These are awesome shoes. I would highly recommend these to anyone. They are very comfortable and they work the desired part of the body.

I don't need my expensive orthotics - Last summer I purchased a pair of Kalso sandals. After wearing them a few weeks, I found I could comfortably walk/stand for far longer than anytime in the past 15 years. I just got the gym shoes. I read the reviews and some people didn't like the way they made the foot look bigger. I think that was because with straighter posture one sees one's own foot slightly sooner in the bottom field of vision. In other words, it is something that one has to get used to! Highly recommended for people with plantar fasciitis. This type of shoe has done more for me than thousands of dollars of podiatric care.

Really Big Shoe - I ordered these in an 8 (I normally wear a 7.5 street shoe). Well, the 8 was too big. I would say they run true-to-size. They have a really generous toe-box (a huge relief after wearing cramped trail runners for a while). These shoes are quite comfortable, but they do require breaking-in. It is very different to have your heel lower than your toes and it felt really strange at first. I started wearing them for an hour or so at a time for a couple of days and now I really love them.

A GOOD BUY... I read all the reviews carefully before ordering these shoes, particularly since I have another pair of Earth shoes, which, while cute, are not comfortable to walk about in. Anyway, I couldn't be more pleased. The shoes fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable with no slipping at the heel or rubbing anywhere. I am in the habit of wearing them all day. Also, they are very nice looking. Some reviewers say that they look big on the feet, but I don't think that at all. To me they look like any other pair of sneakers.

Shoes feel great if you suffer from heel pain. Only problem, need to make a wider width instead of the standard medium width.

Feather-like walking shoes - Fabulous walking shoes! They are so light that you do not feel that you are indeed wearing shoes! I just love the pair I got. I would have liked these shoes in bright colors e.g. orange or purple. Otherwise Earth's Energetic shoes are the best for my feet, back, and whole body!

Earth Shoe - Fantastic shoe, great support and perfect for my replaced knee. My surgeon is suggesting his other post op patients get this shoe to help with their rehab walking exercises.

I so wanted to love this shoe. :( I have foot problems from dancing en pointe for 18 years. My big toe joint does not bend correctly and when it does bend... ouch! I have to put my weight on my heels so Earth shoes seemed perfect. The left shoe fit perfectly. (This is the one I usually have more of a problem with). The right shoe hurt on the (for lack of a better description) "bunion point". This was the size nine, already a half size larger than I usually wear. I read where people were sizing up so I returned it and ordered the 9.5 thinking it would solve the problem. Nope, same pain, slightly different spot. First hurt on the side, second more on the top. I thought about ordering up one more time but thought better of it. They actually felt like they were two different sizes. I have never experienced this before in any other shoe.

The best walking shoe. Comfortable from day one, great support. This is my 3rd pair.

Best sneakers ever! I got the white/gray ones because they will coordinate with anything. I ordered these and the rockets but sent the rockets back because these felt more comfortable around the top of the foot. They also had a slimming effect on the foot compared to the rockets. I usually wear either and 8.5 or 9 but in Earth shoes the 8.5 always works because the negative heel gives my toes the extra room they need.

Aaahhh comfort - If you take a size 8 in the Earth Pacific then you will take an 8 in the Earth Energetic. Earth is the only shoe for me. I now have seven pairs of Earth's negative heel shoes. My feet feel great!! No more orthotics in my shoes.

Comfy - I had a pair of Earth Shoes back in the 70s and I remember they were expensive at the time, but they lasted for years so they were well worth the price. I ordered these on Saturday afternoon and they arrived on Monday. I put them on after working all day so my feet are a little swollen, but they fit fine. When I first started walking they felt a little awkward because of the negative heel, but they seem pretty comfortable. I bought these because regular shoes can give me leg and foot pain so I am hoping that these will take care of those problems. You can definitely feel the support these shoes offer.

Excellent casual shoe - A very comfortable shoe. I have been wearing for a few weeks now. I have several pair of Earth shoes, mostly the Heaven sandal so I have become accustomed to the lowered heel. No blisters or break-in right from the box.

Extremely comfortable and a workout for your legs - I love this shoe. When I received it, I kept it on all day and just walked around the house. They are extremely comfortable and I didn't feel out of balance like some customers reported having to get used to them. I ordered an 8 ½, but sent it back for an 8. I walk for my workouts and noticed a huge difference in leg conditioning after just one use. You'll love them. They are designed just like regular athletic sneakers, so one can't really tell that they are a negative heel like most of the Earth line.

earth shoes - Very comfortable from first wearing. The fit is very true to size. It takes a bit of getting used to the backward slant of the shoe. It stretches out your hamstrings. I wear them for part of my daily walk and then switch to other walking shoes. Eventually, I'll wear them exclusively. It's a great idea.

Great Shoes! I tried these shoes to help with my posture and back pain, which they have done. They're really comfortable and "springy" on long walks. Also, I have high arches which makes it hard to find shoes that support them enough. These definitely do! It took me about a day to get used to the lower heel. I highly recommend them.

Nice Shoe - This shoe is true to size. My foot is a little wider and it fits very comfortably in this shoe. The negative heel is kind of weird at first but I have grown to like it. It really feels good walking. I haven't run in it yet though. Most shoes shorten the calf muscles but this stretches it out. It feels good!

Energy in your steps - As an Earth shoe it has a totally different feel from other athletic shoes. The shoe made my feet feel lighter and my legs feel energetic almost as soon as I started walking in them.

Earth Energetic…aaaahhhh - Earth shoes are all I can wear; they are like magic for my back. So I needed an athletic shoe, and this Energetic is great. At first it felt kind of tight for the width, but within a day all was fine. I also like the look of it, not clunky even in my size 11s. After a day of running errands, standing and walking my feet don't hurt and neither does my back. Also very lightweight, but cushioned just right.

Earth Shoes are the best - I love these shoes. They are comfortable and truly do help with aligning your body. My back does not ache like it does when I walk in regular tennis shoes and my feet don't bother me either. I was afraid that they would be a little too tight as I sometimes get a wide width. The fit is perfect. Zappos service is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Great - First you have to wear these at home, the inverted heel feels a little funny until you get used to them. I wore them to work, standing all day and my back felt great. Then walking in them made my workout harder, burn more calories !!! A good thing.

Earth's Energetic - I recommend this tennis shoe; it is great for walking and my legs do not get tired. They clean up in the washer great!

Like them - I really like these once I got used to them. It kind of felt like I was off balance for a few days, but now they are very comfortable.

I am quite happy w/my new shoes and will probably buy another pair when I need them. It has a wide "toe box" for people who need that.

Comfy shoe - Bought these shoes to wear on my nursing job. Excellent! I also have a bad back and I love the way the sole is created to help with your posture. Love them!!!!
