They were a comfortable fit and they were true to size, but I need some arch support, and this shoe is as flat as a board. I sent them back.

I purchased these shoes for my wife on her birthday. Gave them to her on 11/21, one month later the fur is already worn off the heels. Two of those weeks we were traveling. The quality of these slippers seem to be deteriorating.

I recently bought a pair of UGG slippers size 9 for my wife that are exactly like the ones she purchased years ago from zappos. The label then and now said size 9. However, this time the size 9's were way to big! So I reordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly, just like the old worn out ones.. Now sure if this is a packaging error or a manufacturing error.. BEWARE!!

cons: Not nearly enough padding. The price is absurd for the low level of comfort. pros: easy to step in and out, lightweight.

I have been wearing UGGs for years. I just ordered two pairs of these slippers and am SO disappointed! The sheepskin feels fake. It's scratchy and thin. My three-year-old UGGs are more comfortable :(

For the past 10 years, I've been replacing my Ugg slippers every couple of years. This is the first time I ordered the pink version (they were on sale). The fit was bigger and they were less cushy than the traditional "beige" color I've had. Didn't realize that changing the color would change the sizing and comfort - going to go back to the original.

I have a pair of these slippers that are at least 10 years old, and I love them! So when I finally decided to replace them, I was so disappointed. They were wide, even when I ordered a size smaller than my normal size. I tried so hard to like them, but finally returned them. There is no arch support either.

I returned and purchased this slipper three times in different sizes because the fit was so strange. It was so much bigger than the actual size. I have other Ugg products including other slippers so I was really disappointed because I loved the color. I went with a different option all together because of this sizing issue.

They were too pink in color,and they kept sliding off of my feet!

I’m shocked! I purchased my first pair in 2013 and had no need to replace until 2/2019. The new pair is wearing too fast and almost looks the same as the 6 yr old slipper. I will not repurchase. The manufacturer must have changed the product used or something. Disappointed to say the least!!!!

I have always loved my Coquette's but this pair the bottom "fur" is already worn off and I haven't even had them 2 months! These are too expensive to have this happen!

I’m really disappointed in these slippers. UGG’s quality has drastically changed. This is my third pair of Coquette slippers. After I finally wore my last pair to death, I decided to replace them with these, as they’ve been ca constant for me for years. These have very little fluff in them. So much so that after wearing them for an hour, I can Already see the foot bed. These feel like you are walking on hard rubber, with a very little bit of soft stuff thrown on top. In the past, the UGG slippers have been almost tight until you broke them in because there was so much wool inside. I am so disappointed with this purchase.

These are not made in Australia but in Vietnam. The soles look cheap. Don’t have quality of Uggs. I guess this is what you call a knock off.

This is my second pair of Ugg slippers (and have purchased 3 others as gifts). My first pair lasted much longer. I have had these just over two months and due has worn off. My first pair lasted a lot longer, eventually it also wore off, but not after two months.

Initially very comfortable and supportive but within weeks interior lining wore away. Poor quality considering price and brand reputation.

They were really long!

I purchased a pair of UGG Coquette slippers at “UGGS” and have had them for approximately 4 years. I decided to purchase another pair at a lower price through Zappos. After wearing these UGG slippers a few times, I realized that there was a differences. I pulled out my old worn ones and clearly saw the difference. The fur on my old ones are thicker and on the new ones the fur feels and looks fake. I also have to wear socks to keep my feet warm. Even the logo “UGG” on the slipper is different. I threw away the packaging so I can’t return them, but I am truly disappointed. So now I’m stuck with these “not so cheap” slippers.

I purchased this Coquette in an attempt to replace my 1-year-old Uggs Moraene slip-ons because the fur is wearing out of the heel. I really loved the Moraene for the comfort & warmth, but since it is no longer available I opted for this Coquette. I am so disappointed in this slipper. Not only does the fur seem thinner than any of the 9 pairs of Uggs I have owned over the past 15 years, but they seem to have absolutely no padding in them. It's as if I am walking on the hard rubber sole of the shoe alone. They don't even feel like real Uggs. I've heard people complain that they think the quality of Uggs is going down. I really hope this is not the case. I really look forward to my Uggs at the end of the day, especially if I wasn't able to wear a pair during the day, so I guess I'll hang on to my ailing Moraenes & hope that the company can remedy this issue in the future.

I thought this would be a wonderful shoe for me. No. Many people love this shoe. I found it felt like wearing a box around the house for the short time I tried them. I could not feel support, padding, of any kind, other than the fur inside, which was not thick enough to offer padding for any comfort. I love Zappos but I did not wish to keep this Ugg shoe. Returned it right away.
