This boot will keep you warm and dry. I was a little nervous at first because these boots were so heavy, but they are the best snow boots I have ever had! They are a little bulky for everyday walking around, but they were fantastic in the snow and ice. My feet were never cold or wet so it made being out in the snow much more fun.

Fantastic boots! The true test was last weekend: 2 hours snow tubing in single digit temperatures and I was the only one with warm, dry, comfortable feet! These boots are terrific!

Very happy with these boots - They felt a little wider than stated, however, during this cold and snowy winter, they are just what I have been looking for. Although they are heavier than most boots, they keep my feet warm, dry, and comfortable. I am very happy with my new Sorels.

Perfect for deep snow!!! Purchased these boots before visiting my daughter up in Tahoe. They sure came in handy!! Lived in them for the week I was there, even took an hour hike!!! Feet stayed warm and dry. This is the second pair I've owned and the only reason I needed a new pair was the first ones which I've had for 10+ yrs. were a little on the dirty side.

The boot is just like it says warm and comfortable very good snow boot and the overnight shipping awesome, I really didn't expect them to show up that fast but they did.

Sorel Snowlion - Have always owned Sorels. My old pair is 10 yrs old and I just needed a bit higher boot to walk through fields in. These are perfect. It has been in the teens here with 10 inches of snow and I am not feeling the cold. Fit perfect. My normal size is a 9 and that is what I bought. Very lightweight boot for the coverage and easy to walk in, not clunky at all. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

I love my boots. They are true to size, e.g., if you wear a size 7 narrow shoe, I must suggest you purchase the exact size for the boot. Plus, the boots are very comfortable because of the arch in the boot! Everyone loves my boots and asks where did I purchase them from and of course I tell them Zappos.

Love them! This is my second pair of these boots (in white) - my first finally wore out after about 15 years. I have loved to finally have warm feet and admit they may not be the most stylish at times, but in deep snow, there's nothing better!

Get your own pair - I finally blew out my old green boots after a good 15 yrs of wearing them in crud weather. I am ordering a new pair because they are really the only boots that keep out snow and keep my feet warm. I know I don't want to do winter without a pair of Snowlions so get yourself a pair and you will return for a second pair in about 15 years!!!

Best Boots Ever! I have an old pair of these, (14 years) they still have a lot of wear left in them. I am an outdoors girl, constantly hiking in the hills, and was tired of cold feet. My feet have never gotten cold wearing this boot! The only reason I'm looking to purchase a new pair is to update the color...remember when forest green was in? I'll buy the smoky gray color this time, should match more coats. Not a stylish looking shoe, but if you're trudging in the snow, who cares? Besides, I'll gladly sacrifice a bit of style for warmth and comfort!

Awesome but why not waterproof? This is an awesome boot in every way...except it’s only water resistant...so why not make it waterproof? I did not keep it because I ordered an 8 which is still too big for me with socks (I'm a 7.5) and all my 7.5 boots are too tight. I did test drive it (literally) and I was able to drive my car fine on snow which I hear is a problem with heavier boots. I'm going to try a 7 in a local store.

Sorel Snowlion - I have been wearing this boot for the last 5/6 yrs on the job (mail carrier) and it is the best for trudging thru absolutely any and all weather. My sister and I swear by these boots. Nothing compares!!!!!!!!!!

I love this boot. I had one previously for about 10 years. It is warm & waterproof - just the thing for a Minnesota winter. It has good traction in snow & on ice.

Good Value - These boots are very sturdy, heavy-duty and comfortable. I broke them in by walking to work (2 miles) during our first snow squall and had no problems. I am a size 8.5 and got the 9s which means layering socks, putting in arch supports, and really tightening the laces.

Snowlion - The name says it all!! Sorel!! Great boot, great look, great comfort and warm.....

Fit for Canada - I just got home from 4 days in Québec, and I sure was happy to have my Sorel boots! I have never before found a boot that kept my feet warm for hours. They made me sure-footed everywhere I went and were as comfortable as could be. The high fabric top fit easily under my jeans when I wanted to look a bit less like a lumberjack, but felt much better and softer than a high leather boot would have. They are a bit wide, but that just gives room for a nice heavy sock.

Great Boots - Great Price - As Canadians (living in the US) - We know what it takes to have a great boot - Warmth, mobility, extra room for socks, able to withstand the cold winch chills. We have been wearing Sorels our entire lives and needed a new pair - We bought 2 pairs - how could you beat the price???! Sooo warm and cozy! These are just the best boots! They keep my feet nice and warm, while the rest of me is chilly outside my feet are warm and dry! I love these boots so much I bought my sister a pair too.

My new Snowlion boots - I love these boots! We had a major snow storm recently so I was able to try them out. In the past I have had problems keeping my feet warm and dry, but no longer. This was a great purchase!

So Warm! Great warm boot. It fit true to size and lighter in weight than anticipated. We live in a mountain community where it gets in the single digit numbers, this boot will work for me. Thanks

Not waterproof - As another reviewer mentioned, this is not a waterproof boot. I've worn it many times in snow and rain and it always leaks at the achilles heel area. The boot is true to size but a bit large width wise so you do need a heavy sock...sometimes I double up. Traction is excellent and the height of the boot with top closure prevents any snow from going into your boot. Boot is pretty good but disappointed because of the leak.

Great Sorel's - I think these boots are going to be great, but I bought them in August and they are built for deep snow and very cold temps. They are easy to put on and will take a nice heavy sock. I can't wait for the snow.

Sorel Felt Lined Boots - These boots are warm, warm, warm. They're easy to slip on and off, keep the snow out, and grip the ground. My husband was so impressed he wanted a pair because his feet got cold shoveling snow. I got him the Snow Bear Boots. He loves them.

My Favorite Boots - These are my favorite boots for the very cold and snowy weather. This was my third pair. They have always run large in sizing. The felt liner has always been totally open in the front. They now feel just like shoes. The felt liner has a wide piece of elastic enclosing the front making the boot fit better. I have always had to get a size smaller than I usually wore. I love my Snowlions!
