Oh, Zappos, why would I go anywhere else? These boots came in the blink of an eye (I had to go in and double-check that you didn't charge for the overnight shipping!). People, these are major boots. I thought there had to be at least 2 pairs in that humongous box. These are big and warm. Probably for people in Wisconsin and stuff. You will look like an idiot if you try wearing these in Georgia in January. I like the look of them, but they are not a fashion statement by any means -- just functional. I am a size 7.5 so I had to order the 8 -- they are very roomy, including in the width and I have wide feet. The main comment I want to make is for people with wide calves considering this boot. I had to search back through years of reviews to find one that mentioned calf size, which is a major issue for me with boots. I have huge calves, and these boots are fine -- so go ahead and order! As long as you live north of the Mason-Dixon line, or at least in the mountains like I do.

Got these boots for snowmobiling and general winter wear in Vt. Have had Sorels for years and was not disappointed with these. They are comfortable and very warm for long, cold periods outdoors. Can't say enough good things about Zappos. I discovered, about 2 weeks before the "1 year from purchase" date, that the back seam was torn open. Zappos took them back and replaced them within days, no questions asked. You guys are amazing and I'm a customer for life!

I myself own several pair of Sorel, have for years. Bought these for my 26 year old daughter, Christmas gift. She loves them & is hoping for lots of snow!

I've had a pair of Sorel Snowcats for over 28 years and they have kept my feet warm and dry through ski trips, walking through deep snow in the northeast and are still going strong! When my daughter recently began borrowing mine I knew it was time for her to have her own pair. She was thrilled to receive them on Christmas morning and I was thrilled with the quick service and free shipping at Zappos...first time I ordered from Zappos but surely not the last! Loved the packed with Happiness box too! Thanks!

Just bought these boots to replace the same ones that I've had for over 15 years.They are an excellent snow boot and quite comfortable. The insert liner is great. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this shoe. One thing, my old pair was a size 8, but my foot has changed with age so I bought a size 9; with room for heavy socks.

These are the warmest boots ever! With my old boots, I could stay outside for an hour at most before my toes would hurt too much to walk, now I can stay out all day long and my feet are toasty warm. They are bigger than you might guess from the picture, but after a little wear, they don't seem heavy at all, even on several mile walks.

These are totally what I needed for snow shoeing and tromping through the snowy trails!

I love these boots. Run true to size. One foot is 1/2 size larger but fits excellent. They've stayed clean. Received several positive comments on them both from men and women. Very comfortable.

I've owned a pair of Sorels just like this since the early 1990's. The boots are still in tact, still waterproof and I still wear them every winter. In fact, I wore them on a 15 mile cross country hike recently and they were great as usual. Best shoe investment I ever made!

In weather 8-22 degrees these boots kept my feet toasty, even without socks! They are a bit bulky but still look cute and are easy to walk and even drive in. White cleans off very easy with soapy water.

I bought these boots to stave off freezing temps (17 degrees F) at the 2 January 2011 Packer/Bears football game in Green Bay, Wisconsin. They worked! I normally wear a 7.5 WW size shoe but settled on a size 9 of these boots for a comfortable fit. Although the next day I was hiking through the woods in northern Wisconsin for a couple of hours but when I got back to the house I saw that one of the white lace-up ties was gone! So to keep track of the ties be sure to tightly knot each tie onto one of the eyelets. I ordered the boots one day and they were on my porch the next day! Zappos rocks!

Great! Used them while traveling to Alaska. It was -50F when I arrived and worked excellent.

These boots are great. I wore them snowmobiling in Montana in -10 degree weather and my feet never got the least bit cold. I wore thick wool socks under them and my feet stayed toasty warm. They are kind of clunky looking, but extremely appropriate for the environment. I bought a "cute" pair and am sending them back. These are the ones!

I love these snow bunny boots and they are very cute. They fit great and keep my feet warm. I am a male and they are unisex boots, as far I am concerned and would recommend them for either a male or female.

I have been wanting these Winter boots since last year and I finally purchased them! Unfortunately I have not been able to try them out yet. I am planning to use them for snowshoeing when we head up into the mountains. The boots are heavy, but that is because of the thick rubber sole and inner lining that helps rate them at -40°! I like the fact that the boots are tall with a cinch that the top and waterproof so you do not need to wear gators. I am a size 8 and I purchased mine in 8 which was a tiny bit roomy in the toes, but they are perfect with thicker wool socks!

Boot are just as appeared in picture. Arrive promptly and without hassle. I have ordered from here before and will in the future. Secure, reliable, and great service.

I ordered these for my wife. The muck boots were not cutting it for her on really cold days. I own a pair myself in black and find them extremely warm. I don't wear them unless it is near zero or below and I am not going to be moving around much. If you find your feet get cold in what you are wearing, these are probably the best bet for you. I wear them only when sitting in a tree stand on cold days or ice fishing without a shack on remote lakes. My wife wears them all the time in the winter and loves them.

These boots are great! Wore them on my last snow excursion & my feet were warm & cozy! They are comfortable & easy to walk in. They looked great with jeans too. Buy them, you won't regret it!

I bought these for snow shoeing and just playing in the snow with my little girl. They work well for both of these applications. I can wear whatever pants I want and either tuck them into the boots or put them over the top -- no gaiters needed. I have a narrow (AA) foot so boot fit is sometimes hard, but the laces on these tighten fairly well and an extra pair of socks allowed them to work. After my second snow-shoeing trip (5 miles), I decided some heel pads would probably make them fit better, but that's only because my foot is narrow. They are heavy, but very warm, comfy, and absolutely waterproof. I could buy them again.

I was replacing a 20+ year old pair of Snow Kittens that were a size 9. My foot size is an 8 1/2. Why I had a size 9, I will never know but after all these years of packing out they were huge. I bought these size 8's and they fit perfectly. Still feel a little roomy but if you are wearing heavy socks in the winter they fill out quite nicely. The style of this Snowlion is much nicer than the old Snow Kitten.

Zappos shipped faster than expected and I am incredibly pleased with my boots! Hence, snow has not fallen again since but I can't wait to break them in.

Love these boots. Since we are having a lot of snow in the Northeast, I have been wearing these boots to shovel snow, walk the dog, etc. They are very comfortable. I am a true size 8-1/2, but I purchased the 8 and they fit perfect.

Shoe keeps my feet extra warm. Shoe caught a lot of attention. When we had a storm that dropped 24" the shoe was great! A little bulky but kept my piggies warm! My only issue is keeping the white boot clean. Within days the shoe was very dirty and there aren't any instructions on how to clean the shoe. I highly recommend it.
