years, so I'm not sure why these run so big. They are pretty comfy though, and look great!

Cool and comfy - I really like these easy slip ons. I have to say though, that Converse in general has NO arch support whatsoever and that has deterred me from buying them in the past. These are no different but comfy enough to keep.

Converse All Star Slip - These are great for kicking around in. Although they felt slightly larger I wouldn't recommend going up a half size. Arch support seemed better with a footie or sock.

Comfy, strings ravel away a little bit - After a couple of wears the strings started to ravel, but it's really part of the look, so it's not bad. Super comfy like all Converse. Would buy again.

Converse slip ons - These shoes are really funky and a good price. I knew they had no arch support, but when I put them in, the heel slipped when I walked. I'm still tweaking the arch support/ fit situation, but for those of you who don't care about arch support, these sneaks are groovy. Order 1 full size smaller than you usually wear, as everyone else has already noted.

"Slip" is a good name for these sneaks - Like all Converse, these have no arch support, so buy yourself some Dr. Scholl's arch pads or something like it. These Cons run big, so order down at least 1/2 size from your usual. They stay on by virtue of an elastic band in the tongue which isn't enough to keep them on my feet securely. Don't get me wrong, I love them, but don't expect to run anywhere fast!

Slip On Converse - I just got them so I can't tell how comfortable they are yet - the look is great though and great to throw on and head out the door - the shoe does run a little big. I got the size 7 1/2 but feel I could wear the 7.

Cute shoes - These are some cute shoes. Comfortable as long as you don't have to do a bunch of walking. Was hoping to still put laces in them but you can only lace about half of the eyelets.

Converse the Universe - Just as ordered. Slipped it on and walked away. It's a Converse true and true. Too new to comment on durability but, if true to history, should last a long time. 4's only because nothing's perfect.

I think this is a great style, however they do slip off quite a bit, you definitely need to wear socks with these shoes, and just know that they are going to be loose, even if it is your right size. They also run a 1/2 to a full size bigger.

Finally got it right. I'd suggest buying a half-size smaller than one's normal size. There's not much arch support, but some, and they're just a little narrow for my slightly wider than average foot. Otherwise, a great, breezy, easy to put on/take off shoe that makes for a hip, casual look.
