I wear 8-8½. I ordered both the 7 and 8. The 8's were a bit sloppy but the 7's were perfect.

These boots have better arch support than my first pair of the mini version. I hope the bottoms will provide better traction. I found it interesting that the regular Uggs now say "not for ice or snow" because I fell on an icy sidewalk wearing them once. So I've traded a bit of style for safety. They are just as warm. I wish I had stuck with the smaller pair that felt too small and that I sent back. After a couple of weeks, I am kind of shuffling in the bigger pair and if you look around, so are a lot of Uggs wearers. So I'd say to order the smaller size. I wear wide shoes and these mediums are plenty wide. I like the look and the warmth and am hoping for better traction when the ice shows up this winter.

I had a pair of classic Uggs that I wore all the time around the house, running errands, to school, etc. They are just the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Unfortunately, after just one year of wear the insoles became completely worn down. I was not going to bother replacing them considering how quickly they wore out, but then I discovered the more expensive versions have replaceable insoles, and ordered a pair of these in light grey. I love the color combination and I like that these seem to have a slightly slimmer look, so a bit less frumpy. I wear a size 7 in Uggs (normally 7.5) and this pair felt a bit tighter than my classic Uggs, but it could just be because they are brand new. Hopefully this new pair will last me a long time! I recommend treating them with a water repellent spray as otherwise they will easily stain. As always the service at Zappos was fantastic -- I ordered them on a Saturday and they were delivered on Monday!

I received these shoes and I fell in love with them! They aren't the cutest style, but they are really comfortable and warm and will definitely help me out in Minnesota winters. I normally wear a size 8 1/2- 9 so I ordered a size 8, but my feet are wide and they were a little small so I had to exchange them for a 9. The online chat was so easy to use and it only took a few minutes and they shipped the new pair (which I got in 2 days!) for free, and I also got a free shipping label for the ones that fit. I've never shopped on Zappos before, but after my experience I definitely plan on shopping here many more times!

I'm a Ugg girl what more can I say? This is my third pair cause I wear them all winter. Hate to give them up in the summer.

Best winter boots ever. The thicker sole makes it possible to wear these out in winter weather unlike the Uggs Classic Short. I ordered my usual size and found them to be a perfect fit.

I received them today, it's very comfortable. Runs a little bigger so I suggest you get a half size. Other than that, love them.

Very comfortable boots. I absolutely love that the insoles are replaceable. The construction is so durable, I just know that these boots will last a long time so I'm glad that I can replace the insoles any time I feel the urge for renewed fluffiness against the soles of my feet. They look great with jeans (the jeans slide easily over the boots) & I'm sure they'd look great with skirts or shorts even. They are very easy to slide my feet into. I normally wear size 8-8.5. I purchased these in size 8, & they fit perfectly. For those who have very delicate skin like me: yes, they do rub a bit on the sides of my little toes and big toes (as a few other folks have mentioned) so I don't tend to wear them on days I know I'll be walking for more than 6-8 hours. Other than that, however, arch support is great & I could see wearing them for longer periods if my skin wasn't so unusually sensitive.

The shoe I dreamed of when it really was part of a fad. I love this shoe; it's warm and snuggly.

These are my favorite Ugg boots of the many I have had. The rugged sole allows for outdoor wear which makes them very useful. They are extremely comfortable; warm in winter and not too hot in summer. The above-ankle length is perfect. They last forever.

These boots are the best! I wanted a pair of classic UGGS for years and just couldn't walk in them. When these boots became available it was a love fest. I wear these boots all the time and am sad when they have to retire for the summer. These boots have optimal support and I wear them all day. These boots give you arch support and the little heel takes pressure off of your back. Your not walking flat like the classic boot. I do not find that they have additional weight to them as mentioned in other reviews. I wear a 9 1/2 boot and I purchased the 10 as I like to wear them with socks. These boots are an investment and I highly recommend them.

I have always been satisfied when buying shoes from Zappos. The telephone clerks are friendly and helpful, the delivery time is quick, and they are always ready to change size (if necessary). I have bought shoes and boots and have always been more than happy with my purchases. I recommend Zappos to my friends.

I love my Uggs!!! Very comfy and warm and they look cool! Too bad it\'s getting warmer - I will miss them till next winter!!

Boots are exactly as described on Zappos. They run a bit large so if you're a half size, order down. The bottom is a bit heavier than the normal Ugg which sacrifices a bit of the slipper feel in favor of a more outdoor boot.

These are the best Uggs ever. We live in the mountains where it snows quite a bit and gets cold. The normal Uggs just don't do it up here. They get soggy and wear out super quick. Plus they don't give the grip you need walking on ice. These Ugg ultimate fixes all that. You get good grip on ice and snow, they are much more durable and waterproof and best of all they are much warmer than standard Uggs!

This is my first pair of Uggs. I wanted a better sole than the regular ones and these have a good one. It seems like they have a little more support than when I’ve tried on the Classic style. They are very cozy and warm. Not good for walking long distances though. They don’t have enough arch support for that. I’m normally an 8 and those were too big. So I got a 7.

The boots are great. True to size and in really wonderful condition. The service is excellent. It arrived super fast and I’ll definitely recommend this to others.

This is my fourth pair of Uggs & quickly became my favorite. It snowed for days after they arrived & I wore them constantly. These have a better sole for outside & they’re like wearing slippers in & out all day long! I’d like to add they arrived in 2 days - great service, Zappos!

I think these shoes are beyond words - but I'll try anyway :) They wrap softly around my feet with a comfort that is simply pleasure. We had a lot of snow this year, and to be honest, I even volunteered to shovel so I could slip these shoes on barefoot. They are simply wonderful.

I bought my first pair of Uggs at a ski shop over 10 years ago because they looked sturdy and long lasting. My first pair were probably actually made in Australia. Bought two more pairs last year after my teenage daughters started wearing my old pair. I love these boots, but because of foot issues, I have found that I can only wear them for short periods of time. I need arch supports and the lambswool inserts don't leave any room for extra support. Still, for winter time wear, Uggs can't be beat. I am a buy and hold type of consumer, and I don't doubt I'll have my present pair for another 10 years. By the way, my old pair is still going strong, no leaks, and, with a new pair of inserts, just as warm as ever.

Love, love, love these boots!!!!! My first pair of UGGS and I even wear them with my PJ's!! When I'm wearing these..even barefoot, the rest of my body stays toasty...not hot, just toasty. What took me so long to buy these?? Super comfortable. I wear a 9, ordered a 9, because I didn't really believe the reviews saying the boots ran a size too big. I ended up returning them for an 8 which fits awesome!! I do have plantar fasciitis and there is room in the boot for me to put my inserts in if I plan to walk a couple of miles. Thank you Zappos!!

These are the best shoes I've ever owned! I bought a size smaller than I normally wear and they are perfect. So comfortable and so very warm in this cold winter. I loved them so much; I bought my daughter a pair for her birthday. She loves hers as well.

I find myself wearing at home all the time! They are warm, provide traction in the snow, and do not smell or "bleed" color on my feet. I am a half size footed person and order on the smaller side which fit PERFECT. The toe detail and heel reinforcement is worth the extra money and the Ugg sole will hold up compared to the imitators.

I was afraid these boots would not live up to the crazy amount of hype that surrounds them. Luckily, they totally did. My friend who's had both said to go with the Ugg ultras because they were just better than regular Uggs(better made and more durable and better looking). I did go with the Ultras, and even though they cost more, I don't regret it. They are super warm and super comfortable. Today it was 16 degrees and I walked through snow and my feet felt totally warm and cozy. I have been wearing them everywhere, and they are holding up beautifully-- worth every penny. By the way, I also consider myself a 7 to 7 1/2, and I bought a size 6, which was perfect.
