Ryka's Jazzercise Shoe - I purchased these in black for my jazzercise class. They look great on and are very comfortable. However, they run slightly smaller than you would think. I wear them without socks and they are fine. If you wish to wear socks, you should order a larger size. Too bad they don't come in wider widths.

Yellow Barbe Pumps - Very sexy, very stylish and made well. Feels true to size or maybe a little on the small size, however, I ordered my regular size and they fit pretty good. They are surprisingly roomy in the toe box. However, they seem to be a little narrow, therefore the four stars for comfort.

Pros and Cons - I LOVE the look of these shoes, and it's hard to find attractive shoes that are not leather, which I do not use. I ordered my size, 8 1/2, to begin, and the fit was too snug. Returned them and bought size 9, which is long enough but the strap over the top of the foot is not sufficiently long for the hook and loop fastener to stay closed. The strap itself has edges that are rough against the foot (even with socks) when walking. The footbed removes nicely for us orthotic wearers, but the shoe does not accommodate the orthotic as well as some. I do have to say kudos! To Zappos for their fast and impeccable customer service!!

Black Ryka Mary Janes - These shoes were really comfortable when I wore them on a long day of walking around Paris but by the end of the day, my feet were feeling a little tight. For long walks, I like my Ecco sandals so much better. But they look great and I'll definitely wear them a lot.

Ryka Mary Jane - For someone who does not like to wear tennis shoes, this is the perfect alternative - it is comfortable as well as attractive for casual wear. I normally wear a wide width shoe; however, the medium in this shoe fits fine. My only complaint would be that the strap across the top could be just a little bit longer.

Great Shoe for the most part - I have had these shoes for 9 months now and they were worn 4-6 days a week for working out and a couple of days for casual purposes. These shoes are very comfortable but after about 6 months I had to start pulling the velcro much tighter on the right shoe because it was wearing down. Now the velcro on that shoe will not stay closed for more than a few minutes of walking. Overall I feel that I got my money out of these shoes and I'm actually about to order a new pair in black.

Don't get the black! I received two pairs of Ryka Mary Jane, one black and one dove gray and blue. The gray and blue pair fits perfect, feel so good, so comfortable. I should have returned the black, they are marked size 8 1/2, but they seem to be about 1/2 size smaller, and are not comfortable, and I've tried stretching them. I can't wear these very long. I should have returned them.

Cute shoes, but Velcro would not close - Cute shoes, I wear them with my dark blue jeans on campus and pair them off with white socks, lots of compliments on how perfect them look. They do! But the velcro got loose like in the 3rd month or so! Had to have to close the velcro over and over again. Whatever, I'll just stitch another velcro over it and they'll hold. Aside from the great looking design, the loosening velcro is the only problem. I suggest sewing your own velcro over Ryca's.

The versa Mary Jane - I work in a Gym and although I try not to teach everyday I wear sneakers and have to purchase them every 6 months. I thought that this would be perfect for non exercise days; I don't recommend them for high intensity workouts as they don't have the full support as a regular sneaker. I do love the look for a change and they are comfortable.

Maryjane tennis shoes - I'm not a very good person to rate these shoes because I am having problems finding comfortable tennis shoes. So far after about trying 10 pairs, these aren't perfect but they are the best.

Great shoe: nervous about Velcro - I have been wearing these shoes a few times a week for the past month. They are much cuter than regular sneakers and just as comfortable. My one concern is the Velcro buckle. I'm afraid it is just not going to last. The buckle is very light weight which was probably done for comfort, but it feels somewhat flimsy. Do I love this pair of shoes? YES! I just hope that I'll be able to enjoy them for several more months.

Comfort! :-) I've had these shoes for about 3 weeks now. They are super comfy. I've worn them in the office with skirts and they look just fine. I've also worn them to the gym where I do some fairly serious lifting and they've been very supportive, even when I do my 320 Lb Shrugs! That's a lot of weight and they're still making my feet feel great. One note - I've seen from other reviewers that there are issues with the "velcro." I can see how that would happen. It's kind of a wimpy hook and loop, if you ask me and so I anticipate that there will be a problem with that down the road. Ryka - this is a design flaw that needs attending to!

Great shoe with a small flaw - These are wonderful shoes for walking. I love them for traveling because they pack so much smaller than tennis shoes. I also think they look better for city touring. One problem exists, though: the strap isn't true hook and loop, but a smoother version. Mine are always coming undone while I'm walking.

Comfortable, easy to put on. I have 2 other pairs. The fabric of these shoes tends to make your feet sweat.

LOVE it! I have had this shoe for about 8 mos. maybe and I must say it is one of my favorite shoes. I teach Jazzercise so I wear them to and from class and to knock around in outside of class. I have even worn them hiking for 6+ miles! My one complaint is the same as everyone else's - my velcro is worn out already. Bummer! I like them enough to get over it and buy another pair though!

A unique athletic shoe - I wanted an athletic shoe to wear while working out in the gym. I was also looking for something I wouldn't have to wear socks with since it gets so hot in there in the summer. These seem to fit the purpose pretty well. I ordered my usual size, my toe hits the front of the shoe, but they are still comfortable. Well vented for summer wear. The fact that they are a cute and unique style is a big plus. No problem with the velcro closure yet, but I can see that they may weaken in time.

Comfort plus support - I do a lot of cardio fitness i.e. jazzercise (6 to 8 classes a week )and these shoes do the job. The shoe is slightly wider than expected; a second strap might work better for support. Besides that, Zappos is a great online site. Their return policy is terrific and getting your shoes in one day is the best!! :):)

Nice Style But Lacks Ankle Support - Great style and lightweight! I use these for dance classes, but I do not use them for running or weight training because they lack ankle support. Also, I'm not sure how long the velcro will hold on the straps.

Hook and loop...bummer - Love this shoe as I can put my custom orthotics in them (ordered a 1/2 size larger to accommodate). However, the hook and loop closure wears out quickly. Too bad.

Pretty much everything I expected - The toe is a little narrower than I thought so I had to order a half-size up but the exchange process went very smoothly. Also the instep strap needed a little "breaking in" to feel comfortable, but after a half dozen wearings it's fine. The white piping (from the strap on back) was a surprise as I would've preferred an all-black look with just a hint of blue in front (it is). So...am mostly pleased with the purchase and very pleased with Zappos!

Ryka Mary Jane - Love the shoes but hate the velcro straps. Poor design on straps as they came loose after about 2 months. Tried to fix but nowhere to hold new velcro.

Ryka's Versa Mary Jane - Comfortable fit...size runs a little small. Need to order 1/2 size bigger.

Comfortable shooe - This looks a little more fashionable than a sneaker, is easy off and on and comfortable.

Super cute - These are the cutest shoes to kick-around in and for not having a thick sole they're really comfortable. I've looked forever for a little sneaker that I didn't have to wear socks with and this one is the best. No blisters, no spots that rub your skin off, and they're Maryjanes! I have these in both the grey and black and while the grey ones were a perfect fit with the 7 1/2 the black ones were not, oddly enough. I bought a 7 1/2 that was very tight. Then a size 8 that felt roomier than my other pair, then had Zappos send me another 7 1/2 but they were too tight as well. I've kept the size 8 and wore it on vacation and it turned out fine. Also, the insoles tend to slip out of place when I take the shoes off, but that's no big deal. Over-all I highly recommend these shoes and I get lots of compliments on them.

Alternative sport walker - It looks good and is fairly comfortable, but the strap is uncomfortable if you have a high instep, because the edge cuts into the top of the foot because of the angle of its attachment.
