Wonderful - These boots are true to size. I love them and I love the speedy service of Zappos.

Cute but too big :) I should have taken everyone's advice and ordered a size smaller... BUT, in the end I'm glad I didn't. Although these are super comfy, GREAT soles, and wonderfully warm, I decided to go with a taller boot. Ok fine, TWO pairs of taller boots. :) Zappos service is second to none. I called today and they'll be here tomorrow! Incredible. It is humanly impossible for Zappos to improve their customer service? Unless of course they hand-delivered each pair of shoes and placed them directly on your feet. (Which they probably have considered).

I love UGGS! This is my second pair of Uggs. I also have the classic ones. These have a little more support and a more rugged sole. Just like the classics, they are super cozy and comfy. But like most people say, order a size down.

I just love my Uggs. I have several pairs. You cannot beat Zappos for price, free shipping & overnight delivery. Excellent customer service!! I continue to buy from Zappos now & will in the future. Keep up the great work! Rec getting an insert for better comfort if needed!

Ugg Mania - What can I say? I am on my fifth pair of Uggs! I love these boots. I feel like I am walking on a cloud - very comfortable and warm for those brisk days in the city. I recommend purchasing the kit to protect your investment - you will not be sorry. Luckily, Uggs carry a wide line of choices (comfort, classic, and cold weather related). Zappos, you are the BEST!

Ultimate Short - I really like these. Not clunky. Very sleek. I did buy a size smaller. And I water proofed them. I like the rubber bottom. They should last a long time. Very warm. I do wear a thin sock with them. Great quality.

Very comfortable - These are soooo comfortable. Can't wait for the cold to come. Remember to order a size down, since they tend to fit big. I'm usually a 7 and I had to go down to a 6, they fit perfect!

Just got my first pair they feel so comfy. I will surely live in them this winter can’t wait to put them on. Great service at Zappos I ordered a size6 it fit a little close I called the team at Zappos and in less than 24 hours I receive my size 7.Keep up the great work.

Lovely! These are sooo comfy! I wanted a pair for a long time, and am so glad I got 'em! I ordered the buff color, so I can't comment on the bleeding dye issue. They are very comfy, easy to wear without socks (and I usually find wool itchy, but these shoes don't bother me). They are great at regulating temp. Great traction for the wet city streets too.

LOVE my Uggs - Can't say enough about these boots. I had my previous pair for 11 years, yes – 11 years! They lasted forever. This is my 2nd pair and they are PERFECT! If I could wear shoes to bed, these would be under the covers. Bought a half-full size down, I'm usually between a 7.5 to 8 and the 7s are a great fit. Thanks for the upgraded shipping Zappos. Best Boots in the World!!!!!!!!!! These are just great Ugg boots! I bought them a few months ago, and I began to love them since the first moment I tried them on! I told all my friends to get them, and my grandmother too. All those who bought ultimate short Ugg boots are in such pleasant warmth and comfort. I strongly advise you to get them. Trust me you won't want to take them off. You will want to sleep in them!!!!!!!!

Heaven for your feet! I just bought a pair of these ultimate short Uggs for the winter. There was no break in period at all-as soon as I slipped them on my feet it was pure bliss! The sheepskin lining is plush and warm and I love the nice rubber sole on the bottom for traction in bad weather. I wore these boots for 5 days on a ski vacation where the high temperature every day was 15 degrees! My feet never noticed because of these fabulous boots! I just wish they came in the dark chocolate color! :)

Love Them! This is my first pair of UGG boots, and I'm amazed at how comfortable they are. They're wonderful! I'm in the process of getting another pair, so I won't wear these out too fast! They're so warm and comfortable!

Heaven - These boots are so comfortable it's hard to believe. I tried the classics and these are much more comfortable as they have some arch support. I wear them everywhere...even in the house as slippers. Worth every penny and then some. Be sure to order one size down.

Perfect Boot - Uggs come in different heights and colors to please all. My 5 teenage daughters agree on one thing only...they all have Uggs, and not one of them wear the same style or color. I only wish they came in 1/2 sizes, but that’s pretty minor.

Ugg Ultimate Short - I LOVE my Uggs… They absolutely are worth every penny I spent on them. They keep my feet so warm & cozy, not to mention they are so comfortable. The only draw back I have is with the black they turn my socks black for the dye of the fur inside.

PURE HEAVEN!!! Great boot and quality. Surpasses other Uggs that I have on quality and strength of construction. Outsole is strong and very supportive. Great boot, I highly recommend.

The best Ugg - This is my second pair of ultimates. After trying the classic and the ultra, these are the perfect fit for wider feet. They run very big. I wear a 6 1/2 and the 6 are really big on me but I don't like how my toes hit the 5's. They do stretch out though and they do offer a lot more support than the classics. Compared to the ultras, these have a wider foot, my foot did not look good in the ultras. I highly recommend the ultimates who are afraid to try the ugg, they are not ugg-ly like the classics.

Cute and comfy - Very happy with my purchase, although I haven't worn them out yet, still too warm outside. I usually wear a 9 and the 8 fit perfectly.

Love 'em! Just what I expected. Great Ugg for the Northeast because of a more substantial sole that still keeps the "look" of the shoe!

Uggs Short - I wear a size 9 wide. I ordered the size 8 like suggested. Fit fine without socks. I tried it with a thin sock...little snug. I sent it back and re ordered the size 9. Maybe for a wide foot...it is true to size??? The slippers with open back...fit fine in the size 8. I would be wearing those without socks anyway. Slippers felt fine in size 8 with a thin sock too!

Can't take them off! I love these shoes. The sole is much more substantial than on classic Uggs. The removable insert is great too. These run a little big but I wear my true size with a second athletic insert and they fit great. I would wear them everyday if I could get away with that at work!

I am an Ugg lover now! We have had so much snow this winter that I ordered a pair of Uggs out of necessity -- I needed something to wear on snowy days. I was so pleasantly surprised when I discovered how incredibly comfortable they are. I will own a pair of Ugg boots from now on!
