The black dye is coming off on my feet.

I have been a faithful wearer of these slippers for about 8 years replacing them every 6-9 months. My last two purchases were very disappointing. The fleece is not as thick or soft as it has always been in the past. The first time this occurred I marked it up to one bad pair and didn't think much of it. However, now after a second pair with the same poor quality, I am concerned that it is a permanent quality change. If I had not purchased them directly from the UGG site i would think that they were perhaps counterfeit. I am not sure I will purchase again.

The collar and insole do NOT feel like real wool. It feels like polyester, or some sort of blend. I have owned many real sheepskin products and the slippers I received just do not seem like real wool.

I purchased my first pair of UGGS at least 7 years ago. I just got a another pair for Christmas because my old pair had ripped along the seam connecting the soft top to the sole. Wearing them I thought my husband had gotten the wrong size because they felt loose. I also bought the exact same slipper for my daughter and when we were visiting this past weekend, we both commented on the difference in "feel". So we got her old pair of UGG slippers and compared them. Two big differences: 1. The sole was thinner, providing less support. 2. The "fur" was MUCH thinner and thus got matted down much more quickly all around (which is why it felt "bigger"). The quality of the product has ABSOLUTELY changed, yet the price has gone up.

Always bought these slippers, but this purchase was not the greatest. The quality is not the same. The sheepskin is not as fluffy and is too thin. It is also for the first time shedding. The rear of the footbed is wearing down too fast exposing the pad it is attached to. My previous pair didn't wear down in the footbed for quite awhile. Being an expensive slipper and still in great shape, I used to buy sheepskin inserts and glue them into the slipper on top of the old sheepskin. Made them nice and tight. So not impressed and probably will not buy another pair.

This product was inferior to past purchases.

These do not last! My husband gave a pair of these to me for Christmas in 2014. Absolutely loved them! Warm and soft. Within a couple of months, every time I took them off tufts of sheepskin would come out with my foot. In 5 short months - there was NO sheepskin left on the ball of the foot or the heel area. I own several pairs of UGG boots and one pair I have had for MANY years - all sheepskin is still completely intact. Also, I usually wear a 9 in UGG boots, in the slippers I had to go down to a size 8. The slippers did not meet the quality standard that I was accustom to with UGG products. Very disappointed!

I ordered the size that I have been wearing for years in Ugg slippers and these were huge, making me think they were a men's style. I exchanged for one size smaller and they are still big, bulky and sloppy. They are awkward to wear and, sadly, these do not measure up to a typical Ugg product.

These run way too big. Had to return. Order down at least a full size.

They are very cute, but the fur in the sole wears quickly.

The fur was squished. It fit fine in length but was way too big width wise. I tried these on in the store and they were tighter and now it's not even worth the money it's so big on my foot. There's no way I can wear these out without them falling off.

Cluggette great to see it back, but why is inner sole so inconsistent - too little fur. Coquette size runs very big. One would expect worldwide company would have better quality control !

Very comfortable - I have tons of Ugg boots and slippers. I bought these to wear at work because I'm 8 months pregnant with very swollen feet. Because of my swollen feet I am unable to wear socks comfortably - so I wore these without socks. The fur dyed the bottom of my feet black. I had to literally soak my feet and use a pumice stone in order to clean the bottom of my feet. Very disappointed about this.

I purchased my 1st pair of UGG slippers in Dec 2014 and could not have been happier! I told everyone I knew it was the best money ever spent. During a trip to visit my daughter in March 2015, they were stolen out of my luggage at the airport. I ordered a new pair within weeks of getting home but was not nearly as happy with them. I felt as though the quality was not near as good as the first pair. I can see the glue where the fur meets the slipper and the fur itself looks a little cheap. I don't think the difference in color should make a difference in the quality but I am not as happy with the second pair. I'm not going to bother with returning them because they are "slippers" to be worn around the house but I do wish they were as nice as the first pair. They are still very warm and comfortable. I would not recommend to my friends to buy the slippers due to the price if your not happy with the quality but I would recommend the UGG boots! I have many pairs and love them all! Even my oldest pair still looks brand new.

I bought a pair for both my daughter and myself. I was replacing a pair that I have had for two years. I decided on a new color - black for me and dark brown for her. The dark brown ones are fine, but the black inside the slipper ends up on my feet or it stains my socks. They are just as comfy as usualy, but I'm ruining all my socks. When I leave the socks off, my feet are stained black for the dye.
