Wore these slippers around the house and the fur comes off on the heel. Only had them for about a month-- was very disappointed with this product after spending the amount of money.

This is my third pair of the Ugg Coquette slipper. My first two pair I wore every day all year long and got two years of wear out of each before I had to buy a new pair. This pair is just over 6 months old and I am beyond disgusted at how these have fallen apart. There are grey fur balls all over my house because every time I slip these off my feet another chunk of fur flies out. I don’t have a lot of money and it always made me a little sick to spend over $100 on a pair of slippers, but I could always justify it because of much I wore them. I will definitely be replacing these with the much more affordable Bearpaws. I gave these an overall two stars for comfort because even though they were five stars in their brand new state, with half the fur now gone they are horrible. Ugg should be ashamed of themselves for the huge drop in quality with this product.

Both my wife and I had a pair of these for years and loved them. I don't know what happened in their manufacturing since they're no longer made in Australia, but they actually kind of suck now. My wife had a pair of these for almost 10 years that held up better than these after a couple of months. With light wear, the insoles are worn away, especially on the heel and the material bunches up in other places. Upon initial walking, we both felt it was like walking on cardboard. It also squeaked until it broke down. These things now hurt our feet when we wear them too long. The old ones you could literally beat the crap out of and they held up and felt good. These are just so disappointing, especially for the money. We're both returning them if we can.

I really loved these slippers when i first got them! Now after having them a little more than a month, the fluff at the heel area is wearing away so much so that you can see the sole of the slipper!! I have had many other UGG slippers and these are the first to do this. Very Disappointed!!!!

I love Zappos and I love UGGS, but I am CONCERNED ABOUT PURCHASING THEM after reading the reviews because i also had a problem in the past with the fur lining of the sole disappearing after a very short time. I am disappointed to learn that the manufacturer has not corrected that problem! I THINK IT IS OUTRAGEOUS AND UNETHICAL FOR UGGS TO CHARGE SUCH A HIGH PRICE AND TO CONTINUE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM! ZAPPOS, can you help us with this?? ( IN DESPERATION, I BOUGHT FUR INSOLES BUT THEY SLIDE OUT. WE SHOULD NOT BE HAVING THIS PROBLEM!)

Zappos does a nice job w/website purchasing/shipping process etc. That being said, the problem here is that Ugg themselves, should be ashamed of the current Coquette slipper produced now. I first purchased years ago a men’s version (10 yrs ago). Exterior was not a suede leather but a solid surface leather & the shearling was AWESOMELY THICK! The soul was made of a heavy duty tread & those slip ons lasted for 5yrs of wearing everyday, inside & out. Bought some “coquette slippers”about 3yrs ago & I only got about 1yr &1/2 before completely worn out. The coquette slippers I just received today, completely disappointed, as I can see the shearling lining will be worn through in no time at all!Its so thin that they aren’t even that comfortable. I’ll be lucky to get 2-3 MONTHS before these are worn through & completely stretched out! People only pay the costly price for Uggs because they were great & lasted but no more! GREED &PROFIT have won over makers/manufacturing! UGG— you had a great run for years but it’s over now. Won’t be buying Ugg anymore!

Have been buying the Ugg Coquette Slippers for years. The last pair I bought the fur wore off the heel in about three months, but the shoe was still very comfortable and worth the money. I bought my last two pair in grey. This time I ordered Blue. The color is beautiful but the sole of the shoe has been changed. It went from stable and comfortable to cheap. It is not balanced around the edges. The quality is just not there. Not worth the money.

If Ugg is going to make such poor quality products they should really reduce the price. I had a pair of Coquettes that last about 6 or 7 years before wearing out. I finally broke down to buy a new replacement pair and they are horrible. They are about 1/2 the weight of the original pair, the fur feels like that if a cheap plush stuffed animal...more like polyester than sheep wool. Ugg, you should be ashamed of yourself for accepting $120 for these slippers.

My husband bought these for me last Christmas and I returned the first pair within a month. All the fleece came off at the toes and heels. Thinking it must have been a defect since I own 7 pairs of uggs some for 6 years or more and have never had the fleece wear out he returned them and got me another pair in a tan ( original was grey). A month later same thing. I chatted with someone on ugg.com and I was told to take them back to where I bought them since they have a better return policy than ugg store. So 8 months later they are almost completely bare on the bottom and impossible to wear.

The fur wore out after a week, looks fake, and they are gigantic for a size 7 (I took that into account while ordering, even the fact that they would stretch, but I didn't expect that much stretch. I normally wear a 9.). I ordered from this website. I wish I had sent them back! My first pair of Ugg slippers lasted a year, the second pair lasted maybe six months, the third only lasted about two months but were "Uggpure", so I specifically ordered this last pair because they claim to be twinface. I'm fairly certain it is fur glued onto a backing which is then glued to leather, so the bare spots are tacky. I have Ugg twinface boots in better shape that I've had over four years. Only order these if you plan on replacing them weekly, and if you don't mind the matted looking fur. Such a shame, I rely on fur to keep my feet warm because of my health.

I checked the picture again. I compared the worn out ones I am trying to replace with the ones that just arrived. The material is completely different. They ones that arrive don't even look like the picture. Not what I expected.

I’ve been buying UGGs ever since I can remember since they came out maybe, these are the worst cheapest pair of slippers I don’t know UGGs has lost their wow factor so sad to see your product go to waste. I’m so sad there’s nothing like coming home from a long day working and putting on your favorite slippers find out they’re cheaper than ever.

This isn't my first paid of Uggs but may be my last. I've worn Uggs Coquette slippers for years. Every year I get a new pair because the fleece wears out in the toe section and heels. This pair felt so wide, the length seemed okay but they were sloppy from the get go. Then I found an older pair, bought a year earlier, in the back of the closet. Same style number, same size, big difference. Not being a shoe repair expert, I think it is where the top of the slipper attaches to the bottom, it is much larger and looser. So disappointed. This is the first time that I am returning a pair of shoes to Zappos because of dissatisfaction with workmanship. Something is different with Uggs, I'm not sure what. Zappos will send me another pair to replace these. I can return them also if they are not satisfactory. Zappos is such a fine organization, super customer service, good products. I hope they can find out why this is happening.

I have had these shoes in the past and loved them but this time the fuzz on the inside tore off and though it's only been 6 months, it's all the fuzz is gone. What a dissapointment!

Finally figured out why my slippers are not lasting. Uggs were previously made in Australia.
They were high quality and lasted me to this day. Recently bought a pair of slippers, My second pair since December, Learned uggs are now made in China....same price not the same quality, so sad

I do not recommend these shoes. With them it is apparent as other reviewers state (and I should've listened) the quality of Uggs has gone downhill. After less than a month of regular indoor slipper type wear, my heels have no shearling left. They are no longer cushy and comfortable. If I still had my packaging I'd return them. This is my last pair of Uggs I'll purchase.

This is my 2nd pair of UGG slippers - my first pair lasted me years. This new pair has already worn out on the heal and I've had them 2 months. For the price you pay I would expect a lot more from the quality.

I'm sad to report that my slippers are rough and scratchy, as if a lower quality sheepskin was used. I love my classic boots. I love my special cashmere boots. I don't love my slippers. I filled out a survey, at the end of which I was promised someone would contact me, but no one did. I suppose Uggs has enough business that they don't have to care about the few unhappy customers. Oh well. Side note: they really do run big. I'm 7.5-8, and the 38 fit like a 9.

I have had several pairs of these slippers and they have been great. For some reason this time, I am on my second pair in 3 months, due to the insole wearing off. I received them for Christmas and had to return them by February and now the exchanged pair is doing the same thing. The insole is coming out in chunks! I am so disappointed because I wear them all the time around the house because we have wood floors. Just disappointed in the quality.

After purchasing the Coquette slipper for at least the 5th time, I immediately noticed the difference with a pair I purchased months ago and this pair I received for Christmas. The quality is completely different. I noticed my last pair that lasted a year had the word Ugg Australia and this pair had only Ugg underneath. The slipper is flimsy and light. The fur is completely different and the fur at the heel wore out in two weeks. When I contacted Ugg to complain they sent me another pair and explained the company is now Ugg in the U.S. and Ugg Australia is the international brand. I was reassured nothing else has changed. It is insulting to me to think I will believe this. Me, my mom and cousin have been wearing this style Ugg slipper for years and we all notice the difference. The slipper is so flimsy that my foot literally goes to the side in the slipper. The weight of the slipper is a fraction of the one I bought months ago. I am very upset that Ugg decided to jump on the bandwagon and cheapen their product. All three of us will never buy an Ugg product again. I paid top dollar for the slipper that has clearly gone down in quality. Please don't try and tell consumers that nothing has changed. We are smart and we know...especially loyal Ugg customers.

I am sure that I received someone's old pair of slippers. They arrived matted, dirty and in some places, worn thin. I was shocked when I opened the box.

So disappointed. What happened to the Ugg's we've come to rely on? I've been a faithful Ugg slipper owner for years, but this last pair were way below standard and didn't even last 6 months, when compared to previous pairs which lasted years. The lining bottomed out almost immediately in the heel area and footbed, making them somewhat uncomfortable, and was very flimsy unlike previous pairs. I expect more for the price point. Save your money and buy something where the price equals the quality.
