Have had these for a few years. They are extremely warm and comfortable. They feel softer and smushier than my old Tasman slippers and I have taken to wearing them indoors; it's cold in here, too! I don't want to wear them out in the wet and snow; I have my Uggs Brooks for that. Maybe because I'm used to a more structured boot, these just feel a little too floppy and sloppy. Not enough support for slippery conditions. I'm all for comfort, but these just feel wrong for outdoors in the upstate NY winter. But I'm glad I have them nonetheless.

Great boots, problematic sizing - I think the Ugg Ultimate runs more true-to-size than other Ugg styles. I am a size 6.5-7, medium width, and I followed the reviews and ordered a 6. They were a little short on one foot, and my little toes brushed the edge of the footbed just enough to be annoying in bare feet. Thanks to Zappos free return policy, I will be sending these back and ordering the 7s. Otherwise, they are super-cute boots with a more stylish and sleek look than the Ugg classics. I love the chocolate color.

Ugg Short Boots - Love the boots... very warm... order one size smaller than you normally wear though as they run big. They don't support as much as I would like them to, but man are they warm!

Starrie - This boot is awesome! I wore it in deep snow without socks and my feet were very toasty; I couldn't feel the cold at all! Everyone should wear these in winter weather.

Delivered in 12 Hours!!! Sizing was difficult to get right. I normally wear a 7 1/2, but ended up going with a 7 because the 8 was swimming on me, especially in the width. Shipping time was once again Incredible. My Uggs were at my doorstep 12 hours from the time I pressed the "complete my order" button!!!!!

Disappointed! I reviewed these recently because I got the size 7 for Christmas and it rubbed my little toes raw...I exchanged for a size down hoping they were just too big but to my dismay these too rubbed my little toes raw plus my toes were hitting the end (I am normally a women's 7.5). Strangely, my feet are "narrow" so I am surprised that they were rubbing my toes. I couldn't see spending that much money to be uncomfortable, so I returned them and bought a pair of classics, which are much more comfortable, and unfortunately less cushioned, less supportive and slightly less attractive!

My first pair of Uggs ever! They fit wonderfully and are so warm. The past few weeks have been perfect, though recently the ankle part has started to chafe a little. Maybe because the wool has been rubbed away, I'm not sure, but it causes me to limp a little when I walk. I will continue to try to figure out what the problem is.

I've heard about these shoes and how awesome they were supposed to be. I finally gave in and bought a pair last month. I wasn't impressed the first day I wore them, but the next day I fell in love. First of all, I placed my order around 6pm and they were on my door step the next day. That was amazing. Now I wear them everyday and I'm gonna buy my second pair!

She loves them! Thanks, Zappos! My girlfriend loves these Uggs. I wish they came in half sizes. As is, they don't fit perfectly. But they're close enough. If they fit better, they'd be 5 stars because she really loves the way they feel.

Very nice! These boots are super comfortable and keep your feet very warm. They look nice with jeans or any casual look.

These Ugg boots are so comfortable and cozy. I wear them outside and in as slippers. I love the way the wool molds to your feet.

Super Comfy - Although Ugg is not the most beautiful shoe in the world, they are very comfortable. The Ultimate Short has a far sturdier sole than the regular Ugg boots, so I highly recommend this boot is you are spending considerable time outdoors.

Quality - The Ugg boots are comfortable, very warm and worth the investment. To be honest, it is not the prettiest thing to look at-- but comfort outweighs the appearance. : ) just remember to buy the wash and water-resistant spray for rainy days.

Ugg Ultimate Short - The boot is nice but it is not true to size, actually too large, normally I take a 9.5 shoe and the 9 is too loose.

Warm. I get cold feet pretty easily, which I find especially annoying due to Raynaud's Syndrome, which means my toes start to go white and numb. I have been wearing these boots without socks for a couple of weeks and wow, they are flawlessly warm. Only occasionally, during periods of physical exertion, do they feel too warm, but this is never so uncomfortable that I feel I must take them off. The black fleece did rub a little dye onto my legs and feet, but only a little, and for the most part they seem to have stopped doing this after a couple of weeks. I usually wear a US 8.5 or 9 in Women’s, and I ordered an 8 in this shoe, which is the right size (if anything, a tad big, but any smaller and it might start pinching toes). I like that the soles don't have deep treads, because they stay fairly clean and don't pick up rocks when walking outside. Finally, as for what I *don't* like about these shoes: the deep fleece on the insoles is a little strange to get used to, because when I first put them on they usually feel lumpy inside, but they quickly mold to my feet after a few minutes. More inconvenient is the fact that they rub the backs of my heels/ankles a little raw if I do a lot of walking in them. I suspect it may be because they are supposed to be a little more snug, but I can't go down another size (a 7 is definitely too small) so I don't know if anything can be done about it. My solution to this is to only wear them to work (I am a sedentary office worker), or to apply a bandage to the back of my foot if I'm going to wear them for a lot of walking. For sure I want to get some of those open-backed slippers- the fleece is so warm! All in all, a stylish, convenient, cozy, if slightly impractical boot.

UGGS Ultimate-Black- Great Boot. Very comfortable, never needed breaking in. Keeps feet warm in cold temps and cool and dry in warmer temps. I normally wear a size 8 and I bought my boots in a size 8 and they fit fine. Will definitely buy another pair! Have since bought a pair for my son.

Sizing (and quality?) changes...I have 6 pair of Uggs in various styles, have two Ultimates (tall and tall sunburst). I wear a 9 in most all other brand shoes but an 8 in all my Uggs. Ordered the 8 in the Ultimate Short and they are definitely too short in length (heel to toe). I will need the 9, but out of stock in the black. After reading some of the reviews, I see the trend that people are needing to order true sizes instead of the former Ugg standard of "ordering one size down." And now I see the "made in Vietnam" tag and the tag, by the way, is plastic and no longer cloth. Perhaps a sign also of decreased quality? Time will tell if the newly produced products will measure up. My first pair of Ultimate talls are 12 years old and I've used them harshly - skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, cleaning animal stalls in winter - you name it, they've been put through it. Just the other week my foot got stuck in a pallet (long story) and a tiny hole ripped wide open across the top of the foot. This purchase was to replace the workhorse. I prefer to be barefoot so Uggs are the next best thing in winter time on a farm - to be warm with a sole that can handle more than the Classic. If quality and volume of quality materials are on the decline in products, then so should the price reflect these changes. Ultimately, I'm an Ultimate fan and will repurchase - until I find something better and...more true for the long haul.

There is a shoe insert in these that my older ones never had...not happy about that. Seemed cheap! They didn't lay flat and I felt that there was something under one of the inserts that was off kilter. :( I love these boots about 13 years ago!

Love these, love the outdoor soles, warm and comfortable. The UGGS logo on the back is crooked on one of the boots. Not a huge deal, but for this price, you'd think they could do better.

Shockingly, this boot was too narrow for me. I occasionally wear a wide in pumps, but never in Uggs, sneakers, etc. Good looking shoe, though.

I am disappointed with the quality of leather in this Ugg boot. I have the same model from 10 years ago; the leather is thicker; the shank is stronger; were made in Australia and cost about half this price from Zappos! I will say that if a customer has nothing to compare quality they may feel they are good boots. I ordered Columbia's Maiden Ice Slip on for much less; the leather is thicker than Uggs and one can add an Uggs lambskin insole for added warmth.

Wide feet and bunions-oh my! Couldn't keep these as the extra leather on sides hurt my feet. I like the looks and thicker sole but had to go for the classic ones.

I have had mine for just a year. After last winter I replaced the sole hoping that it would fix an issue with strings that get trapped between my toes. It did not. I am guessing the strings are hanging from the seam around the toe. I am disappointed that I paid so much for these and deal with that, it is so annoying when you are wearing them! If I had gotten them at Nordstrom I could have just taken them back and still could to this day, I love Zappos but this kind of an issue is hard to resolve without a brick and mortar store. I would give them another chance for their comfort though.

Ugg's Ultimate Short - I regret getting my boots in my regular size (9). They fit too big I look like a sasquatch even with 2 thick socks. I should've got a size 8! Besides being too big they are super warm.

These are a great sexy yet practical sandal. Very pretty on the foot, true to size and extremely comfortable. Snatch them up for the spring!
