So disappointed. Wanted to replace my old Ugg Coquette house shoes. Ordered these in happy color in same size as my now ragged old pair. This new pair is shorter AND significantly narrower than the original pair. Since I have wide feet and want comfy shoes to hang around the house in, I was depending on Uggs not to cut corners - literally. While this size 8 is still long enough, it's narrowness will not suit in the next size up. Cant buy Uggs anymore. Now I have to find a new brand of cozy wide house shoes that I can also go outside in. I also have couple pairs of UGG boots that are about ready for replacement. Won't be buying those in UGG brand either. Disappointed.

Bought the UGG care kit along with these pink slippers. I should have sprayed the Scotch-like guard on them from the start. I got a few tiny gravy splatters on one. I used the cleaning solution to the "T" with a damp sponge and the solution on the sponge. Just the itty-bitty water on the sponge caused dark areas. I thought the darkness of the material would go back to normal once it dried. It didn't. The dark spots came out with the solution only to leave light white-light spots. So, the cleaning kit is worthless. The eraser and brush did nothing before or after they dried. UGG ads say their shoes don't water stain—sorry, but they do! Can't return these worn shoes to Zappos without a tag, so I feel taken because the cleaning kit and leather are defective as far as I am concerned. I'm going back to Birkenstock brand which by the way DO clean up with their cleaning kit to include gravy stains.

Definitely not the quality of UGGS in the past. Extremely light weight with what feels like a plastic sole. Gues that puts an end to a few years of wear. I’d pay twice as much to get a well made pair of old with awesome thick shearling fur, a heavier weight suede top and nice thick heavier weight flexible sole. Oh well, my search is still on. I had such high hopes.

The slippers arrived in a damaged shoe box (not an Ugg box) marked “replacement box as the original box was damaged during shipping.” The slippers had stains and water marks all over them. Back they go.

Sadly, the sole of this slipper is made from a different product than from the previous slippers of the same style I've owned. The current sole is hard and stiff; it feels like walking on cement. The previous sole had a lot of cushion and was much more comfortable.

I bought two pair in the same size for daughter in laws 18 months ago. They both loved so I decided to buy them also. I tried on the exact size I ordered for them and when they arrived they were huge. Not only were they huge they arrived in a box that was not the original but they had a couple of white spots on the right toe are that I could not brush off. So disappointed- sent them back.

I am returning this item because despite looking and feeling great it made my white socks black. So the color runs which negates all the good things about it.

I canceled my order as the delivery went from the 7th to between the 8th and 16th. Sorry to say this might have been the last time I order from Zappos! If you need something but it can’t be delivered in time as promised why bother.

I have been buying these Ugg slippers for years. Now they don’t fit like they used to. I usually wear a size smaller but that size was too small so had to go up a size. Now they are tighter fitting than usual. Not impressed with Ugg slippers anymore.
