These are great boots. They are warm and good for walking on snowy, icy city streets with the better sole. I ordered my true size and am glad I did. Zappos is wonderful to work with!

I love these boots. I wear between a 7 1/2 & 8. Purchased an 8 and they fit great. They keep your feet nice and warm. I am considering purchasing another pair in a taller style.

I'm very happy with my Ugg boots! They fit just as described and keep my feet toasty warm (bare-footed as suggested). I will order again from Zappos.com...very fast delivery. They even upgraded me to faster delivery during the holiday season, at no charge to me! Zappos is the greatest and now I've got to have another pair of Ugg boots!

Wow! I put them on as soon as they arrived and don't want to take them off! As with my other Uggs, I ordered 1/2 size down. I usually wear 8 1/2 but ordered an 8. They are great, but I don't wear them with socks. If you are a sock wearer with your Uggs, then I would order my normal size. The heavier sole and the arch support lends itself to more walking. I think they are a slimmer cut than the classic and sure look less "floppy". I am going to get another pair.

If you are looking for a great Ugg that is perfect for snow and cold temperature, then this is it. I have had this for 2 years and it is the perfect winter boot. I live in upstate NY with lots of snow which makes the rubber rugged sole perfect. All I need to do is a pre-winter cleaning and re-apply weatherproof and I am good from November-March. Only negative is that I wish the shaft height was a little higher.

I bought a pair for both my wife and daughter. The loved them: quality, fit and everything about them. They kept saying how warm they were. I have to say service was fantastic, and also had them on my door step the next day at no extra charge. Superb customer service!

Yummy. Warm, and with better traction than typical Uggs. But I ordered my regular Ugg size and they felt too small. Returning for next size up.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter. Usually a size 9, I ordered the 8, relying on posted reviews, and friends who owned the boots. So far, they are a hit.

Bought these for my daughter, I have a pair also and they are they best! Warm feet and toes. It took some getting use to not wearing socks with them, but they do keep your feet toasty!

I bought these boots for a pre-Christmas trip to Germany where I would be walking a lot. I am 61 and never, ever have had boots that were comfortable. I wore these boots every day for 8 days, never had to break them in--they were amazingly comfortable immediately and for the entire trip. I returned home to snow and am still wearing them every day.

My wife loves her boots, and she has them in black and two chestnuts. She was always complaining her feet were cold -- not anymore.

After buying these, I don't think I could ever go back to Ugg classics again! The ultimates are so comfortable and give so much more support. They are like wearing a soft fluffy sneaker and absorb more shock because of the rubber sole. I find that they fit true to size as opposed to classic Ugg where you have to size down. I am an 8 to 8 1/2 and got the 8 and they are perfect. They are definitely worth the money. I can't even wear my old classic short Uggs out of the house anymore - they feel like slippers and seem so much wider compared to these!

These just came in the mail today and I love them! I love that the ultimates come with the thicker more rugged sole! It makes them look a step up more than the classic and they give you a little more height!

Love these. I normally wear a size 8 and ordered these in a 7 - perfect. I used to have a pair of Classics and I struggled with the size - 6 was too small and the 7 was a little too big even before the sheepskin flattened. Anyway, these are far superior to the Classics anyway. I sprayed mine with a quality waterproofing spray, one made for camping gear. I wouldn't wear them in a snowstorm but bottom line - I'm in love with this boot. Perfect for freezing cold, not super wet days. Plus, gotta love the removable/replaceable insole.

Let me first start by saying this is the first pair of Uggs I've ever had. I certainly didn't know what I was missing. These boots are warm and cozy. The also looked fantastic tucked into my jeans and also in a pair of boot cut jeans. I thought maybe because they were the shorts that I wouldn't be able to do the jean tuck, but it looked just fine. The color is beautiful; the soles appeared lighter in the picture but actually look nicer in person. I received them on Friday and they didn't leave my feet all weekend. I'm usually a 7½, but after reading the reviews I opted for the 7's. They fit like a glove. Perfect. I'm definitely converted to Uggs!

Heaven I'm in Heaven! I have never put my foot into anything as comfy as these. They are basically for all weather. I live in Michigan so I am HAPPY! Thank you once again Zappo's

My Uggs Ultimates just came. I may never take them off. My feet went from freezing cold to comfy warm. I just love them. So happy I decided to spend the money and get them. So many on the market are stiff soled, and look like boxes on your feet. Uggs are nice and narrow, almost like a Roper. Very nice, great fit. They say to order a size smaller, and they were right. I wear a 9 and got the 8, and it's a perfect fit.

Just wore these for an all day trip to a Christmas Market in Germany. Outdoors walking for 5 hours, slushy, cold (-4C) - and I got to go barefoot and stay toasty warm! I have a wide foot, high arch and high instep. The first day I wore these, I did get a small blister on the side of my big toe, but no problems yesterday. I wear a 7 in the classic, but needed an 8 in the ultimate. They fit right in with the styles here in European snow country, and they don't look like clunky snow boots.

Love these boots! Ugg never failed me. This short height goes so well with jeans! I am a size 7 and I ordered a size 7 and it fits perfect.

Love these boots! Run true to size. Very comfy and warm. The outsole on this style is much more durable than the regular outsole.

I own the Ugg Ultimate short and the Ugg Bailey Button. The Ultimate has a much sturdier sole that I would feel more comfortable wearing in inclement weather. While the Ultimate sheepskin is comfortable, it's not quite the same slipper softness of the Bailey Button. I also feel like my feet are overly heated when wearing the Ultimate & spending a long time indoors, something that doesn't happen when wearing the Bailey Button. I definitely think the Ultimate would be better for outdoor, cold weather wear, especially a football game, etc. I was surprised in the differences between the sheepskin of the 2 variations of boots.

Amazing boots! I was hesitant to spend the money, but I am so glad that I did. I followed the advice of the other reviews and ordered a size down than I normally wear. They are perfect. I'm an anti-sock/shoes type of person, so to be able to wear these in the winter without socks and still have my feet be warm is great! I bought the Ugg care kit too, which I think is crucial to keeping these boots in great condition. Awesome boots, definitely worth the money! Better than going through a few pairs of cheaper boots year after year.
