Very comfie - I purchased these shoes for walking. It took a little while to get used to the negative heel, but there is a bounce in my step and my feet feel happy.

Great walking shoe! This a great walking shoe. The negative heel helps to create a complete rolling stride from heel to toe that I haven't had in other shoes. It fits true to size and seems to be very well made. The only thing that could make it better would be to cut the overall size down a bit--it looks huge compared with other athletic shoes I have owned (and in a size 11, that makes a big difference :)

Earth Energetic - This is a great shoe. I put them on after getting home from work and my feet were aching. I wore them about a half and hour and my achy feet were feeling better. I work in a hospital and am on my feet all day, and this is the first shoe I have tried that is helping that. Well worth the price. Great service from Zappos too!

Worth Every Penny! I have a narrow heel and, from years of practicing yoga, I also have a wide toe box. This makes it very difficult for me to find shoes that fit properly. These shoes fit perfectly straight from the box. I almost always wear flat shoes, so my transition to the negative heel was quick. These shoes are extremely comfortable and very supportive. I wear them walking, working out at the gym, and working. I also own pairs of the Earth Allure and the Earth Charisma shoes and am just as pleased with them. This is a great shoe that I find well worth the price.

Earth's Energetic - I wore these shoes for a few hours daily the first week to adjust to the negative heel and I love them. They are comfortable all day. Prior to the Earth shoes, I was wearing New Balance. When I put the New Balance back on after adjusting to the Earth shoes, there was no comparison. As always, Zappos is wonderful. I placed my order on Wednesday night and had the shoes on Friday!

Love 'Em!! I just bought the Earth Allure and it felt so good I thought I would try an athletic shoe for a more casual look. I was very skeptical as I wear an 11.5 for length in women's athletic shoes (which is almost impossible to find--so I am relegated to men's shoes--ugh--as I am a girl and I like to look like girl!) I put these on--MIRACLE OF MIRACLES!! They fit, felt sooooooo good on my plantar fasciitis suffering feet. The heel, in a lower position than that of the rest of the foot, actually provides more arch support, thereby taking stress of the plantar fascia ligament--alleviating heel pain. Weird, but true!! I hate that they are soooooo expensive, though. I will have to plan my purchases and watch for sales. Zappos is great all around!!!!

Negative Heel Sneakers - I have a messed up pelvis due to childbirth over 30 years ago, so trying to pick out shoes to walk under me has been a difficult task. I have only been comfortable with no shoes on. It took me a week to get used to the sneakers...due to equilibrium problems. The first day I could only wear them 1 hour, but now I put them on first thing in the morning and wear them all day. In reading the suggestion about sizing, I will tell you that I wear a 7 1/2 shoe and ordered a 7 1/2 sneaker and they couldn't fit more perfectly. I would strongly suggest these shoes. I experimented indoors for the first week and that's all the time it took to feel 100% comfortable. Be careful the first time you stand in them....it will feel like you're going to fall back.

Avoiding foot surgery - I've been a nurse for 32 years and I jog. I wore the first New Balance model for jogging 28 years ago. When I resumed jogging nearly 7 years ago, I got by for awhile with that brand, which works well for a lot of people. It was while wearing Dansko clogs for work every day that I realized my feet were dying. Bunions, hammertoes, and Morton's neuromas were just getting worse, even though I'd switched to Birkenstocks for work. The podiatrist was eager to cut. About that time I hit a trunk sale and discovered these. The salesman tried to tell me these weren't for jogging. He was WRONG! These shoes are GREAT! I've also used the Earth Trekker for work. My lower back has also been way happier with the lower heel.

Comfortable sneaker - These sneakers do look slightly elfish because the toe curls up somewhat on the front. But that's a small point to consider. They're extremely comfortable sneakers. I've been wearing them to run errands around town, and they've been fantastic. They are very cushiony, supportive and really do make you stand taller.

Earth shoes athletic - Very cushiony, run a little wide, I have narrow to medium feet, but still fit fine and are very comfortable. These really help my knees and posture, but they do give your legs a workout just walking!

Awesome shoe - Having had a zillion athletic shoes wearing this shoe I have decided to donate all my other athletic shoes (recycle!)...I have recommended them to all my patients with back and leg problems and those that have went ahead and purchased them love them. You can't go wrong with this shoe. Be sure to get a half size larger though ~ they run small ~ at least for me. Another plus! No break in period! Put them on and go...Enjoy!

A cheaper alternative to MBTs - I have suffered with plantar fasciitis and a flat foot since the birth of my son 4 years ago and have struggled to find shoes that I can wear for any length of time. MBTs changed my life but, sadly, also my bank balance. Although these don't have the same kind of "roll" effect as the MBTs, I have no issues wearing them for long periods of time and even for athletics. They also don't look quite as orthopedic as MBTs so I'm a little less self conscious wearing them. Would definitely recommend these to folks with difficult feet.

Trying a new brand of sneaker - After reading a magazine article about Earth shoes I wanted to try them out. I was having some heel pain and thought maybe these would help. They felt very weird when I first put them on because of the Kalso negative heel. So far they are working out GREAT! Very comfortable too!

My first pair of Earth shoes. I have been wanting to try Earth shoes for quite sometime. The cost has been the only deterrent. While visiting my daughter in California, I had a chance to try on Earth shoes, and I new the minute I got home I would order a pair; and I did. They are so comfortable; I can't even describe how great they feel. My feet don't hurt any more when I am wearing these shoes, and my lower back, I have had a problem since an auto accident in 1987, is pain free while wearing my Earth shoes. They are really a terrific shoe, you won't know until you try them, like I did!

1st pair of Earth tennis shoes for me - Best price for the shoe I wanted. I tried these on at a local store & it felt like I was walking on clouds, such great support. After leaving my local store I then searched on-line for a better price. I needed a 6.5 in these but a 6 in the Solar style (mary jane style shoe)...which I found out from customer support is typical with the sizing. My chiropractor recommended this brand to help me have much needed arch support...added bonus was the benefit for my back/posture (see Earth shoe's website for more details). Even though this brand/style has the different type of sole, they don't look odd. I was pleased with the look of the shoe & that Zappos.com carried all the different colors (more choices than my local shoe store). Customer support was helpful; I was very impressed with my experience with Zappos.com & customer support. I was so pleased with my purchase experience from Zappos.com I've told others about this company & will shop from them again.

Earth Energetic - The sneakers are comfortable. I can feel the difference in the heel but I got used to it right away. Does make you feel a little shorter. They look a little on the bulky side, but being new and white adds to that, so they may look smaller when scuffed up and all.

So Comfy - Love this shoe!! A little awkward at first with the negative heel, but didn't take long to adjust. Great arch support, a little too much padding. Would love to try an all leather version. Can't wait to try another style of Earth shoe. They are well worth the investment. Take that from someone who has trouble finding a shoe they can wear.

Earth Energetic - I was happy to find that Earth came out with an athletic shoe...I own 3 other pairs of Earth shoes (Solar, Aquarius, and the new Echelon), and wore Earth shoes back in the '70's. I found this very comfortable as a walking shoe and on an elliptical (it felt weird at first, but after I got used to it, I was able to complete my 35 min. painlessly).

Happy feet - I was happy to find that they looked like normal sneakers. They are very comfortable to wear, and lightweight.

Awesome sneakers - Best investment ever. Can't believe I waited this long to get them. I'm gradually replacing all my old shoes with Earth shoes. The difference for my hips and knees is amazing. Others suggested going a half size up - I did and after a week or so of wearing them I've realized that I really could have gone with my regular size and been fine.

Bulky but comfy as hell... I also have the Earth Breeze, and the Energetic heel seems to be even lower! This is a good thing when your calves are as tight as mine. My only negative comment is that these have that old-mannish, mall-walker look to them. A darker color combo would help. Awesome arch support. Love 'em!

Health care - I originally invested in this shoe for back pain which was aggravated with kick boxing and long hours on my feet at work. The back pain is gone, my knee pain is gone and I really do have more energy in my daily exercise program and at work. I purchased two pairs, one for work and one for exercise. I would definitely recommend this product.

A Great Shoe! I am a former runner who has had to slow down to power walking. I walk 7-8 miles a day in these shoes and they are fabulous! The negative heel gently stretches my tendons and I get a very good workout in them. I have a narrow heel and a wide toe bed. These shoes fit wonderfully and they accommodate my orthotics well.

Very Happy Customer - Earth's Energetic shoe is extremely comfortable. It has a different feel than a regular shoe. It corrects your posture and also after strenuous walks, my leg muscles felt like they had been worked out. I ordered these shoes late on Wed. night and received Friday without paying any shipping charges let alone 2-day (it did not even take 2 days). I ordered a half-size larger, and the fit is great. Also, I have been having a lot of pain in my large metatarsal joints and have been wearing orthotics from a podiatrist for 2 years. I do not wear my orthotics with these shoes, and my feet are feeling better than they do when I wear them.
