The quality of the Coquette Slippers has declined in the past years. These slippers would last for up to two years and now the heel is worn out with in the year and they are not as comfortable. The heels need a more durable cushion for the heel that will not wear down so quickly. I hope that UGG does something about this. These are my favorite slippers and I need a new pair but they need to improve them.

I bought these originally in 2007. They were such good quality that they lasted me about 10 years or so. I just bought another pair and let's just say I could have bought the extra insoles with my purchase. There is barely any fur on the bottom insole!!! I've only used them a few times and I can feel the rock hard bottom underneath the fur. It's really disappointing that they went down in quality and went up in price. Not worth the money anymore.

Fit okay, but there was no arch support. Price point seems geared to product name, rather than quality.

I've had these slippers for 2 weeks now, and the right footbed under the ball of my foot feels very thin, almost bare and hard on the surface of my foot.I love these slippers, but they need to hold up better with cushion for the feet.

For Uggs these things feel really cheap. Hate the plastic sole. My slippers from a few years back and a very nice, thick rubber sole edged with suede. These things are hard, ugly plastic. No thanks. I could 1/4 of the price and get something better.

I own a few pairs of UGGs. I buy them because they are so comfortable, and my feet are always cold. I recently bought these from the retail chain where I work using my employee discount. I returned them and bought a different style directly from UGG and paid full price- that's how uncomfortable these are!
All of my older UGGs have a cushioned sole and squishy rubber bottom. These have a hard plastic bottom and no cushion under the fur lining at all. It was like waking on concrete.
I went with the Ansley, slipper. I don't like that style as much as this style, but they are super comfortable.
Why change the design of these awesome slippers, UGG?

They are fuzzy and cozy but difficult to walk in. The sole is hard and its uncomfortable to stand in them.
I'd also recommend:

I was excited when I bought these slippers. At first, they were cozy and warm but after a week they started to shed and after 6 months, the sold had been completely shredded and now it's just an uncomfortable, cheap plastic. I bought a pair of cheap slippers that lasted longer than these Ugh slippers.

The inside of these wear out way too quickly. Ive had two pairs, and only because my husband bought me a second one when he knew I was having trouble with the first. The second pair wore out on the inside even quicker than the first. Loved the look, hate the quality.

I've been purchasing from UGG since around 2005 and it seems the quality has gone down. Bought my wife these for Christmas 2020; 6 months later the fur/fluff on the heel is completely gone, worn down, and she only wears them in the house. The fur/fluff on the outside feels synthetic and cheap. They're comfy butfor the price, I'm disappointed.

Loved my first pair except within a year, the inside near my toe buckled and rose up in the area of my big toe. My second pair was worse. In less than six month, the fluff was gone near the back. I did not wear them a lot so it couldn’t have been from too much usage. These cost too much to be of such poor quality. I am seriously disappointed.

I purchased a size 9. Upon arrival the slippers were well over an inch longer than my other size 9 shoes and slippers. Pleased with the quality but sizing is WAYYY off!!!

These run almost a full size larger. I normally wear a 9.5/10 and I ordered a 9 and they were huge.

Disappointed with this skipper; six months after purchase, the lining has worn down and is completely gone in the toe area. The cardboard underneath irritates my toe so there’s nothing I can do but count this a loss. An expensive loss.

I had the original color for years and I loved them. I ordered these in black and I still love the feel and comfort but a month later they are still turning my feet black.

I've been buying the same slippers for years. First, the change from Ugg Australia, that was fine. Then the lining was a little thinner, now the sole is a cheaper looking plastic feeling sole. I gave them away. I hope since the price hasn't lowered the shoe quality doesn't keep diminishing. Super disappointed!

Unfortunately UGG slippers don't have the same quality they used to. The heels wear out way too quickly. I've had to replace them too often. The inside fluff starts to come apart and wear down too quickly. The old UGGS lasted a lot longer. Sad.

These slippers have always been my favorite. In fact, over just the last 2-3 years, I’ve bought 4 pair of these same slippers. However, one of the main reasons for buying so many pair is that the “fur” inside the slippers is horrible .. it wears off in a matter of months! Took LESS than 6 months for my slippers to go from brand new looking to what you see in my photos. Those are two separate pair bought at almost the same time. I’m sorry, but when you’re spending $125 for a pair of Ugg slippers, the fur lining should not wear off literally within 4-6 months after purchasing. If not only looks terrible, but it also definitely affects the overall comfort oh the slipper. So the comfort goes from 5 stars at purchase to 2-3 stars within 6 months. Now, if you can easily afford go spend $125 on a pair of slippers every 4-6 months, by all means, go for these. They’ll work for you. But if you can’t afford that, be warned. Like most others giving reviews on here, I’ll say I’m extremely disappointed, frustrated, and even angered that Ugg would charge this amount for a pair of slippers that literally wear out within a matter of months after purchase. There’s no way this should happen. Buyer be warned.

I bought a pair of the same slippers 4 years ago because of their durability and comfort and the label stated that they they were made in Australia and shipped from China. The one's I just received were NOT made nor was it originated from Australia and neither was the fur. After wearing the slippers for approximately a week, they already feel like flip flops. The fur does not feel real and there's mention of Australia, just states "made in Vietnam. " Definitely not like my old ones and I'm sorry I threw my old ones out before trying out the one's I just received from UGGS. My opinion is that I think they are a fake and that the fur is really faux!!!

I bought the Coquette in the Zodiac pattern. I had to go down an entire size. The slippers are really pretty, but there is virtually no padding between the sole of your foot and the hard plastic sole. I have a bunch of Ugg shoes and boots, and I've never had this problem before. Since they were a gift, I will keep them, but I can't wear them often.
