Bought my wife a pair of the Coquette slippers 3 years ago. She absolutely loved them, and they served her well. They finally wore out, so I ordered her a new pair of the same exact slippers, and when they came in, there was a noticeable quality/craftsmanship/sturdiness difference between the old pair (even after 3 years) and the new pair. We won't be ordering another pair, that is for sure.

Returned them. Haven't heard anything from Uggs! Very disappointed. I've worn these slippers for years. The quality is very poor now. Poor communication.

Was disappointed by these slippers I only bought them in mid November and the inside heel area has already worn down so much the colour is off on them. I dont wear them often enough for this to have happened. Usually luv uggs but won't by the slippers again sadly.

I was very disappointed in this product & returned it. I have purchased these slippers twice, in the past, & loved them. However, this time the fur wasn't as plush & had a different feel to it - not as soft...additionally, the slipper was too long, even though I ordered the same size that I previously ordered. Quality has definitely gone down within the past few years.

I returned these Uggs. The pair I was replacing had more fur remaining than the new pair. After two weeks wear, the fur on the foot bed had worn bare.

I loved them so much until about week 3 and the fur in my right slipper started falling out. Can’t bring myself to show hubby, who got them for me as early Christmas present.

Alot of confusion and returns.

The liner of these slippers was worn out in less than 1 month. I have had several versions of this slipper of the years and though the liner wears out over time, the quality of this version is very disappointing!

My product was not used. I am working on returning them. I already have a pair and I really like them. However, I refuse to keep the second pair because they are used.

This will be the last pair of UGGS that I will buy.

Been wearing UGG slippers and boots for over 10 years getting a new pair of each every Christmas season. They have changed the slippers- I don't understand why either. The soles are thin flimsy almost hollow like (at least feel hollow) and not supportive nor comfortable. I am returning them. I spoke with customer service about them and they said maybe I had a bad pair and I exchanged them and the new ones are the same- clearly this is their new way of making them and it is horrible. I wish they would go back to the same style that got me to buy new ones and look forward to the purchase annually. The boots are different as well but tolerable but the slippers are horrible. Really sad about it cause I loved them and now am looking for a replacement.

I tried two different sizes and had difficult time walking in them.....I was trying to find a replacement for an ugg shoe that has been discontinued

UGH sold themselves to another company and the slippers are cheaply made and aren't even the same as the ones pictured on the website. Flimsy and thin. They look like fakes. Nothing like the UGG slippers I had years ago. Please make them like you used to so I can buy a pair.

This product has changed. the quality is poor at best. I ordered two different slippers but both were poorly made. I purchased this product two years ago and the quality of the foot beds and rubber was much better.

Walking around the house and to the mail box

I have bought these for many years. This is 2d pair in a row that's unwearable because way way too tight across instep. I never had problem with this before. Sorry I sent back unworn black leopard because other pair bled black dye on my feet & I didn't return the used pair. I need these because I had frostbite years ago. It seems the quality is decreasing. You are losing a very long standing customer!!

I've been wearing slippers for a over 2 weeks thinking the dye will fade away but my feet and toenails are still black. I would not recommend this color slipper. I've had 4 or 5 pairs so I love the slipper but wasted money on black because I can't wear them nor recommend them

the left slipper is very uncomfortable as the fur is too hard. i will be sending them back.
