These boots are excellent. The leather is very soft. They did seem to be a half size too large.

Awesome Addition - I can't say enough about how satisfied I was when I received my new Durangos. They are the true definition of western boots: sporty, comfortable and good-looking. Zappos' customer service is beyond compare.

Surprisingly Comfortable! I purchased the boots for a Halloween costume, with the intention of only wearing them for that purpose in the future as well. After wearing them to a Halloween Party I am going to have to wear them ore often! My feet were so comfortable all night! I have never owned a pair of boots that fit so perfect and were comfy for so long.

Fits great - My concern about the heel fitting loosely was resolved with the several "notes" left on the packageing and boot itself. I had similar issues when trying to make a purchase at a local BOOT STORE ... the salesperson never mentioned why the heel felt loose and lost the sale.

Durango rd4100 boots - Zappos is the best. Easy to deal with vary, very kind. The boot I bought was very true to size very comfortable. I love them. I will do buisness again with them.

Unbelievable...first time ever I bought boots online and perfect fit. I attribute this to the other honest reviews I read before purchasing. I listened and bought a 1/2 size smaller than normal. Comfortable! Love the boots and love shopping with Zappos!

Nice Boots - I thought the boots were good quality and the were shipped and recieved in record time. I will shop here again.

Great boots - I usually wear an 8.5 wide and found these ran a little big... about a half size or so (thick socks and a soft insert fixed it though). They look great with jeans or skirts and are comfy. I walked over 2 miles then stood for over 3 hours at a concert.. my feet didnt hurt at all and it was only the second time I'd worn them!

Love the shoe! Feels great, looks great! Zappos was great to deal with!

Great Boots - I have only good things to say about these boots, and ordering from Zappos. The boots fit well. I wear a size 8, and went ahead with my usual size despite some concern that they may run large, based on other reviews. However, I find that my heel fits comfortably where it should. Like any other boot, one should allow some "breaking in" time. I absolutely love these boots! Further, it was easy to order from Zappos and I received my boots sooner than I expected. I will order from Zappos again, and my order will probably be another pair of Durangos.

Love it - These boots are awesome. They are so comfortable and look great with all the skirts this season. Order a half size smaller at least. I just ordered the brown ones too. And you can't beat the price.

Durango RD4100 cowboy boots - The quality of the boots is great. They did run a fulls size smaller for me and the return process was easy and efficient. I really enjoy working with this company.

Durangos - These are nice looking boots, and the leather is very soft. They're a great deal for the money. I ordered half a size less than I usually wear, and they fit pretty well. As usual, Zappos service was fantastic.

Best Boots Ever - These are the most comfortable pair of boots that I have purchased in a long time. My husband was extremely happy with his Durango boots. They are excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Durangos - These boots are fabulous! The leather is soft. They are well-made. The fit was perfect. Very comfortable, perfect for dancing!

Go Small - I wanted a pair of cowboy boots, FYI I am a city dweller, this is purely for fashion. I normally wear 7. I got 7 it was huge, got 61/2 still huge, so I skipped 6 and went right to 5 1/2....and it fits sure it is snug at first but leather expands..I would rather a little tight than falling off, I also have very thin feet and skinny legs but they got hot now that they fit.

Great boots - This is the first pair of cowboy boots I have owned and I really love them! The leather is soft, the stitching is great, and they are very comfy. The heels do slip a little bit at first, but they molded to my foot after a few wearings. They do tend to run a bit big though! I LOVE them and Zappos was WONDERFUL, I will not order anywhere else on line for shoes now that I have found Zappos!

Followed the advice of other reviews and ordered a half size down. Returned for my regular size. If you have a narrow foot a half size down might be recommended. These are great boots - broke in very quickly and continue to get more comfortable, though I had to use inserts for better support and comfort. The leather could be softer, but for the price can't complain. I would buy these again and would consider buying other boots in this brand as well.

Nice look without braking the bank - I wasn't ready to spend $500 on boots. These are great. I wore them shopping in NYC the day after I bought them...my feet felt great. They are most definitely 1/2 size bigger than marked and they are wide at the top. Also...Zappos got them to me in record time!

Great boot for flare jeans. I wear a 9.5, but ordered a 9 because reviews said they run large. The heel slips up at first, but that goes away after wearing them a few times.

Am returning them because I am disappointed in the quality of construction -- the heel stuck out 3/8" from the back of the boot and looks odd. They were tight across ball of my foot, but due to the softness of the leather, they might break in nicely, though, for somebody who likes the looks.
