I like these shoes a lot. They have a more substantial sole than many of the Onitsuka styles, and that's nice. Very light, pretty comfortable. If you like a more minimalist style for your shoes, these are a good choice.

Casual with a hint of chic. Comfortable. The part above the toes is mesh, so these are ideal for dry weather. Great traction. Asics are probably the best-made sneaker.

This is the only sneaker that fits my three requirements for an every day shoe. It is wide, has a low profile, and is made with some amount of mesh. My only problem with them is that the heel starts collapsing after extended wear. It's the best option for my needs and comes in a variety of colors.

Love these shoes. Low profile, feel like moccasins. However, they've jacked the prices of these shoes up way too much. I remember buying this same shoe for a lot less. Not worth the new price to me, maybe $5 worth of material put into them. I've owned two pair but no more no longer. They barely last 6 months with almost every day use.

Excellent casual shoe. Decent padding and support. I wouldn't advise working out in them, but they are fine for walking around malls, etc.

As another reviewer said, there is a difference in fit between the shoes that are lined in mesh vs. leather at the heel. I usually wear an 8.5 but have to size up to 9 to get width in most lightweight sneakers. However, for these I definitely should have ordered 8.5s for the black/gray/yellow stripe version since they were mesh-lined and fit very true to size.

Great shoes for lots of city walking. They have pretty good support but I added arch support insoles for my flat feet. The back goes up high and puts pressure on the Achilles tendon of one of my feet that is slightly longer than the other, but this is alleviated with the insoles because it raises my foot up a tiny bit. Very cute, lightweight, looks good with skinny jeans or even skirts.

Traditionally, Asics in this style are wrestling shoes. Asics have always been a solid wrestling shoe brand - often sticking with a wrestler through his tenure and since his inception (great beginner shoe). They are meant to hug your feet, since any space will mean less mobility on the mat. The tack is strong to stick to the mat and the arch support is designed to be a little flatter than most shoes are. This is because the more surface area your shoe can cover on the mat, the greater amount of force you can generate due to higher friction and a wider base of tack.

I bought these shoes for my husband since he liked the look of the shoe. He really liked fit and feel of them. They have enough arch support for his slightly flat feet and the sides were not too tight. Overall, he is vey happy with this shoe purchase.

These are actually my first pair of Asics. I wanted a sneaker for work that would be comfortable and would look nice as well since I am on my feet for a fairly long period of time. With flat feet, I'm always looking for comfort first. While there isn't any arch support, so far for the past three weeks I've found it to be really easy on my feet. The insole is soft enough for comfort but firm enough for support. The sole has great traction and bends pretty well as you walk. As for the style (I purchased the navy blue with white and red accents) it's a nice sneaker but I'm finding that the tip is starting to show some wear (3 weeks and worn only for work). Overall though, I'd say this is a good product and I would try another shoe by Asics.

I really like these shoes. Very comfortable and very light. The fit is spot on and narrow fit near your arches, so don't lie to yourself and try a half size smaller. I am a tiny bit concerned as it appeared the rubber in the front has bubbled, but it has not come off. I really hope it doesn't as I really like these.

Great shoe but the colors are not as listed. It says grey but really it's denim! Didn't get the shoe color that was listed, not a fan if the denim. :(

Really like the look of Tigers. Bought a couple different pairs but the grey in this color choice has a metallic shine. Other than the shine with the grey these are a great shoe but I am sending them back.

The shoes look great but feel a little odd. They're on the small side but the arch is quite high and rather far forward. I find them acceptable for short periods of time but avoid wearing them on consecutive days to prevent foot problems.

Sharp looking kick! It lacks a little support if you have high arches but still pretty comfortable.

This is a solid shoe. I had the Mexico '66 before these, and am glad for a little more support in the sole and around the ankle. The classic Tigers are sweet, these don't disappoint.

Excellent style, can go with jeans. It was not the most comfortable of shoes, something like the Nike Free is much more comfortable (but much more expensive). Overall though, great value, will consider buying it again.

Very attractive, very lightweight and they fit really well. Only problem is that they had very little cushioning—actually felt like walking directly on a hard surface. The insole was glued in, so I couldn't pull it out and add a new insole to try with it. Adding a new insole on top of the old one made the shoe too tight, so I returned it. If it hadn't been for the lack of cushioning these would have been great. Very disappointed they didn't work out.

A nice lightweight shoe to wear around town with lots of color choices! Slightly narrow and long - I typically get a 9 in athletic or hiking shoes, but would need 8.5 in these (my size for other kinds of shoes).

I bought the white, with grey Acics symbol and red accent. The white is nearly reflective, so I will be exchanging for another color. This shoe also requires some "breaking in."

I bought these almost a year ago, and the biggest problem I've had is that they haven't lasted me very long. They are now very lacking in padding and the tread has worn down to being completely smooth under the ball of my foot. I bought the Leaf green/white ones with the orange stripe and I have to give them the full 5 stars for Style. They look great! It's just unfortunate that they don't seem to last. If you don't intend to wear them for long walks or any kind of hard use, they might last longer. I walk a few miles once or twice a week for work. One other thing I noted and almost forgot to add is that the tread on the back of my right shoe started peeling away soon after I bought them because that point gets the most pressure when I'm driving and moving my right foot back and forth from brake to gas. This might be a consideration for people with chunky rubber floor mats like mine.

These are great shoes. I really like the fact that these aren't as common as Chucks or Vans and have never been a "trend" shoe, so you stand out a little when you wear these! Not to mention there are so many different colors and styles of Tigers that even among Tiger wearers you can be unique! They are really comfortable and look great! My only gripe is that the insoles aren't removable (yeah, my feet smell), so I have to wash the whole shoe. But honestly, these are really easy to wash so that shouldn't be a big problem.

These shoes really are fantastic. Very comfortable. My only gripe is that they wore out extremely fast. These were not my only pair of shoes, I wore them 2-3 times a week for 8 months. Compared to similar Adidas' that I have, they broke down faster. Anyway, I'd buy them again. Just be prepared to go through them fairly fast.
