Great Standing Shoe - I am very pleased with my Brooks Walkers - I ordered the shoes to accommodate my orthodics and they work wonderfully. I have a part time job and have to stand during my shift - my feet feel great after standing 4-5 hours. I highly recommend these shoes.

I have a complete brace that I wear on both feet and I LOVE THE LOOK of the sneaker compared to s the clunkier looking NEW Balance sneaker that I have THAT fits equally well. I need and extra wide 2E to accommodate the braces. When I tried the sneaker on with out the brace it hit the side ankle bone but I have a problem with that on many sneakers. Very comfortable.

Great support shoe - No break in time required. They were extremely comfortable from the start. I am on my feet all day and they give my feet the support they need. Wonderful shoe! I would highly recommend this shoe for anyone who has a job where they are walking most of the day.

Comfort plus! I have been wearing Brooks walking shoes for about a year and they are the best! I have foot problems but these help my feet and are extremely comfortable. My supports fit into the shoes and make them even more comfortable.

What a great shoe. I am so glad that I took the chance and ordered these shoes off the internet. They are great. After being on my feet all day I have considerably less tiredness in my feet and legs. I find myself walking straighter and quicker. For a long time I have worn men's tennis shoes as I wear a size woman's 12 AAA. They were always so wide for my foot. It is great that my feet don't slide around when I walk. I just can't say enough good things about these shoes. As you can tell I'm very pleased.

Stability for Loss of Balance - These shoes have provided a good walking base for me. I have/had many foot problems and not everything has been resolved but so much better than before. The shoes are comfortable and one might possibly need a 1/2 size larger (sometimes we don't really know what size we need). They surround/fit and support. Not a particularly fashionable shoe, but feels good on the foot.

Brooks Addiction Walker - My only complaint is that the heel of the shoe is a bit wide for an AA shoe.

Brooks Addiction - For anyone who needs a deeper, wider shoe to accommodate a full orthotic, Brooks Addiction is the answer. For ten years, I've settled for clunky New Balance because it was the only choice. Brooks Addiction Walker is more attractive, lighter weight, more flexible and easily fits my orthotics. Another huge plus is that size 8D is ample width and length, whereas I needed 8EE or 8.5EE, depending on which style, in New Balance. Brooks Addiction Walker in black and white is my choice from now on. I must wear my orthotics most of every day (I wear prettier, normal flats or 1" heels to church and out to dinner.) I'd love it if Brooks carried the Walker in brown and a neutral, rich, tan (not too light so it goes with nothing and looks cheap). The shoe industry should wake up to the fact that there are millions of us very active female baby boomers who are still attractive and vibrant. We're in shape and dress well, but we're frustrated with NO choices when it comes to our feet! Merrell is the only one who has caught on with their Primo line, but we need a comfortable, wider, padded, attractive tiny 1" baby doll heel in basic colors to dress up any outfit, pantsuit, skirted suit, etc. We're out here, waiting for someone to run with the ball so we can complete our wardrobes. It's an untapped market!

Great Shoe - I really liked this shoe. I am a teacher and need something to support my feet and look fairly decent. This is my second pair of Brooks. My first pair is for hiking and fitness walking and this pair I keep nice for school. I bought my first pair at an athletic shoe store so that I could be correctly fitted. I normally wear a 7 1/2 EW but needed an 8 1/2 EW in the Brooks shoe. I will buy only Brooks walking shoes from now on.

High instep - I have a high instep with one low arch, so I need the WW. But this does make it a little wide for the toe box. Very comfortable and great stability for my "Lite" Aerobics class. Accommodates my orthotic easily so I cannot evaluate the arch support of the shoe without it. I ordered in the evening and they arrived around 2pm the NEXT day! Amazing delivery!!

Very comfortable - I've just bought my 2nd pair of black shoes, also own in white. I've been wearing this shoe for over 2 years, in the wide. It provides great arch support and very comfortable. I wear these to work due to my plantar fasciitis, and feel they can be work with a suit without looking like 'running shoes'.

Great Shoes - I am so very pleased with my Brooks Addiction shoes. The first time I put them on it was just like I'd been wearing them for several weeks. They are so comfortable and I've been wearing Reeboks for several years but no more. My shoes are now BROOKS ADDICTION. Keep making this great shoe!!!

Not pretty but comfortable - My podiatrist recommended these Brooks Addiction Walker for therapy for Plantar Fasciitis I have. I am so thankful for them; they ease the pain in my foot and the best walking shoe I have ever worn. The delivery time was wonderful, thanks. E.P.

Brooks are the best - This is my 5th pair of Brooks and for walking, I wouldn't buy anything else. I have problem feet: heel spurs, edema, and arthritis, so to find a pair of shoes I can wear is a joy. Recently I went to a shoe store to buy shoes not listed on Zappos, I mentioned to the salesman that I have Brooks. He said Brooks is the best for walking or being on your feet a lot. Zappos is the best and I only go elsewhere when Zappos doesn't have a shoe I want.

The best walking shoe I have every found - I first tried these shoes after a doctor told me I had heel spurs. My friend had tried them and she told me that these are great shoes for work. She also has the same medical concern. After wearing them 10 to 12 hours a day as a police dispatcher, she is an officer. My feet still feel great. I was very happy to find them in white as I only had the black for work. After locating the white I told my friend and she bought her a pair also for our vacation in Disney World, lots of walking. I highly recommend these shoes.

Incredible comfort, looks decent with slacks - I first starting wearing Brooks Addiction Walkers at the recommendation of my physical therapist, because my pronating ankles were causing me knee and hip pain. The stable footbed of the Addiction Walker totally eliminated the pain. I now wear the black ones to work with black slacks (not Manolo Blahniks, okay, but they look okay) and the white ones as sneakers. I recommend these to anyone with pronation problems, problem feet, etc. or just looking for a very comfortable walking shoe.

I tried other shoes that looked similar, but they all hurt my feet. I am back and will never try a different brand. The podiatrist was right about these shoes. They really are the best support for your feet.

I knew the shoe and correct size before ordering. Purchase and delivery experience was outstanding.

These are great shoes!!!!!!!!

Brooks's Addiction Walker. My family and I are all very satisfied with this sneaker. My husband bought the first pair in white after reading about Brooks in Consumer Report magazine and then our daughter and I followed. We wear orthotics which fit nicely into the sneaker. I take a 6 1/2 shoe size and ordered the 7 1/2 which fit perfectly. The side support is excellent and the sneaker does not look orthopedic at all. The picture does not do this sneaker justice.

Great service and fit! The service was excellent. I wear orthotics in my shoes and this shoe is the most supportive and the best fit to accommodate them.

Comfort - This is my second pair of these walkers. I love them. The most important feature to me is that they have the perfect depth that I can get my huge orthotics in them easily. It also is great that they come in narrow widths.

The most comfortable ever - I have very bad feet. In these shoes I can walk without the pain that I usually suffer in any other shoes. I have tried almost everything else on the market, and these are the best for me.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I stand a lot at work and these have perfect arches for my hard to fit feet. The toe is wider than most, giving my wide toes room to wiggle without ordering a wide width. I originally ordered Brooks shoes after a referral from an occupational therapist after a knee injury. They have lessoned the pain I felt every day for 9 months prior to the purchase of my first pair.

Women’s Brooks Addiction Walker - I'm on my fourth pair of the Addiction walker. I have plantar fasciitis and wear orthotics. With the help of this shoe my feet no longer hurt. I wish they were a little cuter and came in cool colors. I also wish they'd make the laces a little longer. If you have trouble feet, I'd recommend this shoe.
