Still Kickin! I purchased these boots spring of '05 and have worn them with them pretty much non-stop since. They have held up fantastically, especially w/dragging the feet on the pavement (motorcycle). After 2.5 yrs of heavy wear, the soles are still in GOOD condition! - The leather has broken in very nicely and still rugged as day one. NO REGRETS HERE! I have no doubt these boots will still be kicking in 10 yrs! (IF I'M still kickin'!) Thanks again Zappos!

Durango RD510 - I wish I could revise my prior feedback as these boots now fit like a glove!!! They were a little narrow when I first bought them, but after wearing them a few times around the house they fit great! They have molded to my foot and they now feel like I've owned them for years. I wish Zappos had them in brown as I would order them!!! Kicking fit and style!!!

Great boots!! I bought these boots because my feet get really cold in the winter so boots work great ... and I decided that I wanted the butchest boots I could find. These boots are hot and incredibly, incredibly comfortable -- I can wear them all day. And comfort is really important to me -- my standard is Dansko, and these are just as comfortable. And actually they don't look all that butch -- they're so sleek and they kind of make your feet look smaller than they are. And they're a great value. I expect to have these boots around for a long time and get lots of wear out of them.

AMAZING PURCHASE - I absolutely loved these boots from the get-go. Luckily, I read all the reviews on Zappos and ordered a half size smaller. They fit like a glove and are the most comfortable boots, if not one of the most comfortable shoes, I have ever worn. And Zappos also upgraded the shipping for me, so I got them super-fast. Great boots! Very comfortable great fitting boots. I absolutely love the style. It is very hard for me to find a pair of boots to fit my very skinny heal. I also like the fact that they are not a heavy boot. I am so glad my daughter talked me into trying them.

Amazing! Amazing service and fabulous boots! Zappos is my favorite shoe store, ever. The customer service is exemplary! I am in shock at the lightning-speed of their delivery! Their customer service reps are always a pleasure to deal with! That said, I am absolutely delighted with these boots. I have extremely sensitive feet and the thought of a heavier boot kind of worried me, but I listened to the reviews and decided to try this boot. I'm glad I did. Comfortable from the moment I put them on! Not as heavy as they look and much lighter than the Frye Harness boots. No digging at the shins as with most mid-calf boots due to the super soft, supple leather and the little dip at the top of the boot. There is little heel slippage, but that is the norm with cowboy, motorcycle and slip-on boots. These aren't a problem for my skinny ankles, either. I tried on the Frye Harness boots at a store just to see how they felt and these are a million times more comfortable and are less expensive as well. I am a 7 1/2 in regular shoes and bought a 7 1/2 in these although I usually like to buy an 8 in boots. I might have been able to get into a 7 but I like to have a lot of room so my toes don't get cramped. So, these are perfect.

Love these boots. Comfortable with jeans and cute with skirts. Ordered on Sat. received an email that shipping had been upgraded and received on Monday. Love Zappos shipping. Would recommend to anyone fit perfectly true to size no rubbing, plenty of leg room for "thicker" calf muscles. Not too bulky that they look sloppy. Not as expensive than similar boots. LOVE LOVE LOVE these boots.

Love these boots! I got these boots after seeing the Frye and am so happy I did. They were way less expensive and they are the best. They fit right from the start and the calf is not too tight, a problem I usually have. They make everything I wear them with look that much cooler, especially long silk skirts.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I love Zappos! I ordered these boots (and some shoes for my husband) at 4:00p.m. and received them by 2:30 p.m. the next day. The boots are great, maybe a little bigger than my usual size 7's but still great looking boots. Pretty comfortable so far but I haven't had a chance to wear them much.

GREAT BIKER BOOT!!! VERY well made. 'Coach' quality leather and RUGGED; solid heals/soles, tho they will leave black scuff marks. And thanks to Zappo's i finally got the correct pair, not only did Zappo's match a lower price that i found online, but shipped 3X to get the right fit, NO ADDITIONAL COST! I'm a SOLID size 8, and these boots (for me) ran a 1/2 size too large. They were narrow on my med. width foot at first, but loosened to comfort after about a week of wearing. I LOVE these boots and with Zappo's - if you're considering a purchase, you cannot go wrong! Thanks Zappos!

FORGET FRYE'S!!!!!! Sadly I bought these boots, tried them on, and sent them back. At first. I was so set on wanting to buy a pair of Fryes that I sent these back and got a pair of Frye boots. Am I an idiot or what. The first time I wore my Fryes, they literally rubbed the skin off of two of my toes. I have several pair of Durangos that never even needed any breaking in. Needless to say the Fryes went back and I reordered these beauties. I feel like I am a huge idiot for ever getting Fryes in the first place!

boot love - I love these boots. They were comfortable from the first day I slipped them on. They look hot with everything from jeans to sundresses.

these boots are made for walkin' These boots have helped me make it through my work day where I walk and stand all day. People of all ages compliment my Durango's. They look great with short skirts, jeans...even shorts. The ankle support helps to "hold me up" and the boots molded to my foot after the first wearing. I'm definitely happy with these boots.

Durango Harness - Well-made boot and much less expensive than Frye's Harness. Had to return for half size smaller. Early on had to really work my foot past the ankle area but after 2 days that become much easier. Very happy with them and with Zappo's service

Susie B - The coolest boots I've ever owned! Although I only had 15mins to choose them from Griff's Store near Fort Lauderdale. I bought a size 8m (which is probably a half size too big,)but they didn't have a 7.5m. As I was flying home the next day I had to make a choice fast. I'm so glad I did. They look great with casual or smart clothes and are so comfortable, and all the men i work with are dead jealous. Feel as if i should be riding a Harley through the the SD Badlands, rather than the highlands of Scotland. Wish I had bought a dusty brown pair too, noticed Kris Kristofferson wearing those on tour here last year. Different class...Have looked at similar styles in Barcelona, London and Paris but sadly just poor imitations, easy to tell as soon as you handle them. The Durango sole and heel are just built to last, the Mount Rushmore of Boots!

Great look and feel. The boot was all I expected. Very nice looking, good leather and comfortable fit. I can wear them for long periods of time. I have a foot problem and was concerned about how they would feel. I love them.

Best boot around! This boot has been my favorite pair of shoes since I brought them home. The leather quickly softens and molds to my foot after a few wears and I no longer need to have an extra long socks to prevent the chaffing at the calf. The most amazing quality about these boots are the price. I got a pair in brown since they were so affordable.

Cute boot, but BIG! I normally wear an 8.5-9 but would've needed a 7.5 or 8 in these. And the shaft is wide, too. So, if you have slender legs, these boots have a bit of a "rainboot" effect, unfortunately. (They stand away from the leg quite a bit). Great leather and look, so I am disappointed at how long (and a bit wide in the foot) and wide-shafted they run. Had to return them.

It was a nice boot, but the toe is very long and made my feet look huge. I had the same problem with the Frye Harness boots, too. It wasn't a huge deal because I could return it free of cost.

Love these boots! I recommend going a half size to a size smaller. I originally bought the 7.5 and they were way too big. I bought a 7 and probably could have gone down to a 6.5. I decided to keep the 7 because they would be too tight in the calves otherwise. Very comfortable and hip. Tons of compliments!

Beautiful!!! These boots are beautiful, very sexy and very comfortable. Very high quality leather. However, they felt a little big and the heel slipped. The paper work that came with the boots said heel slippage was normal at first so I wore them thinking they would mold to my foot when they broke in. Sadly, the slippage didn't stop and I couldn't return them because I had already worn them. I had to give the boots to my daughter, who wears a larger size than I and I will have to re-order another pair, a half-size smaller than my normal 7 1/2.

I've bought 3 brands of harness boots: Frye's, Harley Davidson & Durangos. The Frye's were too big & although I already own a brown pair, I didn't want to pay the Frye price for a black pair plus they were out of my correct size (5.5). I ended up ordering these. I like them for the most part, but wish they made a 5.5. The smallest size they make is a 6 which is a tad too big, especially on the heel. The Harleys which all reviews said ran 1/2 size too big did not for me. I ordered the 5.5 & had the skin rubbed off both my heels. What I liked about the Harley's that I didn't like about the Durango's was the shaft. The shaft on the Durangos are larger & don't hug the calf making them look a little sloppy w/mini skirts & shorts. I haven't worn them out on the bike yet but will put some heel padding in there to keep them from slipping.
