I ordered these boots as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. She loves them the size was true and from my prospective it could not have been easier. Zappos next day air ships them to me for free!

I love these boots. I ordered both these and the classic short and chose to keep these. They are much more supportive and a better fit than the classics. I normally wear a size 8.5 and the 8 is perfect. I wear them everywhere! My feet are always cold, even in slippers, but not with these. My feet stay snug and warm.

This is a great boot. This is my second pair of UGG boots and I like this pair even more than my first pair. They are so comfortable and warm. I am so glad I choose this style and love Zappos for their quick service.

I have two pairs of the Classic Short boots, and I love them. However, the outsole on the Classic doesn't seem to be as durable for everyday wear outdoors. I decided to get the Ultimates. It makes a world of difference! The outsole is much tougher on the Ultimates. I don't feel like I have to walk "delicately" for fear of tearing up the bottoms. And it makes your feet look more attractive and not so fuggly. Oh yeah, and order at least half a size down. I wear a 9, but had to get an 8 in these, just as with all the other Uggs. Worth the money!

The best boots I have ever owned. Light and very comfortable. I am a true 7 and this is true to size. Fits perfect. A great first pair of Uggs and they actually look good.

They are very warm and comfortable. I had to be at a high school play off game in extremely cold temperatures and my toes never got cold.

I waited for my ultimate short sand colored Uggs to arrive. These are the most comfortable boots around, warm and very attractive as well. The front is very sleek and not the usual very rounded front like the classic Uggs. I think these were made to not make a more mature woman not look silly wearing Uggs. They are perfect! Buy them; I am very glad that I did. I want them in brown next!

Zappos is the bomb! Love the customer service, free overnight shipping, and easy returns/exchange. I've been a customer for years and have had only a few disappointments in shoes. I bought these Ugg boots because I needed a casual boot and I have terrible back pain. I normally wear an 8 1/2 narrow so I ordered an 8. My first time out in the Uggs was shopping on Black Friday. They were extremely comfortable and there was no breaking in period needed. I do have to wear thick socks with them so beware to those who have narrow feet. Can't wait to wear them again.

If you are an overweight plus-size,(3x) and hard to fit with queen-size needs, just know that these boots will stretch after wearing a couple times, and be quite comfortable. I bought these Ugg Ultimate Short boots in Chestnut two, or three, years ago. They were very difficult to get on on first attempt, but once the suede adapted to my leg shape, they were easier to slip on. I am going to be sixty next week, but still like to dress fashionably, so being able to get them on easily is important. Once the weather gets cold, I wear these every day and usually don't remove them at work. They are so comfortable. And they are comfortably warm, so my feet don't get cold in the car, even at zero degrees F. They also are fairly reliable for walking in the snow safely without slipping. I did slip a bit one time on an icy sidewalk, but didn't fall. I am happy to have this second pair in Chocolate brown. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and these size 9's are just comfortably roomy, enough room for a heavier pair of warm socks if needed.

LOVE these boots. Followed other reviews and ordered 1/2 size smaller (I wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a 6). They are perfect fit and really comfy!

Uggs Ultimate. There is such a misconception about Uggs that they are "so comfortable". No, they are not all so comfortable. They have what I call "fashion Uggs" and then real, comfortable, totally-worth- the-price Uggs. That would only mean the totally Ugg-ly "Ultimates". Okay, so they aren't the funky metallic one, the camo, zip-up, cool fabrics or colors. They only come in the standard black/chestnut/sand/ colors. But the sole makes all the difference. I've tried both. I want to be able to wear the trendy styled ones, but they suck. I don't even know how anyone can say the "Classic" (or any of the trendy ones) is comfortable with a straight face. The Ultimates have a thicker, more rubbery sole. I don't know exactly what the difference in make is, but it a world of difference on your feet. I don't wear heels because they hurt. I certainly wouldn't buy so-called comfortable shoes that are ugly if they don't feel like foot heaven. Ultimates are awesome. I wear them all winter, with or without socks and I love them. Worth the price and worth the ugly appearance.

Love them but beware of size recommendations. So nice to have genuine Uggs instead of one of the many cheap imitations, mmmmm. I've read many reviews saying that you should round your size down for these puppies, but I'm glad I followed my instinct and went the other way. I am a 12 but can get into a lot of 11's, especially if they're wide. I bought these in 12 (medium) and they're almost too short even so, but they're wearable and will probably stretch and form a bit over time. As always, Zappo's service is the absolute BEST!

Nice boots! Received expedited shipping from Zappos and the boots arrived in record time. They do not run true to size so order a size smaller from your regular size. The lining is very soft, but I did notice after wearing them all day that my feet hurt a bit. Other than that, they are stylish and even in the not so cold South TX weather… they are very nice.

After trying the not-so-comfortable Elsey Ugg, I decided to go with more traditional, yet slightly more stylish, Ugg. They are the softest, most comfortable boot I have ever worn. I wasn't sold on the Ugg look for quite some time, but this boot is fantastic. The Elsey, although more stylish, did not provide the comfort you would expect from this company. I absolutely love the look and comfort of the Ugg Ultimate Short. Many seem to go down a whole size, but I did not. Thanks, Zappos for the lightning speed delivery. I got the boot in about 13 hours!

Not happy with product - I have not rated the product as I don’t feel I am in a position to as they have not been worn. I am returning them - return hasn't been immediate as I have been out of the country on vacation. They were too big and also I felt they didn’t feel or look new. I felt they were a product that had been dispatched before (maybe many times) and it showed. These are not the first pair of uggs that I have bought on line and I had no problem with the others (Same size). At the price per pair, I'm afraid I have to be completed happy with a pair of boots and love everything about them. This experience has made me hesitant of ordering from Zappos again.

Uggs - I love these boots. They fit wonderfully. They're not as lose as the traditional Ugg but these have a little more support. I would still purchase "my size". I instantly protected them with the Ugg water repellent spray and honestly I've only worn them around the house. I love Uggs. Zappos prices these a little higher than what you might be able to find elsewhere but the free shipping and quick delivery makes it worth it. I would definitely recommend this Ugg boot to your Ugg collection. I also like them because you can turn the cuff down. I'm thinking about buying some more new Uggs today!
