These are perfect everyday boots: nice enough to wear with dress pants, comfortable enough to wear all day. And you'll love the way they look with jeans. This is my first pair of cowboy boots and I've had them for a year now, and still get compliments. Without exaggeration, I have probably worn them well over 100 times. That's how good they are. In fact, thanks to the Zappos reminder that I've had these for a year, I might now go and buy another pair in brown. They do run a bit large, so if you're between sizes, go down. And on your first few days, break them in slowly. Oil them up, wear them a few hours at a time, and after they're broken, you are going to love them.

Wonderful boots. I ordered a half size smaller. The fit is comfortable. These boots are not stiff and feel good from the very first time I wore them.

I went with the advice to size down 1/2 size. I'm a 9 and went with an 8.5. Perfect fit. A great all around boot. Looks good with jeans and dresses/skirts. Definitely recommend them if your looking for a basic cowboy style boot.

Good value. The styling is western and flattering. The heel height is perfect for walking over extended lengths, but high enough to feel feminine and flattering. I usually wear a 9, sometimes an 8 1/2, so I ordered an 8 1/2. Perfect fit. Any larger and they’d be clumpy; any smaller and they’d be too narrow in the toe.

So comfortable - I ordered 1/2 size smaller per previous recommendations. Perfect fit. These are amazingly comfortable. I have been wearing these on a construction job site - standing all day for about 2 weeks now. Great.

Love, Love, Love - I would just like to say that these boots are great! I ordered my exact size and they fit perfectly. My orthos fit in them which is a plus. They say that slipping in the heel is normal and it will conform to your foot after a couple of wears. I would say that after a 1/2 hr. or so the slipping went away. These boots are so comfy.

Rockin' boots - I originally ordered a 1/2 smaller size than I usually wear due to comments about it feeling bigger than marked. It was too small, so I sent it back and got my regular size (7-1/2) and I LOVE these boots!! They were totally comfortable from the first, and I wore them all day the first day. They look awesome with my boot leg jean pants, and since I live in Texas, I know I'll be using these a lot.

Definitely Satisfied - I love this boot, extremely comfortable to wear all day. Classy enough to wear at the office or in the field. Zappos offers a great return policy and outstanding customer service. I will certainly shop here again...

Durango RD4100 - This boot is GREAT!! The sizes do run big. In boots, I typically wear between a 6 1/2 to 7 and I ordered a size 6 in this boot and it fits perfectly! Wore them to a good ole honky tonk the day I got them and they never hurt my feet once! I liked these boots so much I ordered the RD4112 as well. What a great boot! For jeans, skirts, anything! Don't miss out on these!!!

Great Buy!!! I ordered two western boots and was going to keep the one I liked best. I like them so well I couldn't make up my mind which one to keep so I kept them both. After reading the reviews I ordered accordingly. I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered this pair in a size 7 and they are a perfect fit. I am very impressed with the quality and comfort and delivery was very fast. Thank you all so much.

Comfort and Fashion All-in-One! Great pair of boots for any occasion! I have 3 pair red, black and distressed look! Boot smells like leather because it is! I would recommend ordering a 1/2 size smaller than your normal shoe size. The boot does run big.

Durango boots - Get one size smaller than you normally wear, they run a little large. But they are the most durable boot around.

Good looking casual boot...but listen when they say they run a FULL size larger, I ordered the 8.5 as I usually wear a 9 and these are too big (no sock will fix) I have another new pair of Durango boots and they are an 8.5 and perfect so order a full size down...

Great boot - Great boot, love the color and height. Also very comfortable and reasonably priced.

Great Boots - This is my first pair of cowboy boots and I really like them. I had to find a pair that was shorter, and that could accommodate a wider foot. These are great - nice soft leather, and the medium is plenty wide enough. I wore them for 3 hours the first time - mostly standing still. They were very comfortable.

I ordered this boot first in my regular size but did return it for 1/2 size smaller. The first time I wore them, I shopped all day and never even thought of them (other than admiring them in the mirror)... very, very comfortable. Have my eyes on another pair of Durangos.

Great look for price- These boots look much better in person than they do in the ad. I ordered mine a whole size smaller as Durangos tend to run a bit large. They are rather stiff and it will take several wearings to break them in but that's to be expected. Overall great look for the price.

Terrific boots! Really nice boots- very comfortable and they look great! I ordered a half size smaller than I wear in shoes and it worked for me, but that may not be the case for everyone as I have narrow feet. I've found the 1/2 size doesn't matter a great deal, just wear thicker socks!! This is my 4th pair of boots from Zappos and I love them all. I highly recommend your company, excellent customer service, absolutely the best I've experienced. I really appreciate the paid return policy, that's most unusual in the business world today.

Beautiful boots! I am so happy that cowboy boots are actually in fashion these days. I was so excited about getting these, but I was unsure about the sizing. I have a different style of Durangos in a size 8, and they fit great. The reviews on this one though made me really think twice about my size choice. Well, I ordered an 8 anyway. They are a little big. I wore them anyway and was out one day at a local boot store and thought I would see how the 7 1/2 would fit. With the half size smaller, my toes were then crammed into the point of the shoe. I am now glad I went with my usual size. I can handle bigger better than I can handle smaller and cramped. I guess it all depends on how you personally want to wear your shoes. I am very happy with the quality of the Durangos. I have tried on the Fryes and am clueless as to why someone would spend so much more on a pair of boots that aren't even as pretty!

Cute Boots - These are exactly what I was looking for everywhere else--the urban boot with authentic Western flavor. Soft leather upper--no break-in needed. Nice finish--not too glossy or too dull. Stitching's well done. Good quality, reasonable price. Not gimmicky.

Rockin cowboy boots - love em! I wear an 8 1/2 usually but the boots fit me better in a size 8. They are very comfortable and are very adorable. Exactly what I was looking for!

Durangos come with a little note that tells you your heel will slip for a bit until the shoe conforms to your foot. This is true.. This is a most excellent boot for the price. Wish they had them in brown
