Love the grey with the orange. Laceless fit a bit bigger than lace up Chucks, but I would not recommend going down a size. I tried next 1/2 size down and they were definitely too small.

The style of the shoes is great; look fresh with a nice pair of jeans. The comfort is what you would expect from a shoe that has been around for 50 years. I would warn that they seem to run large by almost a full size, which is important in this case because the slip-on style relies on an elastic band under the top of the tongue. And, you cannot beat the customer service of Zappos.

I love my new converse all star slip-on shoes. I originally purchased them in woman's size 8 based on others reviews about sizing. I normally wear a size 8 1/2 - 9. I was so excited when I received them but had to exchange them for a woman's 9 because they were too tight. I had also tried them on with new orthopedics that I had purchased at the same time. I have plantar fascia, heel and bone spurs and degeneration of the joints in my big toes! The size 9 fit my orthopedics and feet perfectly. The only issue I have is that sometimes the heel of the shoe slips off my foot, but usually if I'm not wearing socks!

These are definitely cute shoes and however they're huge. I'm normally a 9, so I ordered an 8.5 after reading the other reviews on here. I think I'd need to order a 7.5 to have them actually fit me! Unfortunately I have to return them and I'll see if I can find some in a store near me to really try on before ordering via mail again.

I've worn chucks since junior high in the 60's. They were the basketball shoe of choice up through college. I really like the optical white because they have the red stripe around the shoe just like the original Chucks. I suggest you order a 1/2 size smaller, however since I wear a 13 and there are no 12 1/2 available I ordered true to size, then added a Dr. Scholl's cushioned insert and they fit perfectly now. Since chucks offer little cushioning anyway I would recommend that everyone who makes this purchase do the same. These are my favorite casual athletic shoes and I'll definitely buy some more when these wear out.

Fun sneakers. Comfortable at first. You won't get tons of wear out of the slips. I would imagine if you wore them often they wouldn't last past 4 months. Though with sparing use, I got a year out of the last pair. Definitely go small as far as size. Usually a 12 1/2, had to go with a 11 1/2.

I've always been a fan of the Chucks and was psyched when I found out that they had the laceless slips out. They still ran a full size larger than marked so keep that in mind before ordering. I use these daily and they can definitely take a beating. They aren't the most comfortable shoe out but with some insoles you should be set. I will continue to buy these kicks until I kick the bucket!

I bought these at the same time that I purchased a pair of Jack Purcell's. The Chucks were at least a half-size longer than the Purcell's (even though they were supposed to be the same size), causing them to slip off my heel oddly when walking. Other than that, I liked the shoe and would've liked the slip-on function, but they didn't have a smaller size in the color I wanted. They went back.

Not as black as other black Chucks I've seen, slip or otherwise...borderline navy blue. Not sure why. Otherwise they're great. I'm a Chuck fan!

Very cute, really like them a lot. The color is not as grey as it looks on the picture online. It has a bit of an army green hue to it. Close enough for me, though.

The style and comfort is great. However, I could use it in a narrower size. The sneaker has space although I put a ankle sock in. They really need to offer narrow sizes the plus side of this is the offering of half sizes. Thanks for that option!

Buyer Beware!! I ordered the Natural color, and while I love the shoe, the service for this particular order was awful! I received the first pair and it was very dirty. There was "stuff" stuck to the bottom, and the soles were dirty. I called and they happily sent me a new pair; I received that pair and to my disbelief it was the same problem. I'm not a picky person, but when I order a new pair of shoes, I expect them to be new. It took them 3 times to ship me a pair that was in good condition. They promised me a "brand new" pair and I never got that. I haven't had a problem with Zappos before, but the service is slipping. And this situation has left a bad taste in my mouth, especially after receiving attitude from some staff when I was trying to get this taken care of. I don't know that the free shipping is worth the annoyance of getting dirty shoes and having to exchange them so many times. They also promised to have a supervisor check the shoes to make sure they were new. And if someone checked my shoes they were blind. One pair they sent had a pink stain on them. I still can't believe it. Then they made it sound like they were doing me a huge favor by replacing them so many times. It wasn't my fault. I'm just really unhappy. So my point is, if you order these shoes, and actually get a good pair, you're lucky! Zappos needs to step up their quality control!

Bought a pair for my husband a while ago. I bought him a whole size smaller and they fit great. Converse typically has no insole support at all, but overall it looks good.

Looks really good. I normally wear 12s but bought 11s based on reviews. Length was good, but the toe end of the shoe is very narrow. Not enough to stop me from wearing them, but enough to be slightly uncomfortable if worn for a long time.

Order a half size smaller than you would normally wear - they run big. Great shoe.

I bought these shoes because I wanted something I could easily slip on when I'm in a rush, but that still look cool. I really like them, and they serve that purpose. My only problems were that the shoe was half a size too large the first time I ordered them, and that there is insufficient arch support. The latter comment isn't surprising, though, if you've ever worn Converse before. A classic shoe that works well for me year round.

Cute shoe; great with a lot of outfits. Support isn't great though, but they are Converse, so I wasn't expecting too much. I can't wear them for an all day outing at Disneyland or anything. But I do still like them!

I've ordered this Converse sneaker before. Last time I ordered a size 7 in the women's but it was a little too big. This time I decided to order a 6.5 but it felt a little tight. The sizing seems a bit off but I've noticed it's beginning to stretch out. Overall I love the look and color of the sneaker. Don't regret buying it.

I'm a longtime wearer of classic Chucks, so these seemed like the perfect option when I needed a slip on. They are very comfy and convenient, but don't walk or run too fast, you'll lose your shoes fast.

My 10 year old son wanted these shoes. He was excited about them, but disappointed that they were such a struggle to get on while wearing sweat socks. I think he thought they would be easier to slip on his feet. Otherwise, he likes them.

Overall they are a good casual shoe. They are more supportive than walking barefoot but not great for all day standing without an insert. And while I like the slip-on style of these, the edges over the eyelets are frayed (intentionally) which would be fine except they continue to fray and catch on everything. I'm tempted to put some glue on them so that they stop unraveling. Otherwise, good shoe, great shipping (got them uber fast) and satisfied overall.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable and sporty-cute! If you are someone who needs arch support they are not for you (unless you use an insert) but if you can roll with anything, these are perfect!

They run a bit big and wide so order a 1/2 size smaller. Not much support if you’re going to wear them all day on cement floors.

This is a great shoe. I would suggest only going 1\/2 size smaller than you normally would, otherwise it might be too narrow.

Definitely get a whole size smaller. I am a 9 and got an 8 1\/2 and they were too big. I also got the natural color and they kind of look like they are just dirty white sneaker so I exchanged them for the gray.
