The service was outstanding. The width of the shoes was narrower than expected. Otherwise, a great shoe.

I have been wearing the above shoe since high school days. I'm now 51 and once the days turn warm, this is my shoes. I couldn't find this shoe anywhere until a friend of mine told me to try Zappos. I found my shoe, my size, ordered it online, charged to my credit card and no hassles, no grief. I'll do Zappos again.

I didn't know anything about Zappos, but needed to replace my worn out shoes before traveling to Germany. I was in NC visiting my son, and found the best price, with free shipping, online at Zappos. I ordered, received email confirmation, and later the same day was notified that the shipment went out. I planned to call my wife in OH and tell her to keep an eye out for the shipment, but the next day, she had emailed me saying a package with shoes from Zappos arrived! I'm not sure how they did it all in one day, but it's the best service I've ever seen. I've since learned a bit about the company. It's way past time businesses operated according to these principles. I hope it's contagious.

BEST SHOES - The Sebago Docksides are perfect. The size, width and fit are right on. I wear them with thick-soled dress socks and the Docksides feel great right out of the box. Especially with the padded inner sole. My last pair were the best moccasins I'd ever worn, even re-soled them and they're still walking after 12 years of wear.

Stick with em - It took me about four painful wears to break these babies in, but now that I have they are so comfortable. They look good w/ shorts and khakis.

True to size, requires some breaking in as the leather can be a little stiff. However, after a few wears these shoes are extremely comfortable and surprisingly relieves heat well.

Size 15 shoes are not easy to find. I looked everywhere for these shoes but could only find up to size 13. After hearing many good things about Zappos, I decided to give them a shot. Lo and behold, Zappos carried them and they were in stock! Easy ordering, quick shipping, great customer service... thank you Zappos!

Excellent classic boat shoe that never goes out of style. Zappos was very easy to work with throughout the order process, including a return/exchange I needed to make. I highly recommend Zappos and Sebago's Docksides.

Sebago Docksides are now made outside the USA and the size seems to run 1/2 size smaller. The first pair was returned at no cost to me and the second pair (1/2 size larger) was send out the same day. Both times the shoes arrived in two days. The second pair fit fine and the quality appears to be the same as all the other pairs that I have bought over the last 20 years. Sebago Docksides are a staple deck shoe in my closet -- when the "new" pair doesn't look so good any more, I wear it for working outside for another 3 - 4 years until I really wear them out. Each pair usually lasts me 7 - 8 years. Now that I know Zappos carries this brand and offers such good service, I'll probably buy my next pair the same way (in another 8 years!).

This is the first time that I have ordered from Zappos. Friends of mine have ordered from Zappos and praised everything about this company. I ordered a pair of Sebago Docksides via the internet and in a few days the shoes arrived in perfect shape. I did not have any reason to return them as they fit just fine so I can\'t comment on their return policy. Would I recommend Zappos, absolutely, and will use them in the future.

Sebagos wear like iron. I ordered these for my son and had to re-order for a 1/2 size smaller. HOWEVER, my husband claimed these because he liked the look, comfort and quality, so we ended up with 2 pairs!

Sebago Always !!!!!! Sebago has faithfully served me all through college AND law school. During college, I purchased both my first pair of penny loafers and docksides. Excellent support, well made, and long lasting. I walked on top of snow and ice all my college years and my feet always stayed dry and warm. During law school, I was able to get my first pair of Sebago loafers with the tassel. They were more stylish than the classic penny loafer. I enjoyed wearing them with my suits. For everyday wear, I purchased a pair of loafers with the kiltie and rubber sole. Again, these rubber sole Sebago's kept my feet both dry and warm all winter. The "other" famous brand of docksides are simply not made to be worn in the city streets. They are made strictly for sailing to prevent scratching the surface of boats.

As good as ever - I owned a pair of Docksides in the past and really liked them then. Since I needed a new pair of really casual (but still classy), I decided to the latest ones a try. I'm glad I did. Especially finding them in the large size that I now need (15 EE). I would recommend Sebago to anyone, and you can't beat the price!

The best boat shoe ever - The Sebago Dockside is without a doubt the best boat shoe ever made and the only ones I'll buy. In an age when shoes are typically over-engineered, the Sebago is exactly what I want in a shoe: simple, sturdy construction and a smooth leather footbed that works with or without socks. This has been my everyday shoe year-round since I discovered them way back in the 70's, and they haven't changed a bit since then.

Sebago Docksides - I ordered a Brown Color pair Sebago! They can be use anytime anywhere! And they can last forever. It was a gift for a friend! I had them before they are just wonderful! And I will order them again!

SEBAGO DOCKSIDES - I have owned this shoe in the past (many years ago). Have owned numerous other brands of boat shoes through the years. These shoes will outlast the competition. They take a while to break in but over time they conform naturally to your feet. Once broken in, this is a boat shoe thats hard to beat. Would buy another pair without hesitation. They're worth it in the long run.

Great shoes! These shoes were easy to break in, and size matched up with my feet. I wear them all the time. When these wear out, I'll order another pair just like them (but so far they are holding up quite well).
