The heel has disintegrated in 1 month of wear. These slippers were only worn indoors and for 1 month. They are defective and I am returning them. If you spend this much for a pair of slippers, they should last longer than 1 month.

Within 9 months of purchase, the stitching/glue keeping the leather upper attached to the sole, failed, leaving the smaller toes of my right foot peeking out and exposed. Sorry, when one pays this much for a pair of slippers, the least the manufacturer can ensure is that they don't break apart within months of purchase.

Small, and shrunk in the wash. Really comfy, though - buying another pair now that I no longer fit in the pair I washed.

These were a gift and my husband couldn't believe slippers could be this comfortable! Unfortunately they run VERY small. His usual shoe size is 10.5 - 11, I ordered a 12 because of the thick, fluffy lining. They were too short! He said his toes were jammed right up to the tip of the slipper. Otherwise they were dream slippers...so buy them for total comfort, but be very careful of size. (sadly these are out of stock in larger sizes since it is no longer deemed "slipper season" - sigh)

An excellent around the house slipper - thick lining keeps your feet warm and does not compress too much. Sole is what I would call semi-rigid - probably okay for light outdoor wear, but I would call this largely an indoor slipper. The ability to fold the sides/cuff up or down is useful.

My 20 YO son loves them. I wasn’t sure - he’s a lounger but not really a slipper kind of guy. They fit true to size and seem cozy and durable.

have purchased these for years and unlike some i only look to get a year or two out of them. if i get more fine but wearing them day and night and these are ok for runs to store if need be as well. they're true to size and this year from the last ones i got couple years ago they seem to be more sturdy then others i got up to now which is a good thing. for me i have VERY cold feet and these keep them really warm which is why i like them so much and will keep buying them. been buying them for 10 years or so now

This is our second pair! My husband wore out the first ones. He has a really wide foot so it’s hard to find shoes wide enough. These slippers are a perfect fit!

These slippers are great. At first they are tight but, they're starting to break in and easier to get on. They're keeping my feet nice and warm. I will most likely be getting another pair when these wear out.

These slippers feel snug but when they get broke in they will be just right. This is my second pair because the first pair got delivered to someone else. I contacted Zappos about this and they sent me a replacement pair the same day and arrived right on time. I would highly recommend Zappos to anyone.

Soft and cozy. So warm and keeps my ankles covered too. I can turn them down if I want to as well. Better than “My Slippers” for sure!

Comfortable and warm. I usually wear size 10 but returned for size 11

I purchased Old Friend brand Bootee slippers. I wanted warm slippers for lounging around the house. My normal shoe size is 12 wide – E or EE but I chose to buy this pair of slippers in size 13 wide. I bought the larger size because, in cold temperatures, I wanted to have the option of wearing two layers of socks underneath – the first sock layer of cotton and the second layer of wool. When they arrived, I found that the 13 wide size was the perfect choice with either one or two pairs of socks. They actually turned out to be too warm if worn with two pairs of socks so I will stick with one pair unless conditions ever call for more. The sole is rubbery and flexible, and the overall design of the slippers bodes well for longevity.

Bought as a gift but ended up letting the receiver try on early, so they could be returned before Christmas if necessary

Had purchased a pair for my husband at Christmas time. Since I kept stealing his figured it was time to get my own. These slippers are extremely comfortable and warm but not too hot. The solid sole means we can step out on the deck or lawn without damaging them. Did not have my size in stock so I bought a men's pair. Fit great and hubby is glad to have his back. Highly recommend them.

I totally love my Old Friend Bootees! I wear them most of the time now, since I'm not going out much at all due to the pandemic. They're perfect for going up to check my mailbox, and while I had originally wanted soft soles, I've come around very quickly. They are sooo comfortable, they keep my ankles nice and warm, and I'm delighted to have them. If/when I need another pair, I might opt for one size larger in length, but that's not a biggie. They do seem to be stretching the more I wear them, and that's fine. Makes it easier to pull them on.
