This was an excellent buy. I bought it for my daughter who is starting high school in the fall. It is large enough but not too big. It has a compartment for an iPad, which she will be using. And the price is right! Also, the color is awesome! It also looks well made

I use this backpack just about everyday! I've also used it to take on light hikes to throw my jacket, lunch and water in! It's simple yet durable. I would definitely recommend purchaing this backpack!

I recently received this backpack and have found that it's perfect for my intended uses; it is light, can carry a laptop, schoolwork and water bottle, isn't bad on the eyes, and so on. I have tried SwissGear which is too bulky and Jansport which doesn't have ideal functionality. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I love my new Jester backpack! I got in in blue. I think the colors look great! I feel like it will definitely last me while I'm in college.

I bought this for my teen daughter who is very petite and slight in build. (5 feet, 85 lbs) She loves the way the weight of her school books is distributed and has commented how her back does not hurt wearing this backpack, compared to her previous one bought at a big box style store. I love the durability and the guarantee.

This is an amazing book bag! I am a teacher and it is the perfect size for my computer and all of student papers that I bring home on a daily basis. The smaller pockets help me to stay organize and find my belongings without all the searching. Highly recommend and super cute.

Great backpack, but my organizational panel faces the main compartment instead of being able to access it from opening the secondary compartment. Thought it was a fluke and took it into the North Face store. All the new models had the organizational panels sewn in the wrong direction. Did someone drop the ball at Quality Control?

This backpack is perfect for a summer spent in the woods. I purchased it for my boyfriend who is a camp counselor and he loves it!

Greatest backpack ever, very comfortable

This backpack is perfect for everything! I use it when traveling, and it is even good for every day school use.

Overall a fabulous quality backpack, but with the new re-design, I think there was a quality control flaw during production. The accessories organizer in the secondary compartment is sewn in so that it faces the interior of the main compartment, not the secondary compartment, like it is shown in the photo. I thought my backpack was a mistake, so I took it into the North Face store to exchange. To my surprise, every women's Jester we went through had the organizer sewn in facing the wrong direction. Salesperson thought it was supposed to be this way until I showed him the stock photo.

I absolutely love my new back pack. I use it for hiking and biking. I have been stuck in the rain a few times and my gear in the bag stays dry. In addition I love the colors; turquoise and purple. The reflectors are also nice on the bag. It's a nice feature when your biking at night.

My second jester backpack last a long time and very great quality.

Didn't like the cords on the front. Was afraid they would get caught on something and break. Unsure what their function really is. Other than that it was well made and big enough.

I use this all the time. I have the gray and green backpack and i love it. It is simple and sturdy. I wanted something that I could commute with and put my laptop in some days. This fit the bill. Thank you TNF for making this pack!

I bought this laptop at my school bookstore when it was on sale and absolutely love it! I have been using it everyday for the past 8 months and it still looks brand new! This is the perfect size for a college student as well! I love that it is also waterproof, so I do not have to worry about my macbook getting wet while using this!

Very disappointed in this product from rain. Did not protect my books even when backpack zipped closed. Was told I would have to purchase a rain cover because NF backpacks are only water resistant. I don't even think they are water resistant. My books were soaked, and now I have to pay for damaged books. Had much better luck with JanSport backpacks, who stands behind their product! Would not recommend for college students, unless you intend to also purchase the rain cover.

Easily the best bang for your buck. High quality with high affordability.

Amazing backpack! I've tried going the cheap route for the past year and a half. No bag has lasted more than a single semester at college. I can already tell this bag will last far longer than the rest! The quality is far superior than most bags. I Would recommend this product to anyone who was looking!
