I have three pairs of this Melton Cap Toe shoes, one pair I bought in 2004 that still are in great shape. This fourth pair are for my son. Comfort is important because I stand up to 12 hours straight in a day a work. These shoes leave my feet feeling the same at 9PM as they did at 9AM.

I had to size down a half size but that is understandable considering that it is Goodyear welted

Style and comfort come together with the Melton Cap Toe, this is my second pair so I picked up the brown and it's such a rich color, looks great with my blue suits.

Just wanted to say it is nice to put on a new shoe and not have to worry about incidental sores or blisters. Probably my 4th or 5th pair.......of just the black. They Fit like a Glove!!

Good shoe! I get compliments at work on the style. The shoe fits my triple-wide feet very well. I have two other pair just like these in black and ox-blood, and with some care and love have lasted me more than 6 years, and that's with constant use at work, 5 days a week, alternating shoes. I know that having the exact same pair of shoes in three different colors is frowned upon, but when you find a winner in both style and fit, you go for it! There is a more expensive version of this shoe with better padding, etc., but I put gel inserts in all of my shoes because I walk around quite a bit at work. So these shoes serve me very, very well.
