Uggs Ultimate - I love Uggs; and I love this shoe. Cozy sheepskin inside, lightweight but sturdy outer sole. I usually order one size smaller for the other UGGS so I ordered one size smaller in this style (but a little too snug); however, this UGG seems to be true to size. So order your normal size.

Great Shoe! The minute I put the shoe on, it was like heaven! No break in time. I usually wear a 6 1/2, so I ordered the 6. These boots are wonderful.

Best boot ever - What is better than slipping your bare foot into a comfy cozy pair of Uggs? This boot is great because it has reinforcement around the toe and a tougher bottom tread.

Perfect cold weather boot! Great boot to wear in cold weather! Very comfortable and easy to slip on when you are in a hurry! Runs large so I ordered a size down and fits great.

RE: Christmas present – This Christmas is the second year in a row I have ordered Uggs for my youngest; she is now 17 and can only wear a black uniform which includes some form of footwear to work. She is a greeter at a restaurant and stands by the doorway which is very cold and is on her feet for up to 12 hours at a time. Not only do her feet stay warm, but these boots provide great support for her feet. The size chart is excellent and the order is also delivered on time or before. You could not ask for better service.

Love these! I ordered the ultimate tall and just had to have a pair of the ultimate short for under my jeans! They are so comfortable and fit true to size.

I love these boots! This is a great boot! You also cannot beat the Ugg comfort. I own a pair of the women's Ugg brooks and purchased them in a 9. I then decided to purchase these and the sizes run differently. I had to go down to an 8, but with the convenience of Zappos returns it was not a problem to make the switch. The only complaint I have about these boots is that they stain your feet (and legs) if you do not wear socks and it takes some scrubbing to remove the black. I guess I will just buy some thin, tall, black socks to wear with these and the problem will be solved. Otherwise, these are a perfect shoe!

Wonderful little boots! I am very happy with the fit of these shoes. I did not listen to other reviewers, and I did get my usual size 8. They fit perfectly. I could not imagine a 7 fitting at all. If anything, at first, my toes were almost to the end in these. They have stretched a bit though but not enough for me to wish I had gone down a size. The Ultimate’s have so much more support than the Classics in that I don't feel things on the ground through these shoes the way I do with my Classics. The only thing I am not so wild about is the fact that the black rubs off on my feet and legs and is hard to get off.

Finally bought a pair - I was SO hestitant to buy these because I felt everyone had UGGs and I didn't want be a trendy follower. I WAS SO WRONG. I just opened the box & tried them on---how did I live in NYC without these? I can't wait til next winter when new styles come out. I will anticipate COLD weather just to wear them. Thanks Zappos

These boots are awesome! They are warm and comfy... and they fit perfectly! I've been searching for a couple months for good shoes and boots (I wear an 11 1/2w or ww and I have large calves). Thanks to Zappos I was able to try over 10 pairs and these were the only ones I kept. These are wider than marked, like everyone else said, which is perfect for me. The 12m fit great! And I've walked around in them all day long and my feet felt great! Make sure to wear socks that come above the top of the boot, the dye on the fur comes off on your skin.

Very nice boot - I'm a size 7 1/2. I bought an Ugg boot in an 8 and it is slightly big where the foot lifts up slightly when walking. I bought these in a 7 and they feel much better. Slightly tight when I first put them on but feel good with light or no socks. If you're a half size I definitely recommend going 1/2 size down.

This is my second pair of Uggs. My first was the tan tall Ugg. I loved it but it was a little difficult when wearing long pants. These shorter Uggs fit the bill. I hope these last as long as my first pair, three years of constant wear. I actually went down a half size from my usual shoes. Thanks for delivering the day before Christmas!

Awesome! I have these boots in the sand color and I love them so much more than the Classics and other style they aren’t as bulky as the Ultras or unshaped at the Classics. The Classics made my feet look really big. These ones definitely do not because they are much more shaped. And I love the Short’s so I can roll up my jeans a little bit to me the top of my boot. Which I also roll down a little to see fur! I love them!

The Ultimate short looks much better to me than the classic version, and the fit is better as well, for my flat feet. The fit is good, not like the classic, which tends to slip off. I still get the feeling of bedroom slippers, which I really, really love, in addition to the warmth of the sheepskin. Spraying it with the waterproofing surely helps, and just wears dark trouser stockings to prevent dye transfers for the black. Zappos shipped my pair right before the deep freeze of 2005 hit, and I was as comfy as a hibernating bear.

Awesome boots! I was hesitant to spend the money but I am glad I did. I will never need another pair! I wore these walking around London for several hours and had no problems with comfort. One annoying thing about the black color: they do turn your feet black for the first few times you wear them, so you might want to wear socks at first. I wear a size 9.5 and got these in a 9 and they fit fine.

Ugg Boot- Love my new boots. I love being warm in the winter, even without socks. Only problem is my feet are forever black because the dye is still rubbing off on my feet- But the boots are well worth the discoloration!

Broke in the wrong place on the ankle I have heard so much about these boots, I just had to have a pair. When I got them, I found they broke in the back right on the back of my ankle in a very uncomfortable place, which you notice because you don't wear socks with them. Not to be deterred, I bought a second pair which seem to be better, although I have yet to wear them for any length of time.

Ugg's ultimate short boots are long in comfort and warmth - I continually return each winter season to buy Ugg's short boots as well as their ultimate tall boots, for myself as well other family members. They are the best. You have warmth and comfort at all times. Yes, you do not need to wear socks. In fact, you are better off without them .I did not believe this until I tried it myself. Now I never wear socks with my Ugg’s, even on the coldest day. I never hesitate buying at Zappos. They are very reliable.

Fantastic- I love my Uggs, I bought one pair and I like them so much, I bought another in black because I felt that the sand colored one would get filthy from me wearing them every day. They feel like I have on socks. They are soooooo comfortable. I love them.

I LOVE MT UGG'S!! This is my second pair of Ugg's from this website and I love them. I think I like them a bit more then my first pair and they are true to size also. So very comfortable too!

My third pair of Uggs, and I love them. I just got them today (again, Zappos is SO fast!) and I really like them. They don’t seem to be as warm as the classic short/tall which I have, and they don’t look as "Ugg"-y as the other boots, they look much more structured and boot-like. I love that I can wear these and people aren’t going to think that I’m wearing Uggs. Just a great, basic, warm winter boot. Also, I found that they are a bit narrower than my other Uggs- again, probably owing to the increased structure of the foot bed.

Where have I been? As a fifty-something, I'd been writing UGGS off as trendy boots for the young, but the simple styling and enthusiastic reviews of others tempted me to try a pair. They are so unbelievably comfortable that I find myself slipping into them even when just staying in the house, and I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes, let alone boots, that I can keep on happily for hours. For long outdoor walks in the country they're just as great, besides offering good support and traction, and very good looks. I've a wide foot and have only been able to order Mephisto boots and shoes without trying them on and have them fit before now. But thanks to Zappos & other reader's advice, these fit perfectly, half a size down from my usual 9 1/2. I've since ordered the tall Ultimate II. Am a complete convert, and know I'll live in the tall Ultimate II pair I ordered come winter. The boots truly do stay cool at the same time they're keeping your feet warm and snug. Comfort and quality could not be better. And superb service from Zappo.
