Very happy with the purchase. The heel leather was slightly uncomfortable before the shoes were broken in. Didn't take much to break them in.

I finally wore out my first pair of Ultimate 81's after a year and a half and needed a new pair. I love the color choices and look of these shoes. These shoes are not all that great for long days on your feet and walking, but for around town or in the office I find them to be a great casual style.

Digging the leaf green color. I have a 7.5 length foot but my foot is wide so I got the 8. Overall the construction and style are great. You also get an extra pair of laces, in my case orange to go along with the white. The only thing is that the toe box is fairly tight. Not uncomfortable but I notice it. I'm hoping that over time it loosens up.

I like the shoes. They look good and are fairly comfortable. Try not to get caught in the rain with them, they are far more water absorbent than say, Adidas Sambas. Also, for people who walk a lot (I live in New York City) the soles wear down pretty quickly, in much less than a year and again, more quickly than Sambas.

Great-looking shoe but runs a half size small. I bought these for a friend in a men's size 10.5. He hasn't made any complaints about the size but he bought me the same shoe in the same color (Leaf/Green/White) in a women's size 7 and I feel that these run a bit small. I'm usually a 7 but I guess this is one of the few exceptions where a size 7.5 would have been better. Overall, I REALLY like this low-profile shoe. I just wish I would have told my friend to order my pair half a size up.

After playing 5 years of roller derby, my feet have taken a serious beating. What was really great about these shoes was the incredible heel support, which really eased heel pain that I had been having previously. Great overall foot support and super comfortable. I have the black and gold, and the gold is less bright than pictured. Love these shoes, highly recommend for the (currently discounted) price.

I really like these shoes. I have had them for six months, and they are comfortable and the structure of the shoes is holding up well. The only negative is that they are pretty hard to keep clean, as they have a lot of mesh.

Great style. Very lightweight. Classic with modern fit. It goes well with denim. I noticed it's extremely quiet walking it on hardwood or pavement. Only issue is that it slips easily on wet surfaces. Other than that, great buy.

These shoes are okay. Nice looking, but with questionable quality. Comfortable for indoor wear, but not resistant to rain or snow in the least. First pair was sent back after only four wears due to the toe-area rubber sole peeling away from the shoe. Zappos was great about getting me a new pair with no difficulty whatsoever.

Light, comfortable and low-profile. I think they look good. Plenty of colors for all. I have blue, gray, and black! A little squeaky on shiny floors when new, but that goes away after a while. I use them for casual/school wear. They are not flimsy, but I wouldn't run a marathon in them either! Just low impact, stylish kicking around town shoes. I like em, and if it matters to you, no or very few in animal products used in much of this line.

Solid quality show with a class design. Comes with extra laces in gold. Only critique is that the sole is a flat honey-comb design so it doesn't offer much extra grip in fast moving situations.

I was looking for an alternative to my pair of Saucony Bullets and for a while they were great. They are comfortable and work well, but I prefer the Bullet because it's less expensive and it lasts longer. The soles started to peel easily and are starting to wear through. They aren't meant for people who spend a long time on their feet. If you're looking for a fashionable shoe to wear occasionally this is a great shoe.

These are really cool throwback classics. They feel super comfortable and look great with skinny jeans. You need to know that these shoes run small so I recommend ordering a half (1/2) size larger than you normally wear. I usually wear a women's 7.5 and I order these in an 8 and they fit perfect. Also the gray color as shown in the picture is a lot darker gray on the actual shoe. It's almost a dark graphite gray. Just a heads up on that. The picture color is a little misleading.

True that the back of the shoe is very high and rubs against your heel (even through relatively thick socks). The good thing is your skin may toughen up so you'll be able to wear it. Otherwise great casual shoe, and Zappos is great about returning items if they don't fit or don't fit well, as apparently tends to happen with this shoe.

I love the style of these shoes, but I just can't wear them without blisters and pain. The Sakuradas were much more comfortable, but they unfortunately don't sell them anymore.

Pretty good shoes. The insoles are firmer than I expected based on appearance. I can walk a couple miles on pavement in them with no trouble, but standing or poking around on concrete floors (e.g. shopping) in them still make my feet sore. They look cool. Not sure if I'll buy them again.

These were very comfortable shoes and they look cool. My only complaint is that the second year of wearing them my big toe made a hole through the material. That being said, I ordered almost exactly the same pair again. I just won't expect them to last as long as my other sneakers do. One of my feet is wide and these shoes worked for me. I used them for walking.

Love these shoes but it's taken quite some time to break them in to where they aren't blistering my heel. I'm going to keep them but going to order more Pumas.

Looked a bit more appealing in the picture, they are more flat. But acceptable. True to size. No Asics gel inside.

It's a very stylish shoe, and I love navy blue. It would be very comfortable for someone with narrower feet. I guess my foot is a little wider. I kind of feel they only look great with straight fit jeans; your foot would look really thin with boot cuts. Overall, I do love them.

I really love this shoe's looks and (after they're broken in) comfort. I bought a pair two years ago, and just bought my second pair. The downside is that for the first few weeks, the back of the shoe will rub my heel raw. I have to put in moleskin or other padding until the shoe softens enough. Otherwise though, they look and feel great.

Trendy and comfortable. Good construction, but not super durable like running shoes, so I only wear them when hanging with friends.

This is a really sharp looking shoe, and the way the sole goes over the toe is a nice touch. I've gotten a lot of compliments. Fit wise, I'm between two sizes and chose the larger one. That was a good idea. The shoe is comfortable to wear, but it doesn't have much cushioning or support, so it's probably better for casual wear and not so much for actual sports.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. My only complaint: the soles seem to wear out very fast. I have to replace them frequently.
