Fun shoes that slip on and off for ease. I sized down 1 full size based on other reviews, and they fit perfectly.

These shoes are adorable and comfortable. I normally wear a women's 8.5 and ordered an 8. They'd be okay with thick socks, but I'm going to try the 7.5. The girl who helped me was awesome. Zappos is sending the 7.5 for no additional cost so I can pick whichever fits best. I also get a free return label. What a wonderful experience - I wish all online stores were as helpful and efficient as Zappos. Best news, the new shoes will be here in 2 days! Thank you Zappos!

I normally wear a 9 and have really wide feet. Looking at the reviews I took everyone's advice but couldn't believe I was a whole size smaller. Everyone was right. The 8 1/2 was huge and the 8 even felt a little large but I was wearing tights when I tried them. They'll fit with socks. However, I tried the 8 1/2 on and it was fine but too big. The 8 was fine fit wise but was defective. There was bad stitching on the outside right area of the shoe and if felt like my socks were bunched up which they weren't but the shoes had a rise in them. I'm hoping this was a defect and not the norm because they are really cute. I sent them back and another 8 is on the way. Fingers crossed.

I wear my nike running shoes at 9.5 (with socks). I wanted to wear these slip ons without socks, and I had to go down 2 full sizes to 7.5 to get a snug fit without socks. Be advised that these run large! My advice would be get multiple sizes and return the ones that don't fit.

I ordered these a while ago in black, I think they are stylish, but they make my feet look huge! I ordered my usual size, and they were way to big, my heel slipped out of them when I walked. Which is disappointing because I was really looking forward to wearing them. I have big feet in the first place, and these made them seem even bigger. But they are still very stylish.

Definitely order a size down. I am a consistent 7.5 across most brands. Took the advice of others here and ordered a 6.5 and they fit perfect. Very comfy and stylish.

I now have two pairs of the slip-on Chuck Taylors. My first pair are worn all the time - great to jump in and go, though they're not meant for all day on your feet and walking-type wear. No arch support at all. But they're cute and fun and easy to wear when shopping, etc. I recently bought a second pair in another color - same size- though I definitely notice this second pair does not fit quite the same as my first, and it's not a break-in issue. I think the rise of the canvas out of the footbed is a little more narrow and shallow than my other pair, so the top of the shoe grabs the sides of my feet a little more and the tongue lies tighter across the top of my foot. Now, please note I have a very high arch/instep so this is not an uncommon issue for me, and the elastic on the tongue makes it comfortable enough for me to wear, but I have a feeling I'll be reaching far more for my older pair that doesn't have this same construction/sizing issue. Definitely buy 1/2 size down from what you'd normally wear, though - otherwise these would be way too long.

Not much to say other than it's a great shoe. Fit too big and sent it back for a half size smaller, average comfort which is pretty normal. All around good though.

Love these shoes and the color is really cute in person too. I took other reviewers suggestions and sized down one size. I'm normally a 7 or 7 1/2 and I ordered a 6 1/2. However, they are still pretty big so I'm returning them for a 6. Love Zappos free shipping both ways!

Got these in black which is really like a charcoal gray which I love. I listened to the other reviewers - they were right! I normally wear women's 8.5 in athletic shoes, so I purchased these in men's 5.5/women's 7.5 and they fit great. So definitely get one full size below your normal athletic shoe size. So far they are comfortable and cute. I love the slip on.

Exactly as they were pictured, described. Be aware Converse sizes are on their own scale...but once you find your size, they are good.

I had been hunting down a pair of Converse almost exactly like these. I had never heard of Zappos but it came up when I Googled the other pair of Chucks. I will get to the shoes in a second. I must rave about my entire Zappos experience! It was so easy to find my way around on this website. I am technically challenged and I do not use the web very often. I looked at many styles and colors of Chucks and found that most, if not all, items were fully stocked. I finally decided to give these a try. I placed my order and anxiously awaited my new Chucks. I was on vacation 3,000 miles away from my home. But I had the order sent to my grandparent's because I wanted my sneakers and the delivery date was several days ahead of my departure. A couple days went by and no shoes. I was starting to worry that they would not arrive in time. When I checked my email there was one from Zappos saying my order had been cancelled. I called their customer service at 3:00 AM, fully expecting an automated 24 hour customer service. Nope! I talked to a real person right away. She explained to me what happened, retook my order and my shoes were delivered the very next day around noon. I did not pay a penny for shipping or for using an agent to take my order! I was obviously thrilled! Anyways, I had read all the reviews and most people said to order a size smaller. I ordered mine half a size smaller. When I first put them on I thought they were small in the length. I wore them around the house and they seemed to be ok. I kept them and they stretched out a little and now they feel great! I get tons of compliments on them. I like them because they are not big and clunky like the regular All Stars. They are a little nicer than regular sneakers because they are grey and the no laces look is fun. They are harder to slip on than I thought they would be but the plus side is you are not walking out of them and they are not sloppy and clunky. They are comfortable enough to wear all day. Two thumbs up on these Chucks!

I got these shoes about two years ago and they have held up great. The only thing that bugged me a bit is that the sides get pretty frayed like cut off denim does.

Runs 1/2 size big. Without laces to tighten, they feel loose. Otherwise I love them.

I love the shoes but trust the reviews that tell you the sizing is way off. I had to order 1.5 sizes smaller than what I normally wear. Ironically if you go on to the Converse website, they tell you the shoes are true to size for women. Unless someone else makes the Converse shoe for Zappos besides Converse, that simply isn't true. Good shoe, good quality.

They do run narrow. If you're foot is wide, I'd pass. I consider my foot average width and these are narrower than most shoes. However, after wearing a few times they've stretched some.

Such a great and comfortable shoe! However, I found that I needed to order it a full 2 sizes smaller than what I usually wear - normally I'm a 10.5 and after reading other reviews I ordered a 9.5 and it was still too big. I returned that pair and ordered both a 9 and an 8.5 just to be safe and was amazed that the 8.5 was the good fit. Be prepared for some testing with this one but it is worth it!

Love the style, love the comfort. Work well with or without socks. I wear mine with shorts, jeans...whatever the occasion calls for! Liked the black ones so much I decided to purchase the gray ones as well to add a little versatility to my wardrobe. And as everyone else recommends, order a size smaller than normal - I decided to shoot for half a size smaller and ended up returning for a full size smaller. Gotta love the ease and speed of Zappos when it comes to the return process!

My first pair of Chucks and I love them! True about the sizing, I went a half size smaller, could have probably used a full size smaller, but they fit great. Look great, and I bought my son a matching pair! Comfy for short term and at the office, not sure I'd run a marathon in them though. All in all great shoe. And of course, Zappos rocks!
