I bought this backpack for my Granddaughter for her Birthday. She loves it and can't wait for the summer to be over so she can go back to school and use her new backpack......

This backpack is very comfortable and spacious, it is the perfect size for going on hikes.

Bought this backpack for my daughter who is going to college. She wanted a nice bag which wasn't huge yet big enough to to carry all of her stuff....this was perfect!!!!!

As a single Mom, operating on a single income and buying back to school items we need durability and nice selection. Very nice and has met our demands for children going back to school, high school, nonetheless where kids need durable back packs to endure the books, extra curricular activities etc., North Face has never failed us in strength, fashion, design and overall ease of use... EXCELLENT!

I am going to be a senior in college and owned a Jansport backpack throughout high school and college up until now. It unfortunately never gave me the support I needed to carry all of my heavy textbooks and laptop with me to class. The Jester backpack is every thing I could ask for and more!! Not only does it give me amazing support, but it has multiple pockets, and cup holders allowing me to fit everything that I need!

This backpack is worth every penny! It's stylish and so durable to withstand almost anything. My heavy books for school are easy to carry and there is a laptop space for protection.

I love this bag, at first I thought the pockets were too small so I was apprehensive to put things into them in fear they wouldn't fit but they do expand fairly well

I bought this backpack for my son in high school, and he absolutely loved it. It has plenty of room for books and such, as well as space for a laptop when traveling.

THE INTERIOR POCKETS OF THE JESTER THAT WE PURCHASED ONLINE WERE SEWN IN BACKWARDS --- THEY WERE IN THE MAIN COMPARTMENT RATHER THAN THE FRONT COMPARTMENT --- EVIDENTLY A GIANT MANUFACTURING SNAFU WITH THIS MODEL. AFTER DECIDING THAT THIS WAS A MAJOR ANNOYANCE, WE RETURNED IT TO THE NORTH FACE STORE (THOUGH WE HAD PURCHASED ONLINE) WHERE WE WERE GIVEN A NO-HASSLE EXCHANGE TO THE UPGRADED "BORIALIS" MODEL. THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS WELL AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN OURSELVES. SO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP-NOTCH, IF NOT THE BAG. THE BAG WAS OF HIGH QUALITY, JUST NOT RIGHT ... LIKE A MERCEDES WITH THE SEATS BACKWARDS. IF NORTH FACE WANTS TO SELL THESE BAGS, THEY SHOULD SELL THEM AS "SECONDS" AT A DEEP DISCOUNT, AND NOT TRY TO HIDE BEHIND ONLINE PHOTOGRAPHS THAT NOW OMIT THE BAG'S INTERIOR. WHEN WE PURCHASED THE BAG, THE PHOTOS WERE INCORRECT. NOW THEY ARE JUST GONE FROM THE WEBSITE.

A nice bag I purchased for my daughter for school. She loves it!

I use this backpack for everything. It has a cushioned slot where I can put my laptop and not worry about it. There is a pocket with a zipper where I can put my money and other things without having to worry about losing it.

I was honestly extremely disappointed with this purchase. The backpack is pretty small and doesn't quite fit all of my books, laptop, etc. It is rectangular shaped and extremely stiff (as if they shoved cardboard in the part that rests against your back), and the straps are very short and thin and also stiff. This makes it very uncomfortable and down right painful while carrying a heavy load. This is not a good backpack if you're using it to carry anything relatively heavy. Seems cheaply made. I'll be sending it back.

this backpack is small enough to be stylish, big enough to hold your things, and it doesn't give the bulgy backpack look. it's comfortable and looks great

I have to carry a lot of books for class and other name brand backpacks often put a lot of strain on my back. This backpack is so light weight and takes a lot of the strain off. I love it!

I ordered this backpack BEFORE they changed the pictures on the website. The inner pocket is backwards which is the dumbest thing ever. I went to a North Face store to see if they could do anything and they said it was "supposed" to be backwards. Every other backpack is made normally with the pocket facing outwards. Don't get this backpack, the manufacturing mistake makes the backpack seem a lot smaller.

very convienent. Love how it's very hefty nd can carry a lot of thing. Definitely would recommend this jester backpack to a friend.

I purchases this backpack for my dad for Father's Day. He absolutely loved it and he has gotten a lot of use out of it so far. I would for sure recommend this backpack to a friend of mine.

Very light backpack and comfortable feel. Also spacious and the two compartments provide enough for a variety of things.
