I had a pair of Ugg slippers prior to this for almost 8 years that lasted. I finally caved and bought these and 13 months in they are falling apart. I’m beyond disappointed!! Their quality has gone away. I wear them inside my house only and don’t put excessive wear and tear on them. Too bad I can’t exchange them since I’m one month past the return window.

I got these about 6 weeks ago. They are very comfortable and fit me well. However, I noticed that the lining is already wearing out in the heel area--I can see the white backing through the "fur." I wear them for only a few hours in the evening, so I am very disappointed that this is happening in a pricey pair of slippers.

Finally decided to splurge on a pair of UGG slippers and purchased the Coquette style. I received them for Christmas. It is LESS than 2 months and the fur from the heel is completely GONE - leaving a hard core. The fur on the interior of the slippers are smushed flat and just poorly made. What a shame. This is my FIRST and LAST pair of UGGs.

Within a month the fur seems gone. Not worth the money.

Have worn same style and size slipper for years. The past three pairs have been inferior in quality with lining disintegrating a few weeks after purchase and color rubbing off on my feet. Gave them one last try and almost broke my neck! Left foot much too wide and I fell out of it twice within the first few hours of use. What happened to the UGG company that produces products I trusted and loved?

It's not the original slipper.

I've been buying these for many years, usually every other year. They WERE my go to staple in the winter at home. No longer. This latest pair had almost no cushy fuzz on the inside where your foot hits the shoe. I noticed it immediately, nothing like the shoes I had bought previously. I almost sent them back, but ordered the insole instead...which is full and cushy...just like the inside of the shoe used to be. With the insole the shoes are fine and comfortable. No matter. End of the line for me. One star because the rest of the shoe is fine.

These feel like the pair I have had for a year. The slippers are hard and not comfortable, it seems the quality has taken a nose dive. W will not be ordering any more Uggs

I had a pair of these for years. My son ruined them on me one day so I decided to replace them. I was so disappointed when they finally arrived. There is probably half the amount of fluff as the older ones...maybe less...I wore them one day and the thin sparse amount of fluff is smushed down to hardly nothing making them not very comfortable. Also saw on other reviews once I received mine that the fluff wears down to bald spots very quickly...I can see why. They definitely lost a lot of quality since I last bought them making them not worth the money.

VERY disappointed in the recent croquette slippers. My first pair I wore for 10 YEARS! The fur disappeared at the typical spots, but the "leather" lining remained on top of the foam. In the new pair, the fur worn down and then the lining wore down to the foam base. Now the lining has been continuing to rip off to reveal more of the foam base. This happened in under a year of having them. I'm now back to wearing the same 10 year old slippers that are more comfortable than my less than a year old pair. TERRIBLE QUALITY!

UGGs are not made the way they used to be ...they are a cheaper fur/cheaper sole..they fell off my feet as I walked! I was just very disappointed because I wore UGG Coquette slippers for 15 years when they were made in Australia !
